My husband and I went to Ashley's Pflugerville location on Monday 6/2 to take advantage of memorial day sales. We ended up purchasing a couch and a dining set through our Sales rep, Jake. Jake told us in person that our items would be there within 4-6 weeks. He never once mentioned to us that this could change or be delayed. There was zero communication to this possibility, and its apparent to me now that he was leaving that information out so he could make his sale and take advantage of us as customers believing and trusting in his word. I have since called the store several times and they have never answered. I have left multiple messages as well, and no one has bothered to call me back. If they had at least returned a phone call, I might not have taken to yelp, but here we are since I have zero communication from them and I have no idea what else to do. Since no one would answer at the store, I logged onto the online chat to check delivery status (original delivery was supposed to be July), and I was first told October, then August, and now today they are saying mid September. It is absolutely insane that the only reason I know of the date change is from proactively going out of my way to ask. I haven't received a single email or phone call to update me that my delivery date has changed. At this point I have no clue when I am going to have a couch to sit on or a dining table to eat on. I understand that a lot of furniture is delayed on shipping right now, but there was absolutely no communication on the possibility of it taking longer than expected, let alone MONTHS longer than we were told. I also understand things can change after the purchase, but absolutely no one has reached out to us to communicate a single thing. We are literally living without furniture right now as we are new to the city, and we would have never purchased through this store had we known it would potentially take this long. Not to mention, its just absurd that the store is blatantly just ignoring my phone calls and voicemails. How do you morally do that to a customer that is spending thousands of dollars at your store? My friend and I were shopping for living room furniture in preparation for our upcoming move in April 2025. This was in January. I have been a customer of Ashley since 1997. I found a living room set that I liked, but I didn't want all the pieces displayed in the showroom. I asked the associate, Gabriel, to look up my account and provide me with the price for the specific pieces I wanted. He came back with the price, and I said that I was looking and would get back later if I wanted to complete the sale. The next day, I started getting texts asking when I wanted delivery. I opted out of the text but still got phone calls and no one on the other end. I went to the store and said I did not order the furniture and I wanted the order canceled. I spoke to someone who said he was the assistant manager and my order would be canceled. On Saturday, 2/15/25, I got an email asking when did I want my living room furniture delivered. I went to the store and asked to speak to the person who handles complaints. Gabriel was there, and I asked why this order was placed when I was not moving; I said I would be back to place the order if I wanted the furniture. I reported them to the BBB and am calling every week to figure out what is going on with my thousands of dollars. I used to love getting my furniture from this branch but I absolutely cannot recommend them after this experience. They lie to get you to buy. Bought a sectional sofa, was told that it is switchable from one end to the other end, just flip the cushion. When it arrived at my home, I noticed that I can't switch it. I told the driver, this is not right, he said that I can accept it, but just call them back and they'll make it right. Well, I will simply say this store is disgusting! Bathrooms are so dirty, garbage overflowing in the bathrooms. Bathrooms smell of rotten food in the trash. The amount of pee on the men's bathroom floor..... just disgusting! We visited today 5/28/2023 right when they opened, so to think of the 10 plus associates standing around could have done some cleaning. Then the garbage cans outside the store were overflowing as we walked out. Staff standing out side the front of the store smoking just sealed the deal for us. I like to share an example of the customer service at Ashley Furniture store. (Long post) On June 20th, my hubby and I went to Ashley and ordered 2 large floor rugs. We paid cash (mistake). Pam said the rugs should be delivered by 29th of June. We were not given a tracking number. (??) The rugs did not arrive by the 29th. One rug came on July 2nd. Ashley could not give us a status on 2nd rug. I called, no status. We went to the store on July 8th to check no status; so since they could not tell me when the rug would be delivered, we asked them to cancel the 2nd rug. A man acting like a manager gave us a number for customer service and said we needed to call it to cancel the rug order. On July 15th, still having not received the rug, I called the number to cancel the rug. It was the wrong number, it was for warranty claims not customer service. I talked to Vinny, who said I needed to go in the store to cancel. (I was in the store when the manager type person said I needed to call customer service to cancel) Anyway Vinny said she would put in a message to the store that I requested the order be cancelled. I hung up with her and called the store. Taffy told me she saw the email and would input the cancellation