I had a wonderful experience at Ashley Furniture. My salesperson, Juan Saenz, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process of purchasing furniture and a mattress. He took the time to answer my questions and made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. If you're looking to purchase furniture or a mattress, I highly recommend asking for Juan. He's definitely the person you need to see! read more

Ashley doesn't stand behind their products. I bought a leather recliner and couch in December 2025. Last week, I noticed a small spot on the chair cushion that was starting to peel. Genuine leather doesn't peel, but the polyurethane coloring does peel. Luckily, I purchased the 5 year warranty which, I learned, doesn't cover this issue. Burn it with a cigarette or stab it with a knife and they will come fix it. Something that is defective? Your problem. Ashley offers a 1 year warranty on all furniture. Surely they would make this right since this is an Ashley brand. I called and spoke to a customer support specialist who informed me that Ashley does not cover this type of damage because it's been in my house since December. Ashley will not honor their 1 year warranty on a piece of furniture that has been in my house for under 9 months. Be aware that Ashley uses cheap material and that their warranty (both in-store and extended) is useless. They sell some nice furniture but, if anything goes wrong with it, you are on your own. Definitely don't waste your money on the extended warranty. read more

This was a horrible experience. I bought a reclining chair at the beginning of September and was told it was going to be delivered September 7th. It is now September 23rd and I am just now receiving my chair. Buying the chair was simple and easy in the staff at the store were very professional. The first time that my chair was "attempted" to be delivered I was sent a confirmation text, saying the window of which my chair would be delivered and a link to track the delivery driver. I was the last stop of the day and when it came to delivering the chair when I clicked on the link, it said sorry we missed you. I was very confused since we had been home all day and nobody had knocked on the door or rang the doorbell. I called the store and they said that my chair was taken off of the display floor and taken to their warehouse by accident. So if the delivery driver never had my chair, I was very upset that I got a confirmation and was able to track a delivery driver that didn't have my chair. Fortunately, Jenny, who works customer service, was very nice and was trying her best to rectify the situation. I was able to schedule another date for the chair to be and once again, I got a confirmation text and a link tracking the delivery driver. Once again I was the last stop of the day and when it came time for my delivery when I clicked on the link, it said sorry we missed you. I called the store once again and I was told that delivery driver went to the store instead of the warehouse where my chair was so he never had my chair. This was now twice that my chair had not been delivered and I moved my schedule around so it could be delivered. I then had to wait weeks a delivery date due to the company that Ashly's uses was not answering any of Jenny's messages. There would be times that I would call the store multiple times a day and no one would answer. It took me going up to the store to actually talk to someone because apparently if Jenny is not working, then the phones will not be answered, even though there were multiple workers at that day and most of them were not helping a customer. I finally was able to talk to a manager and had him reschedule the delivery for my chair. I feel like this entire experience was very unacceptable and very unprofessional. If Ashly wants to keep their customers they should partner with a new delivery company. read more

The value was good for what was purchased but it is going on 3 weeks and still no furniture. The salesman guaranteed delivery within 7 days. New to the area and scheduled vehicle registration at the dmv and they arrive at my home saying they were there for 10minutes and had to leave and reschedule. No call or text prior to delivery. They rescheduled for July 4th. Today a text message to say it will be July 11th. This is ridiculous no apologies. The first excuse was the order was on back order. How could the order be back ordered when drivers showed up to my house unannounced? Now it is a system migration. Can't speak to a manager because apparently I have to leave a message. can't call the store because it is routed to customer service -the same people who said the furniture would be delivered. If not delivered by the 11th a full refund will be demanded. Almost 3 weeks of sleeping on the floor. Clear communication would be nice. Service was a zero. Selection was ok and value is now a zero because I could have gone elsewhere and now I am stuck, $1400 paid and still nothing has been delivered. Never again. Had I checked the reviews here first I would not have shopped there. read more

I am looking for a new sofa and walked into Ashley store expecting that someone would latch on like when you go to buy a car but that was not my experience. Everton greeted me after I had a chance to walk through and gaze around the store and I told him what I was looking for. He listened to my explanation and took me to the area of sofas that were exactly what I wanted. He gave me space to walk around, sit on the pieces take photos but was within my view so if I looked over, he came and answered my questions. He explained and showed me how the cushions were made to be firm because that's what I wanted. The manager of the store also introduced himself and was available for questions. It was a very pleasant perusal and although I didn't purchase that date, I will be back to purchase my new sofa! I recommend this store to anyone looking for furniture at reasonable prices and very professional and pleasant assistance! The store is full of all sorts of furniture and home decor! read more

