Through my work, I selected a couple Angel Tree kids. One of them wanted a Bath & Body Works (B&BW) set. I was on it! This B&BW is located at the Colonies Crossroads in Upland. Plenty of free parking. I was here with my youngest daughter. Store was bright, clean, and well stocked. They offer test strips for customers to use while trying the various scents. A sink is available for hand washing only. My daugther and I walked through the entire store to find the best scent. We hung around for 30 mins and still did not find anything we liked. We asked a young lady staff member to offer her recommendation. She shared the Gingham brand with us. It smelled really nice. It's a very clean scent. They had the blue and pink fragrance mist and body cream. They were on sale for $4.95 each... regular price was approx. $18.95. I snatched 2 of each for a total of 4 items. What a steal! The blue bottle was lighter and cleaner in scent. It has a fresh, vibrant, and happy scent intended to celebrate the brand. Its scent profile has blue freesia, white peach, fresh clementine, violet, and clean musk. The pink bottle has a sweet and fruity floral scent. Scent profile has pink strawberries, peach nectar, and peony blooms. I liked them both. I hope my Angel Tree kid like them, too. Thank you B&BW! read more

I purchased a Tempur Pedic mattress and adjustable base with an extended warranty. I contacted Guardsman to schedule service and they don't have any record of my warranty purchase. Now I have to try to escalate my issue and since they've gone out of business, that won't be easy. Terrible ending to what I thought was a great company. read more

This banner mattress just open a month ago and is located in the target/Kohl's plaza. The store is organized from high end to standard mattresses. I am very happy with my purchase. Everything went smoothly from the beginning. Thomas was very helpful and accommodating to mine and my husbands needs in a mattress. My husband has back problems and we picked the perfect mattress for the both of us. Thomas was very knowledgeable about all the mattresses we asked about. Have tried to call this location, and only get a Busy tone everytime for over two weeks now. I call in my lunch from my cell on the weekdays, then lately, after that, have been test calling this number, to see if works. BTW, the question i'm ready to ask is, do they have a Stearns and Foster Estate collection Rockwell. i test call this number, and it never works out. I noticed here on Yelp that the chino hills location has recently closed. Suppose they just want us to come in. But most businesses should have a working phone, for many reasons. The other thing is how they close at 8pm. The campus center and this area is busy in the afternoon, and Hot this time of year. I'd prefer to come in after dinner, when the traffic is lighter, and when it's cooler out. I start dinner about 630pm, after eating, and finishing with all that, could be out the door around 730pm, at the earliest ..to get there, just when they're closing up. There seriously is a reason why sitnsleep and others stay open til 9pm. Just looked it up here, and mattress firm across the street is 9pm too. read more

I stopped by Banner Mattress in the Target shopping center to replace my 10 year old mattress. I met Bill and is was very knowledgeable about the mattresses. I didn't feel he was pressuring me to buy anything or was trying to sell me the most expensive model. Bill was trying to get me a mattress that would work best for my needs. I ended up buy another mattress for my daughter. Bill had a great Labor Day Sale going on and it saved me well over $500. Went to Banner just to try out beds prior to our plan to purchase online from a different vendor. Bill was so very helpful and easy to work with. He showed us the mattress we came into look at and knowing that our finances were tight he showed us the locally manufactured Banner equivalent. It was a similar mattress, just as comfortable, and on sale! Plus it is locally made which is a bonus. Omg. You will not believe this. Bad. First they schedule for same day delivery and charge 50. Then 1 hr later after I have moved old bed they call to say No delivery for 2 days but will refund 50 and get my email. Then 1 week later they call and ask for my cc over phone !!! Telling me because the upland store is close all the billing records are lost. Bait and switch. Potential bad management-- now worry about 3 yr guarantee and attempt at identity theft. Figure my 50 gone. The salesman that called me confirmed that this is not the normal policy. I will call corporation but in meantime want to alert potential mattress shoppers.
