We had to go on vacation and wanted to make sure our babies were well taken care of, while looking we found this place. Right on the edge of Stockton and Lodi, not too far. The property is large, lots of space. There were two different areas where the dogs exercised. The whole process was easy too...we made the reservations, they explained everything super well, even the day dropping them off we had some anxiety, but the employee made us feel comfortable and assured us that they would be fine. The allowed us to see where they would be kept, they have a half in half outside kennel, inside great A/C so the dogs would be fine. We opted to have them use their own food, we only took snacks. We brought them each a blanket which they were able to keep in their kennels. The second day after leaving them there we received a call from the Resort and they assured us again that the dogs were doing great and no big issues. We were sooooooo relieved, being dog owners we love our dogs like family. When we came back, our babies were washed, and looked amazing. No issues...they were happy to come home of course, but otherwise were great. Highly recommend, place is professional, reasonably priced, and our dogs came home just like we left them. Thank you!!! The reception staff and technician were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, which I appreciated, and the doctors also displayed kindness and professionalism. However, I felt somewhat rushed during my visit; no vital signs were taken, and the examination was quite brief, leaving some concerns unaddressed. I was particularly saddened when a veteran, on a fixed income, expressed that he couldn't afford the necessary medication for his pets and asked the doctor for assistance. As someone who has served in the military, I believe the doctor should have extended a military discount or found alternative support options to help him and his furry companions. I do appreciate that they are open 7 days a week and the hours are late especially on weekends which for some odd reason usually fur babies tend to get sick more on weekends.

Shes got the magic touch for any sassy pants out there lol! Maybe its all the love she showers them with. My cat was a complicated patient and Dr. Yao was able to successfully manage her IBD, catch and treat her pre-diabetes, and so much more. I never felt like I was left without options or without care. There was one time I had to go to another local vet after closing hours and I experienced very little done, poor communication, and no test results for days. The next day, I went to Dr. Yao and received imaging, treatment, medication, and results the same day for the same price. The front desk receptionist, Deanna, is also incredibly kind. I drove 45 minutes specifically to find Stella & Chewy's stew, which is the only brand my dogs eat. I was actually really excited at first the store is big and has a great selection. However, almost immediately after walking in, I got the feeling that we were being watched. At first I tried to ignore it, but it quickly became obvious that multiple employees were following us around, pretending to stock shelves while staying close to us the entire time. I've worked in asset protection before, so I can recognize that kind of behavior. It made me feel extremely uncomfortable and anxious, especially since I already deal with social anxiety. At one point I even told my mom I wanted to leave because it felt like they thought we were stealing, but we stayed since we didn't drive that far for nothing. When we finally checked out and were leaving, several employees stood near the entrance just staring at us, which made the situation even worse. I've never felt so judged and unwelcome in a store before. What should have been a positive first visit turned into a stressful and upsetting experience. I won't be coming back and will just continue purchasing elsewhere.
