The women in the showroom were very knowledgeable & made the purchasing process seamless. The color couch we wanted was not something that was in stock & was going to take 6-8 weeks to be delivered, which we were fine with. They had plenty of other options that could have been delivered sooner but this was the one we really wanted. They had everything delivered to us within the given time frame! The gentlemen who delivered the couch were professional & efficient. It had been raining on the day of delivery so the ground was wet, but they got the couches in our back door and not a spot on them. Very reasonably priced furniture & a great team to assist you! We will definitely be stopping here first for any future furniture needs.

We wanted something that wasn't dated and would last. We have been thrilled with the products. We had a little issue at delivery, but Woody's made it right and even sent out someone to fix a scratch on one of the chairs. There was a special coloring design on the table top and they matched it on the chair seats and sideboard. With shortages this year it took longer than we would have liked but with COVID delays gave been difficult and in the end. We love all of our purchases.

If you're looking for an Ekornes Stressless chair, Ambiente has the best display of multiple colors and styles. FYI, those chairs are $3k each; most leather chairs cost just as much now. I have 2 Ekornes chairs that are 10 years old, extremely comfortable, still in style, and look brand new. I was shocked to see how much furniture prices have increased post-covid, and good luck getting custom pieces in less than 9-12 mos. due to supply chain issues. Most places don't sell showroom models, either. Buy "made in NC" for faster (yet still slow) delivery. Most of Ambiente's pieces are made overseas. I was looking for a sofa sectional. The first one I saw was beautiful. Price tag showed $11K. Who can afford a sofa that costs more than a car? I found a suitable sofa sectional at Bassett, but I left the store after I found out it was $8K. "It's 30% off!" Down from 10K. Since furniture costs are so high now, you might as well pick something you like enough to keep for decades.