order. She then said before she cancelled the rug, the store would give me a 10% discount to not cancel, I said no, please cancel. She said she input cancellation and I should have my refund check within 2 to 4 weeks. Well guess what? July 29th the rug shows up. I called Ashley's. I was told by Ellie that she can see the cancellation. She said I should have contacted Ashley.com to cancel. I was on the phone/on hold with her for about an hour. Then I talked to Jada who said she saw all of Ellie's notes and they would contact the supplier to investigate why the rug wasn't cancelled and why I hadn't received my refund and call back with the resolution the next day... That call back never came. So I contacted BBB and filed a report on August 13th. Well...Meloney from Ashley's called this morning, she did not say I'm sorry this happened or anything customer friendly, her response: We cannot find where you cancelled the rug, and since you received the rug there will not be a refund. The point is...we asked Ashley to cancel the rug 2 weeks before it was delivered. Why wasn't it cancelled? Why did Taffy say the cancellation order has been submitted and I would have refund in 2 to 4 weeks? Why did Ellie say she saw the cancellation, but Maloney say the cancellation was not done? I see that you are showing tomorrow, but when I call the delivery line they are saying 3/2. I have not heard from them at all for a delivery window tomorrow, so I'm assuming it's 3/2. They were supposed to provide a full refund to my line of credit for the furniture that was not delivered. They posted it, but in a weird way. The sales associate could not handle the refund for the unused warranty and had to email corporate. 4/14/2021: I call the number listed for the Pflugerville store. It goes to a centralized system. The first customer service agent had a bad connection and hung up on me. I called back and got the same guy with the same horrible connection, and he hung up again. I called again, and talked to a lady who told me that the store would reach out to me in the next 48 hours. 4/28/2021 (today): It's well past 48 hours; I still haven't heard from them. I am still owed $303.09 ($279.99 with 8.25% sales tax) for the warranty refund since I didn't need it for the mattress and bed frame. I file an official BBB complaint. Do not even walk into this store. The furniture looks good and the sales people very friendly but make promises they can not keep. We ordered a house full of furniture that arrived damaged or delayed for months. There is no one to call or ask for an update. The store manager gave us her cell phone since we have problems before with Ashley on line. She did not answer and yelled at us for complaining about the terrible service. The only way we could cancel or get it resolved was to call our credit card company for a dispute. Even then, they still owe us money but we are DONE with them. If you can wait for months for your furniture or have the patience to return damaged merchandise, go ahead and go in. Save yourself the headache...DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE! We purchased a leather sectional in November 2017; by January 2018, the furniture was already looking broken down and slouchy. I contacted Ashely Furniture and sight unseen, they sent me 3 replacement cushions. The sections were not level and the frame of the loveseat was actually almost touching the floor, so I don't know why she thought cushion replacements would help, but she said it's the first step. Ok then, lets give it a try. Shocking, it didn't help! I called back and finally a technician was coming to look at the furniture. He shows up on at 8:00am on Saturday, April 21st, 2018. He barely looked at the sofa and determined it "needs new cushions." I tried explaining that we already tried new cushions, but he kept insisting that was the problem. He was in and out of the house in less than 10 minutes. On April 25th, I called, spoke to Cody. Asked for a manager, held for 25 minutes to speak to one, but no one ever got on the line. Will have one call me back. I gave them my number and asked that they be sure to call me, not my husband because he's an attorney and was in a hearing, so he would not be able to take the call. They disregard and Kenita calls and leaves a voicemail on my husbands phone. She claims that since we purchased this sofa in November and didn't call until now, all she could authorize was a "restuffing of the cushions." Starting to feel like the Twilight Zone. Part of the reason we purchased this sectional was that it has a "lifetime warranty of the frame." That same day I called the store and spoke to a manager. He said he would help us get this figured out. April 26th, 2018 I called back to speak to Kenita, "sorry she isn't available." April 30th, 2018 we learned from the store manager that while the technician told us we just needed to restuff the cushions, his notes actually said "BROKE. Manufacturer defect." So everyone knows this POS has a broken down frame, but we are only getting cushions restuffed? July 5th, 2018 finally a Customer Care Manager, Legia, agrees to replace the sectional because the technician indicated that it was a manufacturers defect. July 7th, 2018 new sofa to be delivered between 3:30-6:30pm. The delivery guys show up at 9:00pm. They literally laughed when they saw the sectional. Ashley Furniture only sent the left piece, not a complete replacement and the delivery guy said "that's definitely not going to fix this problem." So he didn't make the exchange. July 