    When the crap breaks down, try getting it fixed! Its a joke, even under the warranty period. waste of money and time! Just a shame.

    I have used this store a few times and have been satisfied up until now. Came in to purchase a…read moredresser and wanted it the same day. Unfortunately they did not have it and needed to be ordered. The sales man offered me a dresser that looked nothing like what a wanted and it was $100 more. He also seemed like he wanted to get me out of the store as soon as possible. Reluctantly I ordered the dresser which was going to take 3-6 weeks. I put down a deposit, but was able to find it somewhere else with sooner availability. I called Furniture and More for a refund on my deposit only to be told I could only have a store credit. I had no choice at this point but to wait for the furniture and pay for the rest of the product. I received a phone call later that week stating I could have my dresser delivered sooner than planned. The delivery was scheduled for that Saturday. On Saturday the wrong dresser was brought to my home. Needless to say $400 I was not happy. I called the store and they told me this is what I ordered. This is not what I ordered. This is what the salesman tried to sell to me and I did not want. I was told I would be issued a refund which is not even pending into my account. I called and the women who supposedly issued the refund was condescending and very rude. She asked if I have ever been issued a refund and I said she. She said "I don't doubt it". I will NEVER use the this store. You get what you pay for and that's poor customer service. Unfortunately the rudest person in the store is the district manager. Sorry my purchase wasn't substantial enough to warrant a better outcome.

    This company is a TOTAL stay away from. I bought products in Oct of this year. I only recieved…read morehalf of them. Was told by Mathew that the other items were broken before shipping. I asked when I would get replacements an was given the run around . Then I was told they were on back order. I TRIED to be paticient with BBQ Generals but KEPT getting run around. They also quit accepting my phone calls. Mathew did finally offer a $200 refund for the problems. I accepted. Weeks after that still no items that were back ordered. I finally cancelled the rest of the order. Told them I wanted a refund sent back to my card. Took days to make a decision. Then they got back in touch with me to say they had been shipped one day after I cancelled the shipment. This all happened in December after many weeks delay. Told them I would NOT accept the shipment. The finally called back and said they got the products back and I would get a total refund for the products. As of Today Dec15 they are trying to tell me that they would only receive partial refund because they thought the $200 Mathew gave to me was part of the product refund. I have put a dispute in with the CC company to resolve this issue. I would NEVER recommend this company to any one. The customer service is dreadful. Stir Clear
