The…read moremanager from the 43rd Avenue and Peoria Avenue store came to my home on Friday, July 17, inspected the dishwasher, and the next day, July 18, a new KitchenAid dishwasher was installed. This has restored a great deal of faith and respect for the company, but I still have bittersweet feelings because it took more than 3-1/2 months for Spencer's to take accountability and do the right thing. After being a loyal customer for almost 35 years, I will shop at their store again, but with caution. My hope is Spencer's continues steping up and treats their loyal customers with the same loyalty and respect that is given to them.

I was skeptical at first, thinking this place would be like rent a center, where they charge you x300% above with major interest and shitty products. But I was wronnngggg, we were greeted with a friendly face who wasn't the least bit pushy. Our salesman was very helpful and knowledgeable of any questions we had. And we had a TON of questions. But he stayed patient with us, let us roam around, and encouraged us to compare beds. We got a king bed and 2 pillows within 45 minutes of being there. They have 0% interest, as long as you pay on time, low monthly payments, a great warranty on their products, and great customer service. Also....... we were able to schedule a bed drop off the next morning. Between 9 and 12. I figured they would be like other places and not show up until 11:59. But nope, sure enough the movers showed up at 9:15.!!!! We were ecstatic. They brought the bed up, no problem. They moved our old bed into the guest bedroom instantly. And they were out of the house by 9:35. Amazing.!! I would 100% recommend this store. And this company. It's a great way to build credit and get what you want.

BUYER BEWARE!…read more We recently purchased the S3 King mattress only, through the Avondale Sleep Number store on April 15th 2021 in the amount of $2,283.71 The transaction went well and the product was delivered (2 boxes) within the 3 week timeline. However, I have serious issues with this purchase and have an open complaint on the product just 2 days after the mattress was delivered by UPS and we set it up. Customer Service asked me to try it for 30 days, I'm not giving this product one more night as I am calling to request the return shipping labels and we will be sending this disaster back to the Sleep Number Warehouse located somewhere in the state of Utah... Return charges of $30.00 per box 1) The foam sides that connect within the zippered cover along with the foam insert that fits between the air bladders are deeper/taller than the air bladders. This minor flaw creates a 'hills and valleys' effect as is visible in the photos provided. Filling the bladders to 100% capacity does not eliminate the issue. 2) The inside of the padded and quilted top of this zippered cover has long, threads connecting from tuft to tuft and other long threads that were never trimmed. Terrible craftsmanship. 3) The cotton type fabric that must be tucked into the zippered cover while zipping this cover closed is fraying at the top center. 4) The zipper fails to close easily on the right side as it appears to be sewn incorrectly, plus too much fabric, thus creating a lumpy and uneven appearance. 5) The egg crate type of foam layer that goes between the air bladders and the poorly constructed padded and quilted top is not measured to fit properly, making it impossible to zip closed correctly without being bunched up on the top or bottom corners. I have shared photos of this overpriced and poorly constructed air mattress.

Wow! Where do I start?…read more First, the sales experience was good. Very nice, helpful and very positive. This is where the positivity ends except for the actual delivery guys. If you hear them say "I'll call you back", please know it's complete and utter B.S.; you will have to call them back. They failed to call me back 4 times and the only time they called back was to collect money. We bought a new washer and dryer and didn't want delivery for about 2 weeks until the new house was ready. They said no problem. We wanted matching pedestals and they said they currently didn't have them but would be "definitely" getting in some before delivery. Fast forward to setting up the delivery and call to get delivery scheduled and they we don't have the pedestals but we are getting a truck this afternoon so I'll call you back. When we ordered we paid extra for upstairs delivery. When I called to set up delivery, they act all surprised that it's upstairs and need to coordinate with the delivery driver. "I'll call you back" Called the next day, now they have the pedestals but need to talk to the driver still. "I'll call you back" Day of delivery, I called to get a time frame, "I'll call you back" I called later that day because they hadn't collected the money for the pedestals, "I'll call you back" This was the time that they actually kept their promise and called me back. The delivery guys were top notch. They were quick and the install was awesome. However the money we saved was not worth the aggravation.
