She was such a knowledgeable and personable associate that after my positive experience purchasing furniture at this location, I brought my father in to purchase furniture for his home as he had recently moved here to Delaware. Again, we were pleased with the service offered by Christine and with the product. The delivery was seamless and we were completely happy with how everything looked and functioned. Several months passed and again I found that I needed to go to a "furniture store" this time for a new mattress. There was no question of what furniture store I would go to - of course it would be the North Dupont Hwy Ashley Home Store in Dover, DE. At first, I was disappointed that Christine was not working on that particular day. However, Bralen assisted me and had a wealth of knowledge about the mattress I was looking to purchase. Although my former mattress was only a few years old, I was in fact sleeping in a hole and so was my husband. I needed to make an excellent choice to replace it and I wanted as much information as possible to make that choice. Once I selected it, the timing of when I could have it was, to me, a critical point. That is when I witnessed a true "team effort" to make sure that the mattress would be delivered to me in only a few short days. I had ordered it on Wednesday evening and the deliveries were already scheduled out. Dorothy was handling the paperwork and getting me on the schedule for delivery. She also had Jason assist her to make sure that the delivery department would be aware of our time sensitive request. The team - Bralen, Dorothy, and Jason, all assured me that they would keep on top of it. The proof of that commitment was that I was called to confirm that the delivery would indeed happen on the day I requested. The delivery team also was fabulous! They treated my home with respect, delivered the new mattress, and removed the old one - carefully carrying both up and down a long flight of stairs to the second floor of my home. They too were great! I am thoroughly satisfied with the service I received! The commitment that the team had to make sure that I received that order quickly was impressive, and I felt like a truly valued customer! I applaud them and extend my thanks for their super service and am appreciative of the great night sleep I now have!
