    This is the dresser I ordered and dis not get to the warehouse as promised.

    I ordered a dresser on November 19 and was told it would be delivered on 5 December. On the afternoon of 4 December I received a call saying that the warehouse had not received the dresser and I would have to reschedule. No one could provide any date for delivery. This is gross incompetence and should be resolved. I'm extremely disappointed with the service. I rearranged my schedule to meet the 5 December delivery. I look forward to hearing from Ashley to reschedule the delivery that they had committed to.

    Stay clear of Ashley's! They make you feel like they truly have your best interest but they are super unorganized. We purchased the larce sectional and Our order was incorrect, then the replacement order was cancelled mysteriously, for us to finally receive the correct order and the couch is broken and stained. To our surprise we couldn't return it, they offered to repair and clean, which is ridiculous, how are we paying so much for a couch and they can't replace it?! It makes no sense to me. Never buying from them again. They don't care about their customers. All they care about is making money. Throughout this whole ordeal they didn't apologize, they didn't offer any discounts they were basically it is what it is. Save yourselves the trouble and try any other furniture store.

    Another delivery push back

    Update#2 we called and complained to a manager and we were able to get the dressers and 1 nightstand. We were told we would have the bed and other nightstand by 9/17. So we're stuck sleeping on the floor for a week or 2. Now today 9/10 I get a call telling me they won't have the nightstand until 9/30 so they won't be delivering anything until the earliest 10/3! Will NEVER shop here again. UPDATE: We were scheduled to have our delivery on 9/6. It had been confirmed in store that everything was in stock (we bought the whole set, bed, dresser, chest & 2 nightstands) and via email from the delivery team to be ready for our delivery. The confirmation email states "Please ensure the delivery area is free of any existing furniture" which we've now done and due to that we are sleeping on the floor because we thought it would only be a couple days. Now 2 days before the scheduled delivery they call and tell us that they cannot deliver because they're missing the side rails and it will be at least another 2 weeks! My husband and I are old, we don't do well sleeping on a floor and having to get up multiple times a night is not easy. We're really annoyed, frustrated and disappointed in the service after we had had such a great experience with Mike in store. Mike was fantastic. I loved that he was very informative but did not hover or push us into something. We will definitely purchase from him again if we need anything else.

    To the public in general. Please be careful with Ashley furniture stores sales tactics. The sales people approaches the customers very nicely to convincing you that you are getting a great deal. Worst customer service ever! I did purchase a set of two sofas on July 7 of this year and on delivery day I was very disappointed of the poor quality of the sofas , the delivery guys were on a rush and had no clue how to assembly the recliner, the fabrics of the sofas stitches didn't aim the surface and we never realized that you can't really sit on comfortable, they are not suitable for the purpose of sitting comfortably,your body feel the heat that the fabrics materials generates. I did call customer services and I did personal went to the store to reported , I did personally spoke to the customer service and salesman lady. They mentioned that the purchase was as is and there was nothing they could do about it to fix it ,exchange or returned. The fabrics material of the sofa was never disclosed . Be aware of the greedy salesman tactics to settle the sale. Be carful of the useless extended warranty fee. I will never recommend this scam stores. Manuel Figueroa

    Horrible customer service! I came into the store with a picture of what I wanted to find from the Ashley website . The sales person at the door instead of showing me the lamp that I was looking for said OK you wanna just walk around pointing me in an area that had some lamps!! After walking around the store and finding the lamp in a completely different area, the exact opposite location in the store I could not find a sales person. I asked a janitor that was cleaning the floor. How do I find a sales person and he was very helpful.!!! Wow! Times have changed Ashley used to be very customer oriented!! The lady that took care of me to place the order was very nice and willing to help. She apologized and was very efficient and enthusiastic! There are some good salespeople!!

