    How it was delivered

    Worst experience of my life. Bought a sectional couch from them two months ago. From day one delivery( which was delayed) they have not fixed the problems. Delivered with tears in leather and have had multiple calls with their customer service to get fixed. Now they keep sending the wrong parts so they don't need to fix. So after two months still waisting my life trying to resolve. Their customer service is horrible. If you get something from them and it's not EXACTLY what you order send it back on the delivery truck!!!!!! Never doing business with them again!!!!

    DO NOT TRUST ASHLEYS **Update*** 9/15/2025 We have had several employees from Ashley's Warranty department state to us, this was a store level mistake and the store should take care of this problem. These were all recorded lines by Ashley furniture. Bailey F. a warranty specialist also already stated she had corrected the original invoice to reflect the wedge being cover by the extended warranty. I received a call for a corporate solutions specialist Angela J.. Mrs Angela informed me there was nothing they can do because the manufacturers warranty had already ended. Even know we bought the extended warranty from Ashley. Mrs Angela is telling me this is an Extend Warranty problem and when we exchanged the original couch. It was our fault for not contacting them to update the extended warranty. When I asked to speak to Mrs. Angela's supervisor, she stated there was no one else to speak to. Nor would she call any of the other specialists I spoke to, to figure out why they are telling me this is the stores fault. Apparently, lying to customers goes all the way up the chain. Come to find out Angela does have a supervisor I can speak to. **Update*** 9/12/2025 Still no conclusion to a broken couch. After multiple more phone calls still we get directed back to the store. Then the store sends us back to warranty department . After 1-1/2 phone calls with no profanity or rudeness. I finally got to a supervisor, Rob. Who decided to hang up on me because I asked him if I was speaking to the warranty department and asking to make a three way call with the store. Which we have done multiple 3-way calls with already. What a complete a train wreck Ashely Furniture is. I will never recommend Ashley Furniture to anyone. We purchased the extended warranty on a 3 piece couch. On July 7 the wedge broke, it is now August 19 and still we do not have a replacement wedge. They have screwed up on countless stages of paperwork. We have been on 4-3way phone calls and nothing gets done. It's, you need to submit a corrected invoice and make another claim. You need to call so and so. Then when you call, you get another run around. It's complete incompetence. Do not shop at Ashley Furniture.

    There was this older lady her name started with an A that was the best customer service I seen all day... and I visited like three furniture stores. So helpful and up beat. You can tell she been doing this for a minute and k ew her way around the block. Not too pushy and needs a raise for sure!

We were needing a pull-out sofa for one of the rooms and didnt want anything too large. He showed us a feel options, and we settled on a leather sofa. They are certainly busy and he had to step away a few times to finish paperwork with his other customers but we weren't in a rush and didn't mind. Our sofa was delivered a few days later, delivery was seamless. The doorframe to the room it was being placed in was causing it to not fit, but they removed it and quickly put it back in. Pretty good service - if they had more stock options for sofa beds to look at, I would have preferred it BUT I am happy with our choice!

    Just moved to the area needed a few fresh items. Large parking lot and a BIG sign so you could not…read moremiss this store. No steps getting in, and the store was well lit. Lots of signage outing pickup or delivery options. We went to the love seat, and chair area where we met Rick. He was working with another couple and spoke to us briefly. My husband I trailed off and looked at a few options. After a while Rick found us. He thought we left but we were just checking out options. We ended up on a bedroom set, chair and work station. He wore up the paperwork on the tablet and we opted to get their credit card. We did have to pay a portion because it exceeded the credit line but we were fine with that. We also opted for the warranty coverage in case of damages. Delivery was schedule for the following Saturday a week away. Overall a great experience. Did not feel pressured to buy at all. Everything cost under $3K.

    I'm not going to go crazy ranting I'm just going to say that if you wish to purchase furniture do…read morenot buy from Slumberland unless A) you are cool with paying the prices listed on their website that they will use in the store but claim as a sale price and B) are going to pay full outright for the furniture. The quality of my furniture is great, delivery was awesome. But I paid online price for my sectional and my financing through Slumberland is being handled by Tower Loan a completely unprofessional loan company I wouldn't trust a dime to. Assuming any of the information I did find was accurate the loan company is not BBB accredited, and does have some complaints filed against it depending on which office you have to work with. The loan company does not do monthly statements, all you will ever get from them is 1 phone call and 1 piece of paper they refer to as a "welcome packet" that just looks like a barebones invoice. So here's hoping in the 30 odd months you have to pay off the furniture you never lose that paper or misplace the phone number you got from that 1 call cause you'll never hear from them again. Update: I was contacted by the store owner and offered another financing option after voicing my disapproval of Tower Loan here. Had I not already made other arrangements I would have taken this offer which would have cleared up my issues with Tower Loan. Thus I would suggest if you buy furniture on credit with Slumberland make sure they aren't using this company to finance your purchase. I was also contacted by the branch manager of Tower Loan and while some of my concerns stemmed from an initial miscommunication (the piece of paper I received was not the "welcome packet" I was told about, apparently that's sent out later from another location so it arrives after the invoice I received) the rest of them are just business as usual for the company. There's no way to receive any monthly information about your account without requesting it either via phone call or via the memo note on your check (if you pay by check). There's no direct access to your account online or through an automated system (that I've been made aware of) so that you can check on your balance or if a payment posted. There is an online system for making a payment, but that appears to be all that it is for, the last time I tried to use it they still didn't have my account information. If you are a wonderfully organized person who can stay on top of all your monthly bills then I'm sure all of this won't be an issue for you. It is definitely an issue for me. In the future I would happily purchase from Slumberland again, if I can afford to pay the full cost up front as my big issues are all with the loan company that was used and not any of my interactions with Slumberland directly. Final Update: This has been a long time coming, but this is the wrap up of my situation with Slumberland. I was contacted by the owner of Slumberland who explained to me the issues they had during the sale and that my experience was not the norm. It is their policy and practice to explain the various types of financing and allow you to choose the one you want, not just sign you up for one as I experienced. He was very attentive to my feedback, called his managerial contact with Tower Loan to express my issues with how I was engaged by my local branch. Also offered to help me switch my loan over to their other financing company but I had already made other arrangements. What I really wanted was for someone to hear my complaint to avoid others having the same experience I did in the future. Given the circumstances I feel Slumberland did everything they could to handle my initial dissatisfaction and would happily shop with them again.

Then 2 weeks after that date they text to set up delivery....a month out, but okay because I need it delivered....to finding out the day before delivery its a 'porch' delivery and they drop it at the door......uh okay, no one told me that when delivery was offered. Now I have 3 heavy items sitting outside with no way to move them in...
