I will never buy a piece of furniture from Ashley ever again. 4 years ago I purchased a $3000 -8 piece sectional. It has 2 electric recliner sections and 2 manual. The cord that releases one of the manual recliner sections broke. I went into the O Fallon store and the women there was very helpful, she put together some information for me and gave me a number to call to have it fixed. She told me the mechanism was warrantied for 5 years. I called the number talked to someone who told me the mechanism is covered for five years but the cord to release the the recliner is not part of the mechanism. When I challenged her she put me on hold. When she came back she told me that the sectional I purchased was discontinued and so there are no replacement parts available to fix it. So I said to her "so I have a sectional that's four years old that doesn't work properly and it can't be repaired?" That's right was her reply. The next day my wife received a voice mail from the lady I talked to yesterday telling me I could purchase the parts to fix the recliner, it would cost $165 plus the labor cost to repair it $65 per hour. I placed two recent orders with the O'Fallon store, about 2 wks apart. First, I ordered a bedroom set and second, I ordered a dining table, TV stand and bedroom nightstand. First order arrives with a damaged dresser. Second order arrives with a damaged TV stand. The date I was told I would receive the 2nd dresser came and went. I called and was told it was on back order. I've already waited 2 wks for it. This is ridiculous. I will NEVER buy from this store again and would certainly not recommend it. Although we weren't greeted upon entry, Angelo, our salesman, greeted us with a smile, was very enthusiastic, and helped us find a nice mattress that was within our price range. Cierra then took us through the check out process and made sure the mattress would be delivered at a time that I would be home. Overall quick, easy, and good experience. read more

Made a purchase a month ago and was told everything was at the warehouse minus one item. That item would be available later in Dec and a delivery would take place on 12/27. We get a call the day before that an item was missing but they would still deliver everything else. The day of the delivery, the dresser, chest and both nightstands were missing and we were told another delivery would have to be set up. We would have to reach back out the next day to schedule this. We missed work to get this and are extremely dissatisfied. We will never shop here again and don't recommend it either. Plus the quality is very poor. Hands down, dealing with Ashley Furniture on our recent dining set purchase has been the absolute worst experience with any purchase I have ever made, and I have had some bad experiences in the past. We purchased a dining set for around $1,600. It came in and had some dings along the perimeter upon delivery. I spoke with Ashley representative, and I was told that they would repair it to showroom quality or replace it if it could not be repaired. The repair guy came, but could not repair it with a matched color (silver). After several phone calls to Ashley, I finally got them to agree to replace it. Two attempts to replace this set was rejected at the door, as the "replacement" set was in worse condition than our current set. After several more calls to Ashley service, we told them we no longer want to waste our vacation days waiting to get a "good" set in, and asked for some sort of refund/reimbursement. We were told it could not be refunded, but they would give us some money back. This is when it really starts to get bad... It's now been 4 months since we purchased the table, and at least 25 individual conversations with Ashley service as well as the "customer service" at the O'Fallon Ashley store. We keep getting told that a check will be issued with the refund, but weeks later, no check arrives. We call back, and they say it has not processed, and on several occasions even questioned the amount of money they promised to refund us. They then claim they tried to refund the money to the credit card used in the purchase. We told them that credit card had expired in the 4 months since the purchase. They ask my wife to go to the O' Fallon store to fill out some papers and provide them with a new card number. My wife spent her lunch our to do this, and they claim they refunded the money on Monday, 7/17. No refund appears on my credit card, and is now 7/21. But, they keep telling us the credit card is expired, meaning they are still trying to use the old credit card number and refusing to believe my wife provided them with a new one My wife then calls the O'Fallon store and talks to a Rachel, who is very rude to her and blames us for the problems saying we need to tell them when our credit card expired. My wife explains that we provided a new, valid card number but Rachel keeps cutting her off and denying any fault. Rachel then says it will take 2 weeks to resolve this issue. All we want is our refund and to be completely done with Ashley forever. Now, I am planning to waste my day going to the O' Fallon location to resolve this personally. This is extremely aggravating, and I am taking to Yelp and all other Social Media outlets, as well as BBB and wherever else I can to bring attention to the shady business practices of Ashley Furniture, specifically the O' Fallon store. I have already taken this to social media and personally got in touch with several people and their experience with Ashley Furniture in O' Fallon, and I am certainly passing their stories on as well. read more

