Sofa

Horrible products, horrible customer service, horrible after-sales support, and outright deception. I purchased a sofa from Ashley Furniture in March 2025 for over $4,000, expecting basic quality and honesty. Instead, I got a defective product and a company that refuses to stand behind what it sells. In less than a year, with a total usage of maybe 30 hours, the cushions have severely sunk. My wife and I are almost never at home, so this couch has seen virtually no use. There is absolutely no justification for this kind of failure. To make matters worse, I was sold an "extended warranty" with clear assurances that it would cover everything, including cushion issues. That turned out to be completely false. After two so-called "expert" inspections and more than six phone calls totaling hours of my time, they are now denying coverage and backtracking on what was promised. This is not just poor quality, it is blatant misrepresentation. I have two witnesses who were present when I was told the warranty would cover cushion failure, especially this early on. Now they are pretending otherwise. I will be taking this matter to small claims court. Avoid this company at all costs. I will never buy from them again and will continue sharing this experience so others do not fall into the same trap.

We Highly recommend that you ask for FAYE as she is so easy to work with and is not a typical Salesperson! She stayed focused as to what I wanted to look for and she found us the perfect sofa and dual recliner in less than 15 minutes! It was the color of leather we were looking for too!!! She is helpful and friendly, but not pushy at all. So patient and kind. We even showed her a photo of where the furniture would be and it fit perfectly! We were satisfied with her service and positive attitude! Even when we waited another day to return together to jointly make our final decision! Thank you Faye for everything! We will be back to get our coffee table and end table

Employee who threatens to call the cops on me and tried to make me leave the store without getting a refund

The worst experience I have ever dealt with at a retail store of any kind. They sold me the wrong dimensions of a rug, told me I could return it with a full refund, and then spent a week not providing me my return label or a pick up date and gave me the worst hassle of all time. The store manager was horrible and even threatened to kick me out of the store by getting the police involved. They finally took my return in the end after returning to the store in 3 different occasions.

Came in on Thanksgiving during their sale and purchased a King size Tempur-Luxe Adapt, Pillows and w/ Bed frame, little over $7K purchase. The delivery was pushed to 12/13. The Delivery technician on 1st attempt delivered the products, but couldnt assemble the bed due the packing was missing the Rails to the Bed and also delivered the WRONG size pillows, giving us QUEEN size pillows instead of KING size pillows. Mind you we got rid of our old bed a day prior, so my family and i had to sleep on the floor for a few days until Ahsley's provided a doner bed frame in the mean time until the rails come in. I went to the Long Beach Location and they told me that Ill have to take it up with Customer Service. Fast forward until 12/21/2025, 2nd Attempt The Delivery Technician came out to deliver the rails to the bed, but come to find out the Hardware to the bed was not packed, nor was the King Size pillows. Now we have to wait another few weeks for a technician to make another attempt. Ahsley's Customer Service shows no remorse or provide a Makegood to make things RIGHT. I just want to get this situation over, After this experience, I will NEVER do business nor endorse any of my friends and family to go here (My father and sister wanted to buy this same set up as well). Will take my business else where!

I purchased four large patio chairs from Raul on April 7th 2025 fopr $1600.00 and was told that delivery will take 5 to 6 weeks. Delivery estimate fully transpired and I started to follow up. Eight weeks later and with no chairs, I was referred to Ana after many unanswered follow up calls. She stated that our shipment is arriving on June 4th. I finally received the chairs on June 13th. Total time was closer to 10 weeks. What bothered me was the negligence in customer service. A complete lack of follow up, no sense of urgency, avoiding communication. I told the store that they can refund me (at their discretion), but they claimed to not have any authorization to do this. While waiting the 10 weeks for the chairs, I searched online and found many LA Superior Court cases opened by California Home Spas and Patio against customers that tried to cancel credit card payments or had defective items - in all cases, the customers were tried in court as defendants. Not wanting to get into legal issues, I contacted one of the owners - Mr. Black in early June. He called me back and said that FedEx had somehow lost all 4 of my patio chairs (which were shipped in individual boxes) and that I would be called once they arrive. No compensation, no offer to take a floor sample, no effort to make anything right. I just have to wait. This was my 2nd time using this establishment and I cant really go back or recommend them. If you have problems with delivery or quality, you cannot get a refund - and they will take you to court if you try to cancel payment. In the end, I do like my chairs - but there are many other establishments that sell the same brand and would probably do a better job in customer service. I had a good experience in 2022, but my 2025 experience was so bad that I'm shopping elsewhere for my next purchases.

We inherited a Brown Jordan Patio Set that was most likely either purchased in the late 60's, early…read more70's. They were in good shape with the exception that some of the framing was getting pitted and straps were faded, but not broken. This set, including the glass table, have been outside in the sea air and all elements since they were purchased. We wanted to honor my wife's grandparents by not replacing this set. So we decided to invest in a restoration, due to how well made this set is. I found Patio Guys on Yelp and decided to use them for this project. As we were starting to wipe down the chairs, we noticed a label on one of the chair frames, which was a Patio Guys restoration logo decal. Turns out our late relative had used them before, but uncertain at what decade were they restored before. I guess it was destiny to use Patio Guys. For the strap width of what our chairs required, there was not a huge selection to choose from. So if you're looking to replace with a sunny yellow, orange or teal, you'll need to make an alternate choice. Lots of whites, creams, tans, and earthy greens to choose from. The only blue is like a Dodger blue or a forest green. So we took a leap of faith and chose turquoise. It's perfect!! We were in no hurry and quoted 4 weeks turn around time. It was more like 6 weeks, but I was anticipating more like 10 weeks. Plus we were the cause of not getting the chairs back sooner due to our schedule. The job Patio Guys has exceeding my expectations. I knew the patio set would look better than the existing condition, but I wasn't expecting a brand new condition.

The next choice was repair vs. replacement. The workmanship is perfect and Patio Guys picked up and delivered 21 pieces for a nominal charge. Thanks Henry and all of the guys at Patio Guys!

My husband found this furniture store on Google and we are thankful he did. We were looking for a…read moresectional sofa. We first went to a larger chain furniture store and found a sectional we liked, but the reviews for the company overall were terrible with the quality of the product and delivery. We couldn't fathom spending a decent amount on something that wouldn't last. We visited Caravana on Memorial Day and were pleased that they were offering a 20% sale. Wendy assisted us with selecting a sectional. It wasn't in the showroom but we were able to order it from their catalog. We also fell in love in with a bookshelf and coffee table and purchased that in addition to the sofa. They offer free delivery and set up within a 20 mile radius, which is unheard of at any other furniture store. Moises and his associate did a wonderful job with the delivery. Unfortunately our coffee table ended up having some water damage prior to delivery when it was stored in the warehouse. I emailed some photos of the defect and Moises answered promptly (on a Sunday!). He came back a few days later to replace the table, hassle free. We highly recommend shopping here. They are a family run business and have that personal touch only local places have. They offer a nice selection at reasonable prices and have excellent customer service.
