I actually called the store and spoke to the store manager whose name was David just so I could tell him how pleased I was with his employee and he was just as I love going to Logan's, but just to know that I can call and ask questions and not be rushed off the phone or just told anything or given the famous "well I will check and see and the answer is they never check and see" was just totally awesome so if you guys ever need anything for your plants, as I said, I have been going there for years the customer service is superb. If you're looking for an Ekornes Stressless chair, Ambiente has the best display of multiple colors and styles. FYI, those chairs are $3k each; most leather chairs cost just as much now. I have 2 Ekornes chairs that are 10 years old, extremely comfortable, still in style, and look brand new. I was shocked to see how much furniture prices have increased post-covid, and good luck getting custom pieces in less than 9-12 mos. due to supply chain issues. Most places don't sell showroom models, either. Buy "made in NC" for faster (yet still slow) delivery. Most of Ambiente's pieces are made overseas. I was looking for a sofa sectional. The first one I saw was beautiful. Price tag showed $11K. Who can afford a sofa that costs more than a car? I found a suitable sofa sectional at Bassett, but I left the store after I found out it was $8K. "It's 30% off!" Down from 10K. Since furniture costs are so high now, you might as well pick something you like enough to keep for decades. I even shopped online for sofas and discovered they are junk not made to last long but suitable for a first apartment.

We heard about Mission Bungalow from our good Ole Pal GOOGLE, after typing in the search bar, "furniture stores near me", while sitting outside Raleigh Raw Juice Bar & Cafe, eating our sushi burrito and drinking our berry smoothie. Upon completion of our lunch, Google maps, without fail, guided us to Mission Bungalow's exact location. After walking into the store, we were immediately greeted by Mark, the owner. We let Mark know that we had been doing some minor research on bedroom sets but could not find what we wanted. After listening to us describe our style and what we wanted, he began to show us their gallery. Mark was extremely kind and patient with us, especially since our indecisiveness and ADHD was in full swing, going out of his way to make sure we had what we were looking for and explaining all the different designs and styles, especially with the different woods and stains. He was straight forward and honest with the time frame at which products are being delivered and when we would expect our new furniture. We were definitely there past closing time, and really appreciated the time Mark gave us. Mission Bungalow is true to their word.

We have not moved for 26+ years and going from a 6 bedroom, 3 bathroom home in Florida to a 2/2 apartment home in North Carolina has us challenged on many fronts surrounding this life change. Jenna was super friendly and very supportive and relaxed throughout the morning of our shopping the Cooper's showroom in Cary. I had seen an upholstered king bed on their website which was the piece that drove us to Cooper's in the first place. Jenna let us know the approximate delivery time and it seemed way too far out so we walked the showroom pondering our options. There was a lovely console table that would fit just perfectly in our new space and Jenna arranged to have the floor piece delivered in a fairly short turnaround time so that we could have something lovely in our new home. When I called back a couple days later to inquire about that same bed we had seen at the start of our furniture search, Jenna was very helpful and super organized with getting us pricing and ETA's on both the bed and a narrow lingerie drawer that would fit our smaller footprint. I will say the plants are healthly and the garden is nice and it isn't a big box store so I will more picky but still fully support.

Staff are always nice but there has never been more than 2 registers open at a time and most of the time it's just one. They have a huge selection of books....all kinds including children's books. I buy for my kids here all the time. It's just hard to find if you are looking for something specific. They keep up with items from the current season which is nice. Some prices are better than other stores bur some are not. If you sign up to be a member you get emails about current items, discounts on your order and invitations to special events.