Not impressed and frustrated. Ordered two beds and two dressers for my kids. Service in the store was awesome. Delivery workers were great as well. That's the good part. Now for the bad. They delivered one dresser with a defect so I refused delivery. The footboard for my daughters bed wasn't on the truck so it couldn't be assembled. The footboard for my sons bed was a newer model than the rest of the bed so it wouldn't assemble. So that went back on the truck. So I ordered 4 things and have one piece sitting in my house. My kids are now sleeping on the floor since no beds were able to be assembled. It was a 3 hour process with delivery today and I have one item to show for it. I tried to call to see when the rest could be re-delivered or how the situation could be rectified and was told my account was locked until Monday since the delivery happened today and nothing could be rescheduled. The quality of what I do have seems good - but this experience had been a cluster to say the least. I don't think I'll be returning to Ashley since the communication between their distribution, warehouse, and delivery seems lacking. read more

He told us the amount and we said we thought it was high and was higher than other stores. He walked away without a word. This was by far the worst experience I've ever had. We ordered a loveseat, sofa and tables anwe were given the run around. They said the love seat was available and would be delivered in a few days. Everything else kept getting pushed back longer. The customer service people I spoke to had such an attitude I could not believe how rude they were! One one call the girl didn't even realize I was on the phone for 3 minutes while she had the most inappropriate conversation with her coworker! Then after confirming my first delivery and my husband taking off work they never showed up! After calling all day and finally getting through they said it was now on back order! So they couldn't have called and told us that? The manager I spoke to could have cared less and said she could have us the loveseat tomorrow. So now all of a sudden you found an extra laying around? Uhm no. With still no help after that I cancelled my entire order! Don't do business with this company!! They don't care about their customers! Spend your hard earned money elsewhere! Beyond frustrated and disappointed. I was really looking forward to furnishing our entire home through Ashley. Someone from customer service reached out to me and said that they would like to speak with me in regards to my experience and I was extremely happy because I wanted to let someone know what happened. We purchased a wooden dining room table from Ashley back in May. After just a few months, we noticed any heat or moisture was causing our dark table to turn white in spots. I called Ashley to file a claim in October, just 5 months after the purchase, within the manufacturers warranty. They said they would send a technician out from Saw Enterprise to fix our table after they saw the pictures I sent in of the table. 3 weeks later, the tech arrives to not do the work, but take his own pictures. He could not believe our table was discoloring like that and said in my kitchen that we would need a whole new table, that the issue could not be fixed. A week goes by and I never heard from Ashley regarding our claim and the technicians report. I called, and the unprofessional rep told me that the report from the technician said there were no defects and the claim was closed. I argued with her to speak to a manager for 15 minutes before she agreed to put me on hold for a manager. I waited for a manager for 40 minutes-his name is Shuntez, ID #058. Shuntez told me the most he could do is contact Saw Enterprise to speak to the representative that gave the bogus report regarding my table- Shuntez guaranteed me he would call me on Monday to keep me updated. Monday rolls around, Shuntez did not call me- WHAT A SURPRISE! I called Ashley on Tuesday asking for Shuntez- he would not come to the phone and speak to me. A rep spoke to me however and told me that they were still waiting on Saw Enterprise to get back to them. I took it upon myself to call Saw Enterprise myself. I called and spoke to the manager, Diamond, and she told me that in order to move forward with my claim with Ashley, that they would have to send a second technician out for a second opinion with Ashley's consent. I'm guessing consent was given because Diamond had a new technician scheduled to come out and look at my table. Weeks go by and the new tech comes out. He seems older and more professional than the last. He spends much more time looking at the table and agrees that there is a manufacturing issue. He told us it looks as if there was no sealant put on our wood so that is the reason any moisture on our table causes conspicuous white spots. After talking to him for approx. 30 minutes and him in awe as to why no sealant was put on the wood- he shows us his report on his phone he had typed up in my kitchen which verifies everything I have been saying and he was saying in my kitchen about no sealant be prevalent, and we went on with our day. Weeks go by, I hear nothing from Ashley. I call Ashley to see what the status is, and they tell me my claim is closed and that I need to contact GBS (Ashley's Extended Protection Plan Company) and file a claim with them because it is their problem. I call GBS and the rep there told me that since it was less than a year old, and the problem was not from anything I did to the table, that it is a manufacturers defect, however out of the kindness of his heart hearing my horrific story with Ashley, he took out a claim number for me and requested my Saw Enterprise reports from Ashley get sent to him. I called Ashley and asked them to send over both Saw Enterprise reports to GBS just in case they would help me. Another week goes by, I hadn't heard anything from either entity. I called Saw to see if they got the reports which they had. They tell me they are sorry but my claim is closed and it is definitely a manufacturers issue and Ashley would have to take the claim. I am in tears at this point about ready to blow up! I did NOT want to call those incompetent, unhelpful, and unprofessional reps and managers at Ashley again- but I did. I called Ashley immediately and asked to speak to a manager- who do I get? - Shuntez, ID#058, who did not want to help me to begin with and who does not keep his own word. He proceeds to tell me that my claim with Ashley is closed and that the techs report says there were no defects. I explained to him that I personally saw the tech write the report and read it before he sent it over and that it clearly said there was no sealant on my table. Shuntez then put me on hold and supposedly called the tech. He gets back on the phone with me and says he just talked to the tech and the tech said there are no defects with my table. I asked Shuntez for a copy of his report and he could not provide me with it. Then Shuntez contradicts himself and says they cannot take what the techs say as final word, and even though the tech says there is no sealant, there is not enough proof to justify that claim. I then get heated asking him why Ashley even hires a company to come out and look at furniture if they won't take their word as professionals when something needs to be fixed and/or replaced?..... I bought 2 sets of furniture at Ashley - living room sofa + 2 chairs, dining table & 4 bar stools. The buying was the easy part but that's where it ends. I am still waiting on the 2 LR chairs. My delivery has now been delayed/rescheduled 3 times. They actually have 1 of the chairs in the warehouse so when I called yesterday to check on these I requested they please go ahead and at least deliver the one chair they have. The supervisor I spoke with on the phone said she would contact the warehouse and call me back. That was yesterday and still no call back. The dining table top they delivered had a dent in the side & a mark on the corner. They are supposed to send a replacement but still waiting on that. None of the 4 bar stools sit level on the floor - they all wobble. I've called 4 or 5 times on those and every time they tell me they're sending it over to the service people and I will get a call back in 24-48 hours. Have never received a call back. Customer service is abysmal. I will not buy another stick of furniture from Ashley. On the flip side, I ordered a bedroom set from Wayfair. It was delivered on time, as promised, delivered & set up, perfect condition, no problems whatsoever. It's Wayfair from now on.... read more

