The new Ashley Furniture Homestore located on 71st and Memorial next door to Longhorn Steakhouse is a pretty good sized furniture store! It's very clean and has a simple set up inside. There are a lot of areas in the store and just enough stuff to keep you preoccupied and looking. I would have liked to have seen a few more dining room tables but what they do have are quite nice and all pieces in the store seem reasonably priced. If you're in the area and have some time to spare stop in and take a quick look.

I recently purchased a dining room set, a recliner and a sectional sofa from Ashley Furniture. Everytime i have been to this store we have been greeted by a sales person and told that we were welcome to look around and if we had any questions, we could call on them. Perfect. We didn't want a salesman following us around trying to hard sell us. We just wanted to look around. When we decided on what we wanted and had questions, we found Chad. Chad is a young, ambitious guy that knows how to treat his customers and knows his furniture. Chad answered all of our questions and did the sale for us. He was very accommodating and professional. We had the furniture delivered the next day. Once it was in my home, i realized the colors of the sectional and recliner were wrong for my house. They were the colors i ordered. I just didnt like them in my living room so i called Chad. He told me to come on in and find what the colors i want. Of course Chad was there when i got there. Chad is always there. Chad works a lot. Thank goodness Chad was there for me. Chad greeted us with bottled water and a big smile. I felt bad about changing the furniture on him but i couldnt live with the colors i originally picked out. We picked out another sectional amd recliner and Chad re-wrote the paperwork. The next day they picked up the other recliner and delivered the new one. The sectional had to be special ordered so it wont be delivered for a couple of weeks. Thats ok. We still have the original sectional we bought until the new one comes in. I even took my Daughter and her husband to Ashleys and they bought a sectional from Chad. They are very happy with Chad and their purchase. I really like this store and their customer service. But i really like Chad. There's no doubt in my mind that someday Chad will be Ashleys top sales person. He deserves it. Now you can take a day off Chad.

Got my couch a couple days ago and got my charger end tables today. Love them! The delivery guy even fixed scratches on my floor where my husband fell over the ottoman and scratched the floor. Warning, always turn on the light when you have recently bought or moved furniture! Am thinking some OT sounds good so I can make another trip to Ashleys!

This piece arrived completely broken off. We had to glue it back on, this is the best it's going to get

I ordered a bookcase that I already owned on 1/2/22. When it was finally delivered 7/2/22 it arrived with a broken piece, was slightly shorter than our other bookcase and had different colored shelving even though it is a matching set of bookcases. Assuming Ashley Furniture would do the right thing my husband superglued it together so we could actually use it while we waited for another bookcase. It took 7 months for this bookcase to be delivered, who knows how long another one would take. We contacted Ashley Furniture, sent them pictures of our broken bookcase and then I didn't hear back from them for 2 weeks. When I reached back out I was informed that since my husband glued the broken piece on we did not qualify for a new bookcase EVEN THOUGH IT WAS DELIVERED BROKEN, WRONG HEIGHT AND DIFFERENT COLORED SHELVING!!!! I have spent well over $10000 furnishing my home with Ashley Furniture and this is APPALLING. Now I have to pay $600 for a broken bookcase that I waited 7 months for. I WILL NEVER SHOP AT ASHLEY FURNITURE AGAIN, this is NOT HOW YOU TREAT LOYAL CUSTOMERS!!! STAY FAR AWAY!!!!!

Purchased on 5/3/25 @ 1235 - 1st table:…read moredelivery date between 5-11 - 5-25-25, 2nd table del: 5/27 - 6-7-25, couch del: 6-18 - 7-2, chair del: 9-3 - 9-17-25. Was told by Mrs. Falls you will receive a phone call 24hrs prior to delivery. 1st item was the table to be delivered 5/11-5/25, never received a call so on 5-27 "was trying to be patient" called West Elm and spoke with Manger "Danielle." Asked where our first item was and she verbally stated, "I don't know, I don't do shipping, you will have to call customer service!" Due to family emergency I had to wait a few days. Called customer service (5/30/25 @ 1000, and spoke with "Terry"? Who stated, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE ANY OF YOUR ITEMS UNTIL THE LAST ITEM IS RECEIVED AT OUR CENTRAL DISTRIBUTION CENTER *Dallas* My reply "We just moved to Tulsa - we bought our items May 3rd? We have NO FURNITURE, you gave us 4 individual shipping dates, so we won't receive ANY of our items until SEPTEMBER?" Terry = yep!!! DROVE TO WEST ELM and introduced myself to ? The Manager ? Danielle! On 5/3125 @ 0920 I asked "Danielle" Where are our items and why were we given "approximate" delivery dates for all our items that won't arrive now until September? "Danielle's" explanation was, " it's the white glove treatment and I don't control or do shipping. My reply "Well why the hell is Mrs Falls YOUR FLOOR SALES DESIGNER providing customers specific shipping date windows for individual purchased items? "Danielle" had no response and is basically is a mouth breather and only stayed with conviction "I don't do shipping and I don't control shipping, I Don't DO THAT!" AND YES THAT IS A DIRECT QUOTE AND I HAVE MY NOTES from our chat. Mrs Falls and Danielle are a complete waste of time and West Elm is joke. If we weren't given FALSE shipping information and informed NONE of items would not ship until our last item was "manufactured" and received in September, since we purchased in May, we would have NEVER purchased a single item from West Elm and their disrespectful, ITS NOT MY JOB manager and staff.