12, 2018 called Customer Care once again. Told them we want to reselect something. We have no faith in this company at this point. Don't want another sofa that will break down within 2 months of owning it and certainly don't want this runaround from Ashley Furniture once again. Were told someone would call us back. No call back. August 16th, 2018, called Customer Care and spoke to Kathy. We told her we are fed up with this runaround. No one is returning our calls and at this point we want a refund. She said "because the furniture has been in the house so long, it has to be replaced, not exchanged or refunded." She said she would have upper management call us back. No one ever called. There are many, many more days that my husband called and was told someone would call him back. NO ONE HAS EVER called back. On September 29th, 2018 my husband stopped into the Ashley Furniture store and spoke to the store manager. He said he would help us get this figured out. He was going to speak to his boss and get back to us. He never called us back. I called him on October 19th, 2018. He once again said he has never seen anyone have as much difficulty in getting resolution and he would call us back with a solution. The management is not wanting to get involved and the "Customer 'Care'" people could not care less. In fact, their goal is to wear us out so we will just go away. It is now November 6th, 2018 and no one has ever called us back. I called this morning and when I gave my name, the receptionist came back with "He is on a conference call that may take an hour, or even two to wrap up." I have no confidence that he or anyone from this store will return our calls. I have emailed the Consumer Affairs Department at Ashley Furniture Industries. Scam artists. I placed an order July 2 with Aug 19 guaranteed delivery. It wasn't until they didn't show up Aug 19 that I called them and learned none of my items were in stock. I was promise Aug 26 delivery but that day came and went with no communication. I canceled the order in august but they still have a $6000 hold on my credit card TWO MONTHS LATER. This impacts my credit score and I can't dispute the charge since it's "pending". Complete sham. DO NOT ENGAGE Ashley - don't bother telling me to call you to discuss. Every time I call, I sit on hold for HOURS and the people I talk to spend HOURS more "researching the issue" and turn up with useless answers. "It'll be resolved in a week" they say. Nope it is not. You'll find me in-store next face-to-face with a manager. And it will not be pleasant. Two months of wasted time is the upper end of my patience. FOLLOW UP: I tried their chat function but they do not offer an ADA-accessible function for TTY interaction with their in-store billing to resolve the issue. We were down here to run errands and decided to check this store out since our Local temple store did not have what we were looking for. We were greeted by Bassem, the Egyptian King (coworkers name for him). He was polite and let us look awhile. He found us lounging in some sofas and gave us really good advice and direction, without being pushy. Her helped find a reclining sofa and loveseat that will meet our needs and had features that will meet our needs. He is an energetic, polite and knowledgeable young man. All of the other staff we came in contact with were friendly and smiling. They actually seemed to like being there- which would speak well of the management. As for the store it was bright, well-lit and easy to navigate. We are very excited about delivery next week. We have had a good deal of Ashley furniture over the years and have been happy with the quality. read more

All orders placed in June 2020 (yes, in the middle of COVID and i understand a slow down effect). so that is 9 places for butts to sit. As i write this update, i have 1/9th of my butt sitting capacity at my house right now. We have had 3 other scheduled deliveries at which time no one shows up or calls, nothing just a casual middle finger as they drive by (figuratively of course because no one actually drove by.) I emailed the email that they responded to my original post and was told i was going to be put in touch with someone. I have gotten calls from Ashley F. but usually just to tell me that my order has been delayed another month, not exactly what i was hoping for. Then i did get ahold of someone a couple weeks ago after a non-delivery, and she could not figure out why no delivery happened. SO instead said that she typed some notes and told me i was scheduled to get both couches next wednesday (about 5 days after i was talking with her.) I told Esmeralda, that if i get 2 couches that she would be my new hero. Esmeralda is not a hero. So we called the day after another no show delivery and some random lady told us, Esmeralda was mistaken and that the couches were not ready for delivery. Nightmare, with horribly overpriced poorly made furniture. First off their floor models look amazing, you probably will fall for the price. Then once your item gets delivered you are so excited you wont notice that the stuffing is coming out or there are tears on the corners of your couch.... It took about 10 phone calls to get my $3000 couch pieces replaced to look even half decent, but today the final delivery guy came out and showed me why my couch looks like garbage, and apparently they stuff polyfil (that bunches up) on top of the foam cushions into little pockets that give your cushions the appearance that every seat is split into two and that your cushions are stuffed with laundry.... Also checked my account today and realize that they charged me for a replacement/swap when it was supposed to be free since it was damaged when it arrived. Very disappointed in this experience and I'm upset that I spent so much on a huge couch that looks like garbage from a company that has no idea how to offer customer service. read more