This has been the most terrible and unprofessional experience I've ever had with any business. I purchased a bedroom set and was told a "white glove delivery service" would deliver my furniture in 2 weeks. About a month and a half later, the dressers were delivered, but one was visibly chipped so they didn't bring it in off the truck. (They told me this as they carried the other dresser through my front door and up the stairs.) I was not able to inspect the furniture they delivered until it was already in my house. Upon inspection, the lower left side drawer was broken and off its glide track, making it impossible to open or close the drawer properly or fully. The delivery man was unsure when the replacements would be delivered and informed me I would get a phone call right away from the office. Nobody called me, so I called customer service myself. I was made aware that since it was already brought onto my property I was now the owner of a brand new broken piece of furniture. Their only solution to this was to send a maintenance man out to fix it. I have to wait to schedule until Ashley Corporate sends me the pieces he would need to do the repair. They cannot tell me when the piece will arrive or give me any tracking information for the replacement pieces either. To top it off, my order is in a "locked status" and they cannot tell me when my missing item will be delivered until the damaged one is returned to the warehouse at the end of the day. Ashley has done absolutely nothing and I still can't seem to speak to anyone who will make this right. The store stated they have no control or communication with corporate. This business is a SCAM. I will be reporting this to the BBB and posting this review anywhere I can. I paid $1500 for a bedroom set that was delivered broken and according to Ashley this is my problem not theirs. I will NEVER buy from Ashley ever again and will tell everyone I possibly can not to either. Hopefully this can save someone from making the horrible mistake I did. read more

