    6 years ago or so our first experience here we bought 2 love seat glider recliners w/consoles 1 electric 1 manual and still have them no issues! About a month ago went back and purchased a 60 inch TV stand w/fireplace insert and blower with AWESOME assistance from Steve Weinberg who is a down to earth our kind of person no pressure and really relaxed atmosphere. It looks great at the house. Went back today 7 29 23 looking for and purchasing a Temper Pedic adjustable bed base and threw a Stearns and Foster mattress on it only after requesting Steve Weinberg knowing he was working. Again very pleasant experience and our new bed will arrive early next. Can't wait! Thanks again Steve. Kevin and Robin Clark

    I order a bedroom set for my son. I been a costumer for over 5 year's But this time they delivery guys did a terrible job They damage parts of my son's bedroom set Damage my living room wood floors I have video and pictures of the damage they did. I only have 1 phone call from Ashley store and never got back to me . It's been 4 Months not even the manager, I want the store manager to contact me to repair the damage they did .

    Replacement Table they sent damaged, glued back together, painted a different color.

    First Time Buyer. I had heard both good and bad experiences. I gave it a try for myself. I am now joining the ranks of never ever again will I purchase from Ashley. It's been four months. I have a damaged table (it took over 3 months to be delivered) and currently am on my porch waiting for the replacement that a text told me over an hour ago would be here in approximately 9 minutes. I called the toll free number twice, waited on hold for over 10 minutes each time, then was disconnected. The other piece of furniture still isn't even scheduled for delivery. I feel I paid way too much for so many broken promises and delays. I could get those for free from family. The only good thing I can say about Ashley in Greenwood is the Operations Support Staff is great, but they don't sell the product, they don't make it, they don't ship it, and overall pretty much take the brunt of Ashley's overall extremely bad service and subpar products. I'm sure I'll get a comment here something like please call us, we want you to be happy. Poppycock. You've had over 4 months to do that and chose not to. Shoot...Big Lots has better furniture and service than you do. I'm not sure you can do much worse. Please don't accept that as a challenge as I'm still on my porch waiting for that replacement table and still need that side table that might be delivered by Christmas, if I'm lucky. Update: They attempted to deliver the replacement table top. I've attached pics for your viewing pleasure. Pretty nice, huh?

    To be honest, before visiting this store with my wife, I had never heard of this store. I have to admit for being a big box store, they were clean and had a wide variety of items to browse through. During the week, there weren't a lot of staff on hand, but the one who helped us was really good. My wife had a return to make and one thing keeping this place from getting a higher rating was that there was no signage indicating where customer service/returns were located. None of the cashier aisles had anyone there when we entered. We browsed a little and my wife spotted a gal who was stocking inventory (loads of seasonal stuff was filling the shelves). The employee immediately stopped stocking and directed my wife to the second cashier spot and she opened the spot and processed the returned item with a simple review of the receipt to confirm it was purchased there and the price to be refunded. In about a minute, my wife was refunded her money. My wife also asked if they carried some artificial plants and where would she find them. The clerk pointed in the general directions and then gave some verbal direction to help find the specific items. Unfortunately, they had similar stuff to what my wife wanted, but not exactly. But that wasn't the clerk's fault. Prices seemed reasonable and the quality of the items I picked up seemed good too. All in all, if you like shopping in person and discovering things you didn't know a place like at home carried, I would recommend stopping on by! Review #3811

This is a great store to go to if you you just want to browse and look for deals or if you want a cute gift for someone.

They were very helpful…read morewhen I was looking to get my new couch and showed me some of the floor models and after I narrowed down what I wanted they walked me through my color options. It was simple and easy. They were not pushy or overbearing trying to make a sell. After everything was set up and I decided what I wanted, they were up front and told me that it would be about 8 or 9 months for the furniture to come in due to COVID. So, they asked that I put half down on my furniture and pay the remaining balance when the furniture comes in. I normally would be a bit hesitant to give that much money to some businesses because without getting the product. However, I felt comfortable doing it with them and did so without hesitation. During the wait, I called a few times and they gladly gave me updates on my sectional. They called me right away when it came in. It was a month earlier than they had predicted. They offer a delivery service for a fee, I think like $150 or so. But I could not wait and just rented a U-Haul and got a buddy and went and picked up the sectional myself. The process was seamless and pretty easy. The only issue, which was out of their control, was the long wait. This business is run by a wonderful couple who is very knowledgeable about furniture. They made the sometime daunting task of furniture shopping easy and enjoyable. I recommend checking this place out for your furniture needs. They are honest, upfront, and friendly.

Our purchases were made during the thick of COVID in 2020 and were told you front that it would take 8-10 weeks for our sectional to arrive. We were so appreciative of their honesty as we could then plan around the timeframe. Debbie is always helpful and goes above and beyond. If you've not been in their store, you're missing out and should plan to visit. Very down to earth people, easy to talk to and will pull up a seat and have a nice conversation with you.