Great showroom staff, terrible corporate policies. Khaliah and Victoria in the store are fantastic! Unfortunately, the T&T warehouse distribution team is very unpleasant. Worse yet, there is a strict NO MONEY BACK policy. If your delivery goes wrong or you don't like the product, the return process is lengthy and you can only reselect something else. Cross your fingers that your delivery goes smoothly. We had seven deliveries and they were all bad. They shipped bad products knowing that they were damaged. The process took five months and we are still praying for good delivery re-elected products. The protection plan is automatic unless you request to take it off. read more

Worst furniture store experience of my life. The salesperson is a liar and the manager is completely irresponsible. I ordered a bed set that was supposed to be delivered 2 days after purchase. Instead, they delivered it with missing parts. They scheduled another delivery, and guess what? They sent the same broken and incomplete items again, with zero inspection. Their warehouse team(T & T Distribution) is hands down one of the worst customer service teams on the entire planet. They had to come 6 TIMES to complete one simple bed set. Every time there was a new problem--missing parts, broken parts, scratched parts. Total chaos. The funniest (and most frustrating) part? I called the Woodbridge store, where I bought the furniture, and they said they "can't do anything" and refused to take any responsibility. When I asked for a refund, they straight up said NO. Once they sell you the furniture, they don't care at all. Please dont trust there store general manger and sales person. After 6 deliveries, I finally received the furniture, and it is STILL scratched. I am completely tired, stressed, and disappointed. Please do not waste your time or money at this store. Worst experience ever. read more

We went to Ashley's to look for a new couch: They weren't too pushy and let us look around then they assisted find what kind we wanted . The sales girl was nice and friendly. However, after purchasing the couch they didn't give us any paper receipt so we kinda had no idea when it would be delivered. Then I called and got a paper receipt emailed me to me because the original email and text never came and then still nothing saying a delivery date. I tried using the online tracker and delivery lookup form and nothing existed even though we did the order in store. I think they need a better system for that. Delivery of the couch went fine the only thing is we received the couch in a different color than the floor model we thought we had ordered . Overall it's fine just weird they didn't disclose that they were gonna order it in a different color. read more

We had a great experience today! We had the intention of looking for a new bed frame for my son and a dresser for the master bedroom. We were greeted by Kevin, who let us know he was new and still learning the ropes. No problem - we appreciated his honesty. The store manager, Noor, came to help a few times. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. It was nice to see how patient he was with making sure to take opportunities to learn with Kevin without being degrading. He pointed out where to look for on the signage (for Kevin) and explained to us different ways items were manufactured. It was nice to see the learning environment being positive because it makes the shopping experience more enjoyable, too! We ended up buying more than what we came for - a full bed frame, mattress, nightstand, and a full king bedroom set! It was a great process, experience, and price! read more

Amazing service with Cindy came in looking for a couch and she was super helpful and answered all of our questions

Juan Saenz was amazing. Patient. Super Helpful. Not pushy. Knowledgable. And the store manager was just as nice, friendly, and helpful.

In June I purchased a bedroom set. We were about to get a military discount because our son is retired from the Army. It was not disclosed to me there was a $400.00 delivery fee. So on that I feel it was my fault for not catching it. Just a few weeks ago we went back and purchased a sectional and recliner. Again it was not disclosed to me there was an over $400.00 delivery fee. Our sale rep (Keith) was to busy telling us stories about himself and up selling us the warranty. I called the next day and spoke with an office staff person. I got no where with her. All they would give me is a store credit. If you are charging me for a delivery why would I buy something else from your store. I asked to speak to the manager. I was told he was not in yet. She assured me she would have him call me back later. He never did. I called the next day, still no manager. I agreed to take the furniture, but will NEVER shop with this company or at this store again. You would think if a customer had spent over $9,000 in less then a month at your store you would cut them a little slack with regard to delivery fees. Which but the way totaled over $800.00. read more

Original: Alberto was so friendly and helpful. It's obvious everyone In the store loves working with him. Excited for my new couch! Update: the couch came fast but didn't fit so unfortunately I had to return it. One of the store managers, Nick, promised me a full refund, which was great and he was very kind. The refund department gave me a call about a week later saying I had to pay a restocking fee, and when I told them that Nick said full refund with no fee, they didn't believe me. I called the store back and the manager confirmed he had a note in my file confirming there would be a fee, so I called the refunds department back (no answer, left a voicemail. This is a trend) and told them about the conversation. They called me back a few days later saying they called Nick and he said I DID have to pay a fee, which is not what I was told. I said that was incorrect, and would like to request a recording of the phone conversation to prove my case. They then told me it was a "request for refund" not a "guaranteed refund", and they get final say, which is not at all what I was told. I believe if I was told I would get a full refund by a store manager, that's the end all be all. If that's not true, it shouldn't be on me. I have left countless voicemails and this still isn't resolved. They are holding onto my money and I'm starting to pay interest on a couch that isn't even in my possession. Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience. The store employees are kind and accommodating, but they are not in charge of the refund process and it has been a nightmare to work with the refunds department. I don't think I will shop at Ashley again because of this experience. read more