We haven't purchased yet as we're still waiting to move into the new home and see what space, etc. we'll have to fill yet and make sure of finishes that will work. My name is Josh Genereau and here are some Tales of Dirty Business. My wife and I went to the store on 5/19 /2018 we spent about an hour or more browsing and looking. She made a purchase and I made a purchase. Her order came in less than 2 weeks, that's not the problem, my order, a beautiful kitchen island has yet to arrive and when we made the order I asked how long I could expect to wait and was told "not long this item shows we have 13 in stock and available so between 3-5 weeks." I thought that was great. So it's getting close to the end of 5 weeks and we haven't heard anything from the store so we called to inquire, this is when we are told the delivery shows the end of the week start of the following week. Still being slightly inside the 5 week window, no big deal. Then a week later I call again to verify and we spoke with a manager who tells us it will be sometime after July 13th before it arrives in my home because there are none in stock due it's popularity. That I can get a refund and purchase something else. See I didn't spend all my time in the store for something else, I purchased what I wanted and what I was told was in stock and available. This tells me that I should have received 1 of those 13 that was in stock when I ordered, but that they sold mine to someone else then told me to wait in line again several more weeks. I mean, those 13 in stock didn't just dissapear. Now I'm no Albert Einstein, but I work in sales, and when I sell a product to a buyer, I don't sell it to someone else and make the initial buyer wait because I ran out. No, I ship items to customers in the order they were received . I mean you don't walk in a steakouse on Friday night when the line is out the door and walk past everyone else and get seated. No that's just dirty business or someone messed up somewhere, you would think the store could say something other than buy something else or just keep waiting for another turn at it. If they had an issue on there end, they could've been kind enough to call and let us know and do something to make up for the problem they created. See, this is not the first time we have had an order issue with this store, but we chose to give them another chance because last time they busted their hind end trying to fix their mistake of course after an email complaint was sent to the corporate office. Now in response to this review they will likely do what they always do and post a typical empty reply of something like so sorry we'll do our best and perhaps you could call to resolve it with us. But if we couldn't get any resolution during our last call to the manager other than get a refund or buy something else or sit and wait then it seems that's just a internet response so other reviewers will read and assume that it sounds like they actually care and want to fix their mistake it's called strategy. I don't mean to sound so negative I'm simply stating facts as they are . Now if they were truly wanting to make good on it, they would break their necks trying to aquire my item or go out of their way to make it up to a customer especially a repeat customer because at this point all I see is a pattern of poor behavior . The sales people are friendly and knowledgeable, but that does not end a transaction, what about service beyond the sale about doing what you say you will when you say you will. I'd love to see real and useable action taken and the specific results posted in response here for future readers to observe. Thanks. New update. My husband and I just bought a few pieces from the O'Fallon, MO store. A coffee table, a coffee table set and a small dinette. Susan Smith was easy enough to work with and Alana as well. We picked up the one item and scheduled the other two for delivery. It got interesting after this. The furniture we picked up was just fine, however the billing was completely screwed up. We got double billed for the picked up item. It took a lot of promises and back and forth calling to finally get it resolved. it wasn't a perfect experience but it turned out well. read more

The problem though is there great prices were because the quality is poor to average. In my opinion they sell cheap furniture cheap. We went to the Labor Day sale to buy a sofa for our new house and were told at first that the sofa we wanted was leather and it wasn't. We liked it so decided to buy it and the recliner anyways. Once I completed the sale with Scott the manager, he informed us that the furniture was not in stock and he would call us the following day to let us know when it could be delivered. I called for 4 days straight trying to get an answer from Scott and could never get to him and I never received a call back. I finally called the Friday after Labor Day and was told then by Scott that they had three of the sofas in stock but unfortunately the recliner wouldn't be available until the end of October so I cancelled the recliner and they could not deliver the sofa for a week or so. I told Scott that was unacceptable due to his lack of customer service and not calling me back so he offered to set up a 3rd party delivery for Saturday but I would have to pay them myself. The 3rd party delivery company did deliver my sofa as promised without a problem but upon delivery was told that it was cash only, so they had to follow me to the bank. Since then I have been calling several times a week to get my delivery charge from my original bill refunded, I've asked for management and the people answering the phone ask how can I help you? It has been over a month now and still haven't received my refund or gotten a call back from any manager or any other employee concerning this issue when I've been told over and over that I will get called back and will see the credit back to my bank in 7-10 business days. ZERO rating is defiantly needed. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE!!!!This store has the worst customer service we have ever experienced. The mangers state they will return your phone call and no call back ever. On 09/16/17 we went and picked up our couches/ottoman from the warehouse. All the furniture was wrapped up in grey color wrapping and also thick clear wrap around that. We checked two pieces both were the slate grey we ordered. Get home and a piece of our sectional is in nutmeg! We look on our original ordering form from the store and the piece was put into the system for ordering incorrectly to begin with. We call the store talk to the manager Mike states he will credit us $125 and get ahold of customer services and will call us back. No call. We call customer service ourselves on 09/17/17 they state as this was a mistake from the store they must fix this and resubmit for the correct color for pick up. We call everyday this week talk to both Managers Mike & Scott and not one has an answer for us when the other piece of the sectional will be ready or even if it is ordered and just kept telling us they will get to it and will call us back. Not one single returned call from either manager all week. We made a visit into the store friday, 09/22/17 talked to Mike the manger again and he still has no answer for us! This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I think these two manager need training again on what a manger title means. Also, we are not worried about who original put the order in correctly all we wanted was a response back that this is being taken care of. Also, Mike the manager pushed this problem off onto a sale associate that just started weeks ago. Don't you think that this is a bigger problem lets say for a manager then a new sales associate!!!! I really love the furniture selection and the staff was very helpful and understanding. My experience with the delivery service was not satisfactory. I purchased furniture in February and I still have not received all the items in April. I had to call the store myself and see what was taking so long for the other items. They were in but no one bothered to call and set up delivery. I have not even received a call apologizing for the inconvience. I plan on purchasing more furniture in the future, but I may have to check out other options. read more