    If I could give a zero I would! Beware when purchasing. You will get blamed if they don't do their job and you call them on it. Here is an exact account including the VM that was left by their team for my second delivery.. the store manager told me it wasn't true and that I canceled my order because they told me they couldn't deliver on Tuesday. No such thing ever happened. Here is the play by play. My first delivery on Tuesday January 9th I was brought a defective couch and their drivers tried to leave it half put together, the driver couldn't screw one of the leg on and waited until I turned my back and flipped the couch over not fully attached to my couch. He thought I wouldn't notice after watching him for 10min. It should go unsaid, that in and of itself, could have caused someone to get hurt. When I call that next afternoon to get a reschedule I'm told I would have to wait 3 weeks for something that initially only took 3 days from my purchase date. I was told to contact the store for a sooner delivery date. For 2 days I try to contact the store because customer service informed me they couldn't do anything for me. No one at your store answered the phone. I finally get a call from a Daniel who states they can deliver my couch on Tuesday.. (great all is well). Except, it isn't, at 3:15 I make a call as no one has reached out to confirm my delivery that I set with the Sales manager Ahmed on Friday at 4:30 pm. Daniel called minutes prior to that also confirming a Tuesday delivery date. Ahmed also confirmed during our call that my couch could be delivered on Tuesday and that he would refund the delivery fee of $250 for my inconvenience. Fast forward to my call today where your store manager tells me I was to blame and I canceled my order because it couldn't be Delivered on Tuesday as mentioned by both Daniel and Ahmed. Yet, I was not informed otheriwse. So I am now sitting here with 2 chairs that I no longer want because your team can't seem to do their job. The final straw in this decision, over charging me for the items I do have and also not refunding me the delivery fee I was promised as your store manager informed me on the phone. Furthermore, he tells me there is no way to contact someone above him. They don't have a business line and he can't give their "personal numbers out" well Ashley all managers should be reachable, this just further goes to show you don't give two shits about your customer or service! How do I get a full refund on and these chairs picked up as I no longer want to do business with Ashley. This company who would rather blame their customers on their own team's short comings instead of fixing the problem they caused.. the chairs are not used still have the tags on them.

I did shop around (power of 3) and you cannot beat his honest pricing, not to mention his delivery and assembly (free). I purchased Thursday before 12pm and had it delivered same day by 5pm. It was just in time for my party & housewarming! We had a lot of compliments about these pieces we picked and a lot of referrals. I really hope those friends visit! We'll be back as our family grows and we need indoor furniture. It's only a shame he doesn't carry any patio furniture.

And we went to this location to search for our new couch being that we only had a small couch from our old apartment. First off we got the wrong couch delivered. It was way too big for my living room size and layout. So right away I called them and they told me that there were no returns or exchanges. I explained to them that this was not the same couch that I ordered and they kept gaslighting me telling me that it was. So I got stuck with a big huge couch that supposedly was modular, but it actually was not. The quality is horrible and terrible. The couch cushions just come out. Thankfully my kids are young so this is kind of the couch that they're running to the ground before I replace it once they're a little older. Please do your research and don't spend your hard earned money here. Go to living spaces or Ashley furniture or another furniture store that does have a return or exchange policy. I paid nearly $3000 for the couch that I wanted only to be delivered something completely different. Then let's not even get into the delivery company that they use. Oh my goodness. As a very recently postpartum mom finding out that I was stuck with a couch that I did not even order. I was so upset. And the delivery guys just kept telling me about how big it was for my space and how if I put it a certain way we would have to walk around the couch to get into the living room. It seemed like they genuinely were just enjoying watching me be upset. I literally had to tell them that they needed to leave my house and they just kept standing there watching me try to rearrange the couch. I had to tell them again that I needed them to leave my house. They were already done setting the couch up and were completely finished with the delivery. I pretty much had to yell at them to get out. It was so weird. All around it was just such a horrible experience. I don't recommend them at all, the hassle of no return or exchange policy is not worth it, the quality is horrible, and the delivery experience just seals the deal to not shop with them. Posting it again because as a 29-year-old with three kids who just bought my first house I was so excited to have my house look the way that I wanted it. So honestly, this couch experience left me so sad. My husband and I work so hard for our money and it definitely tainted my new homeowner experience. I've learned my lesson and have since gone to living spaces. They are absolutely amazing and I will be getting my next couch with them. Buying new furniture should be a happy experience and you should have the option to return or exchange, especially when it's the store that made a mistake.

    Happy to have finally find an Island stool thats adjustable, swivels, isn't online and already…read moreassembled. They are moving from that location soon, so the store had really good deals. The stool was priced $299, on sale for $120. All the stools in the store only had 1 available, but a second one could be ordered if needed. Lots of beautiful bedroom sets, and wish I would have gotten mine from there. I didn't see the type of dinette set I wanted, but they did have some really nice ones, if I weren't looking for a specific kind. Glad I made a stop there.