We visited this store Nov 14 around 7:30 pm. We were greeted by a lady who was friendly but had her masked pulled down to her chin. I tried walking away but she kept following us while her mask was still down. We saw 3 other employees who had their masks only covering their mouths. I'm so sorry but we are in a pandemic and have strict rule about no more than 5 people gathered at a time and these employees didn't care enough about their customers to wear their masks properly. We left within 5 minutes and we will never go back! Cheaply made furniture no respect for customers! Ashley furniture responded by saying they have health practices in place for our safety but it's sad they don't enforce their employees to properly wear masks. Purchased a Dining table yesterday on clearance. Had to pick up today and the whole staff to include the manager would not help me load the table. They stated they couldn't and wouldn't help because it was a liability issue. If i would of known those facts before purchasing the items, i would of left the store immediately. They really expected me and my wife to load the solid marble table by ourselves. I do not recommend shopping at the Pflugerville store, go out of your way to find another' Ashley's. Our salesperson, Lucas, was nice and as helpful as he could be. We purchased a floor model King Bedroom set that Ashley was discontinuing because my friend really liked it. The problem is that the store manager wouldn't allow his staff to help us move it out the front door despite seeing store employees loading other customers at the same time. We were moving the furniture all by ourselves through their showroom. They didn't even bother to move their furniture out of the way until we asked repeatedly. The manager wouldn't let us borrow a screwdriver and told us it had to be gone by Wednesday morning making us scramble to find husbands and brothers to help us. When we asked about the bedding, mattress and box spring (we didn't buy those items). My girlfriend and I had to move them by ourselves while several employees stood around and watched us do their job! This is the absolute worst display of customer service I've ever seen. 4 months in and our bed frame has broken. Trying to get this replaced under the warranty has been a nightmare. I've spoken to four separate customer service associates. One told me someone would get in touch with me in 24 hours. Another told me 48 hours. Then another said 3-7 business days. I haven't received a call from anyone. We ended up buying a new fancy bed with the couch. It left us a bitter taste in our mouth when we left the store. Then, The Deliveries. This is a whole new story. They delivered dinner table + chair in the first time but dinner table was damaged. They said sofa and office table can be delivered around July 18 but cancelled. They changed to August 5th but we only got love seat. This time they even don't know when can deliver rest furniture. We don't have office table, rest sofa and dinner table is still damaged. It is 3 months later from our ordering. I tried to call customer service but it always ringed forever. Every time I need to wait above 1 hour to get reps. I asked for escalation in last call. I have used Ashley to furnish half of my house over the past 15 years without any problems. For that reason we recommended them to my daughter for pieces to be used in her new home. Run from this store and the company as a whole! You will never get your items and be constantly strung along so that they can keep your money. Her order was placed in mid April, and after 4 failures to deliver, we decided to demand a refund in July. They had the nerve to threaten us with a 10% restocking fee for furniture we never saw!! What has happened to Ashley? We have a house full of Ashley furniture, purchased over several years. It was natural to go back when we needed a recliner. This place must have been purchased by the Chinese or the Chicago Mafia. I have never seen such a deep dive! The recliner started unraveling almost immediately. We called service, and were assured it would be handled. Nope. Not even after a dozen calls. At one point, a CSR asked me to send pictures, which I did immediately. Nope. Crickets chirping. Time is passing. On my next call I'm informed that the chair is no longer under factory warranty! Oh well, I'll have to use my Premium, Gold-plated extended service warranty they sold me. I have yet to even get a return phone call from these guys. The last three calls I have made to the store are transferred to a "specialist" who has great difficulty communicating. The roosters in the background are making too much noise. We needed a store like Ashley back then, and when it came out we were loyal, faithful customers. My God. If I could take stars from other people so this company can have zero stars I would. Absolutely worthless company and salespeople. Went to this location on memorial day. Amber De La Rosa (if you're reading this stop lying to your clients) was our salesperson who clearly was more interested in her sales commission than providing useful information. We wanted to get a couch asap as we just moved in and had no furniture. She assured us and I quote "yeah