I purchased a mattress and box spring from Ashley furniture for $800.00 plus dollars. In the first few weeks I noticed it felt like springs were jabbing into me. I started calling the customer service line that came with the receipt. No one has ever taken the time to call back. Today I called Sealy. They said it is a retail store problem not theirs. So I called the Ashley headquarters and was told to contact the store. Made my 4th attempt to the store, got a recording. As of 8pm I still have not heard from them. This is not my first purchase with Ashley, but it is my last. I am really disappointed with the customer service. My wife and I ordered a sofa, love seat, oversized chair with an ottoman and 3 end tables for a little over $5000 with the promise that it would be ready for delivery when when moved into our new home on 8/15/14. With this in mind we sold ALL of our old things and on 8/14 I just found out that they will not have our order completed for another 3-5 weeks.......MAYBE.......... Does this happen all the time here? To say the least I am very disappointed at thier lack of communication and now will be taking our business elsewhere. Apparently I should have spent or tried to spend more momney so that I would have gotten better service. First and last time in trying to do business with them. Came in and bought a chair. It was located at another chair and the Manager offered us free shipping and delivery within the week. We never received a delivery call so my wife called them. The chair wasn't in stock and one could be delivered in 4 weeks. This was after we were told they couldn't find the order. NO WAY. My wife went back to the store and asked for the floor model or a refund. I have bought plenty from Ashley over the years. I recently moved to St. Charles area and I was looking for new furniture. As soon as I walked in they wanted to know how I was going to be paying and how much I was wanting to spend. I did not know how much I wanted to spend I JUST WALKED IN!!!! I told the sales associate I needed to look around. I then had a question about pricing on an item and before we even talked about the item being in stock or what have you he was wanting to run my credit. I don't deal this way. What ever you do, do not buy anything from this company!!!!! I bought a desk and it took 5 deliveries to get it right and it still not perfect. The customer service is atrocious and the quality of their furniture is pathetic!! There are plenty of furniture stores that sell good quality furniture and actually care how the customer is treated. This furniture store and entire chain is HORRIBLE. Customer service suck at both corporate and store level. Less than a year ago I purchased bedroom suites for my older teenage sons. Finish is peeling horribly off the footboard and one of the headboards on one bed is broke. Noticed I stated older teenage sons....clearly not the age of playing on the beds....the repair department finally came to my home after several promises to come. Upon arrival the repair guy wasn't easily identifiable(no name tag/i.d.). Spent less than five minutes in my home taking pictures and asked if my animals(cats) damaged the the finish on the beds. The bedroom suites are still under the one year warranty in addition to purchasing an extended warranty. The extended warranty will not begin until after the manufacturers warranty has ended. Please for the sake of your sanity do not shop at this chain of stores. They stores DONOT back the merchandise it sells....Needless to say I have filed complaints with both Better Business Bureau and the Attorneys Generals Office. If there was a way to give negative 5 stars...I would. I really wish I had of done my research on this store before making a purchase. read more