it will be 3 weeks but I always like to give people the 3-5 weeks just in case." Amber, it is now AUGUST. Change careers or simply stop lying to your clientele. I am well aware and affected by supply chain issues myself. I would have had no problem waiting this long had she not given us false hope. If she would have just said "Hey, we're hoping this comes in in about 3-5 weeks; but I wanted to make sure you know it could be up to 16 weeks." But why would we be honest and possibly lose our sales commission. We found out later in the fine print of our receipt (never mentioned verbally) that furniture can take 3-16 weeks to arrive. Had we known that, we would have taken our business elsewhere and had gotten furniture to use through the summer. If you're thinking about buying from here, stay away at ALL costs. I know the prices are very tempting, but you will be waiting at least 12 weeks from your order date. UPDATE 8/7: See attached photos of customer service interaction, where they again lied about ETA. I called to check on my order today and they said 2-4 more weeks, after support completely lied and said 8/10 ETA. They refunded our delivery fee (which Amber De La Rosa charged us for after saying she would include it for free, which was our fault for not calling her on it when we saw the charges being rung up) which was nice but wow, I have nothing good to say about this business. They operate under smoke and mirrors and try to trick you and take every cent they can. I cannot fathom how this company has not been struck down by the BBB. read more

I wish I had done more research on Ashley furniture store at the Pflugerville location . The managers Jason and a lady they call T ( has an English accent) are the worst ever . What you see in the store is not what i received when my leather sofa and love seat were delivered. He instructed me not to refuse them if there was any damage and to call the store for replacement. Well that's a LIE , they both wanted nothing to do with me and ignored me when I went to the store to address this issue. Both my couch and my love seat are sagging after having them for 3 days , on the cushions and the wrap around both pieces. Jason and T both were no help and he told me he was not going to get a hit on his store. Where is the customer service. He is sadly mistaken if he or T think I'm going to pay for this crap. I'm filing a complaint with both of them . All he wants is the sale . Don't let him talk you into putting any furniture on hold on your account. He is a crook . He did that to me with the first couch I was looking at . I then had to call my CC to remove that hold . He does it so it counts as a sale . Don't get me started on the side door they walk you out of if you dont purchase anything. Ashley has a person count when you walk in there front door so they are expected to sell according to how many customers walk in or they get dinged on not enough sales. So as the crooked guys that they are . They escort you through the side door . DO NOT SHOP HERE AND STAY AWAY FORM BOTH JASON AND T . They are only in it for the sale and don't care if you receive defective product. Worse store ever to shop at . No wonder they have law suits pending . Buyer be tricked.... by advertising too good to be true. We searched and searched for a dining table set, and found it, well at least on display, and they had a great price on it. In fact it was too good to be true, because they were out of stock. The salesman informed us the product would not be in stock until after Christmas. He also informed us it likely wouldn't be on sale, nor could we purchase it now and wait for it. Nor could we get a rain check. He did offer other to allow us to look at other items in the store. Hook line and..... well not this time. We walked out immediately. To make matters worse, we saw TV advertisements the next day showing that very same table, and yes, it's still out of stock. I went to the store on Wednesday to just look and compare to what I saw online. Lina was the first person to greet me. I told her I wanted to walk the store first and I would come to her when I was ready to order. Not a minute later she was following me around. I asked her again if I could just look and discuss with my husband, who was on the phone, and I would come to her when I was ready. Two minutes later Jessie comes. I ask can I please just look. I even stated I feel like I'm being harrassed. Jessie leaves and they send Yaneth. She comes to me saying my beautiful black queen we want to give you the Ashley experience. I said if harassment is the Asley experience I don't want it. I just want to look and peace and decide without pressure. I asked to speak with management. All three told me a different name. Friday, today, I speak to Annalise who is supposedly the manager, who thought it was okay for her staff to not allow me to look peace. She said her staff has to complete the Ashley 6 step experience. I told her great, they could have completed the six steps with me after I had walked the store and knew the items I was interested in. ANNALISE instead of hearing me out she kept transferring me to a "corporate" number that kept sending back to the store. I called three times with this happening. The fourth time I got some lady named Lisa that told me I was aggressive, tieing up their phone line, and threatening legal action and I didn't buy anything so it doesn't matter how I was treated. All I told her, was I was documenting their name and I wanted the regional manager, Juan, to please contact me. Hopefully he sees this and reaches out, so he can watch the store video and listen to how "professional" his staff and store manager were. read more

Worst delivery experience! Bought two identical couches early January, with delivery on 2/5. They changed it to 2/18. Get a call the day of to tell us that one of the couches got damaged. Had to call the store (God forbid these guys watching the phone ever, about two hours to get one of the sales jokesters on the line) to get at least one of the two delivered. Anyhow, expected delivery of the replacement was 2/28, then push to 3/3 and now they pushed it to allegedly 3/11. Absolutely incompetent people! Absolutely worst customer experience so far. We needed a solution quick not meaningless apologies. NEVER AGAIN. will make sure to spread the word about how bad their commitment to customer satisfaction is. My a** number one furniture store... Sales was nice. Delivery showed up without all the pieces to the desk and told me it would be 4 to 6 weeks for the parts or I could refuse delivery and place a new order but couldn't tell me when the new order would arrive until Monday. Delivery people then carried desk out to truck putting gash in my wall as they left. I found the damage after they left. They never mentioned it to me. This place just reeks of scummy, from top to bottom. I recently purchased my first home in Round Rock and my mother flew down to visit and offered to buy us a new coffee table as a housewarming gift. We went to lots of stores but liked the style and size of one in Ashley Homestore. First we had to ask two different people if we could please have some help with an item. We're literally trying to give them money and had to ask to do so. When we finally got some help, buying the item was fairly seamless, but there were two major issues. One is that they couldn't deliver the table for 2 months (and won't sell floor models), and the other is that they don't tell you about the 10% cancellation fee should you decide you don't want it. Sure, it's in the fine print, but I believe anyone who doesn't disclose that in person is shady. Just poor business practice. She also charged us $70 for delivery without the option of picking it up. It would fit in my truck and I live a literal 4 minute away. Of course, I found the EXACT style of table on Wayfair for $100 cheaper and no delivery fee and deliverable by next week, so cancelled the Ashley Homestore piece. Figured I had plenty of time before that 48hr gap since they couldn't deliver it until December 10th. I couldn't get a hold of anyone for an entire day. I called the store. I called the customer service line and sat on hold until it disconnected. I finally got through to someone in customer support after a 33 minute wait on a Monday at 2:30pm. She told me to call the store and that's all she could do. Finally, I was able to get a hold of the saleswoman and the store manager. The saleswoman said exactly, "Maybe I didn't explain the terms properly." To me that's automatically grounds for a mistake being made and the order fully cancelled. But I had to speak to her manager, who claims she doesn't have the ability to override the 10% fee. Which is either a lie, or the store's regional management is so incompetent that they don't trust their store managers with that duty. I'm waiting to hear back from the regional manager, but she still would NOT cancel my order. So I guess I still have a coffee table coming to my house that I don't want? My moms already alerted her credit card company and they said they'll handle it if the store won't. I've also left a voicemail with my dad's friend who is a contract litigation attorney. read more

Never again will i buy from Ashley. The delivery process is unreliable. I bought $9k worth of product 2 months before delivery and on delivery day--no one called, no one came. I took 8 hrs of vacation leave to be home. When I called them, they said they moved delivery to a different day, and sorry no one called, bye. I was upset. They didn't care. Then, i got a robocall 2 days prior saying theyed arrive between 1030 &130. I confirmed ok. on delivery day, they txted they were on their way--2 hrs early! I was at a restautant having breakfast and had to leave my meal to rush home. Then the delivery guys were complaining as to why my husband wasnt here to help move furniture around? I'm single. We have nothing poor to say of Ashley's. We just got our first home and Amit Saha was so incredibly helpful. He has helped us furnish our entire home thus far. He kept us up to date on delivery and any changes, was very timely in his correspondence, and had absolutely wonderful customer service. Best salesman around. We wouldn't go to anyone else! Delivery was fairly quick considering the shortages and arrived in pristine condition. read more

I Normally don't write review but my bad experience here is why I'm writing this. So I had ordered a table at the end of January and I didn't find out till today 4/12/22 that my table was actually discontinued! I had reached out to the so called salesperson on several occasions and I never got a response. I'm guessing he knew about the table being discontinued and didn't respond. I took me going to the store to speak to a manager to get some answers but that was no help either. Manager basically told me to chose another table or to cancel the order. Ohh and the discount he was offering was pathetic! I took out a line of credit for this table and now I'm without a table. My wife and I didn't see any other table that we liked. Thanks a lot!