What an awful company to do business with! I ordered a sectional and coffee tables. When they were delivered the coffee table was missing pieces and were useless. I told the delivery driver (who was very nice) and he said just go ahead and sign and corporate will take care of it. I made him a note that the tables were missing pieces before signed anything. I never heard anything or gotten anything. I've been trying to contact them on many occasions and they just keep giving me the runaround. I'm going to have to end up eating the cost or taking them to small claims court now. Do not purchase from this company! read more

I bought an Ashley Sleep mattress and it was way too soft for me and caused me horrible back pain and possibly the salesman's fault for encouraging me to buy it. However, they gave me a warranty on the mattress and I went in and got a new mattress because of the warranty. The manager Mark helped me out and was the reason I was able to trade in my unsatisfactory mattress. So I am satisfied with the service at this O'Fallon store. read more

Do not waste your money! Ashley Furniture has the most horrible customer service. They do not care about their customers. They are rude, never return phone calls and are quick to point fingers at another part of the company. There is NO structure...apparently no owners, not even a corp. office?? The number that the store gives you for their "corp. office" 866-787-7930 - is no good. The folks their claim they have no control or access to Ofallon, MO orders. They point back to 314-238-1033, this is a joke too - NO ONE ANSWERS and NO ONE CALLS BACK. Can never get anywhere to get some furniture serviced for the past 6 months...just a bunch of circles. The head service guy Paul R. was quick to call my husband, and call him a liar. This resulted in a not so nice in exchange of words and he hung up on my husband. I have previous ordered some items from Ashley's before. The couch and chairs are nice but a little pricey for the quality of furniture, especially if you have kids. I was there yesterday with my sister and the salesmen kept following us around to the point we were very creped out and left the store. I told the three men that were following us, we were looking and I would come find them if I needed help. They obviously didn't know what that meant. Save to stay, I took my business to Rothmans and purchased my basement furniture there yesterday. read more

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE!!! I spent $2500 for an entire bedroom set for my 22 yr old daughter who just moved to the area. Within one month, the frame around one of the dresser drawers cracked in half. SHE DID NOT BREAK IT!! I called the store who told me I should talk to the Ashley Consumer Center who based on one photograph of the break determined that the consumer (my daughter) broke it. I am disgusted with this store. They sell junk cheaply built furniture and DO NOT STAND BY their products. You need to trust me on this...DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!!! read more

If could give a negative 5 I would. I purchased a buffet and end table on October 9. I was told to put on my visa, because cash (aka check) would take longer to deliver. I wanted to pick up the items myself by the salesman stated it is easier to deliver, even though it cost me!! Delivery was scheduled for October 18 between 2:30 and 5. I received emails confirming delivery dates and times. No problems right? WRONG!!! Day of delivery, the gentlemen comes into my house says, I have your buffet...I said and my end table....He stated, No its on back order. WHAT?!?!? At no time in nine days did anyone from this store or corporate call to say the table is on backorder. He then called the order in to CS and left it on speaker phone. The rep states to him " yeah the table is here, it just didnt get on the truck for whatever reason." I then spoke to the rep stating why didnt someone call stating an item was left at the warehouse, she stated they dont do that. I asked to schedule the delivery of the end table. The rep states she cant because the account is locked due to furniture being delivered. WHAT?!?! It goes downhill from there, the next day (Wednesday) they call to schedule a deliver of the end table. I state that I cannot rearrange my work schedule again and I need it to be delivered this Saturday. I was told the next Saturday available is November 5!!! YOU SCREWED UP THE DELIVERY AND NOW I HAVE TO WAIT?!?!? So I stated give me the next delivery date which is this Friday. So I once again have to rearrange my work schedule to have my end table delivered. Not to mention the CS rep on both calls basically called me a liar stating they had tried to call and say the table was back ordered (Funny enough it wasn't back ordered, they forgot to put it on the truck!!). There is no call received on my phone, my husbands phone or the house phone. The last rep stated if I wanted my table then I would have to deal with their dates!!! Completely unacceptable!!! This is the reason why I wanted to pick up the furniture myself and not pay a ridiculous delivery charge. Rude CS reps, clueless delivery men and a company that does not acknowledge their error and do everything to fix it!! I will never again purchase from Ashley!! read more
