I had bought final clearance items, which were final sale, so that is why I asked about that specific item. When I got home I noticed the item was defective and went back to the store to explain 2 days later. Still in it's bag with the receipt and all tags. Employee there was EXTREMELY rude to say the least & called my mom a liar, without calling the employee that had helped us that day. The initial lady then came in, 15 minutes later and badgered my mom. Claimed she sold us the belt, somehow inspected the whole belt piece by piece and NOTHING was wrong with it. MKAY. TO TOP IT OFFFFF, where the item was defective the employee SCRATCHED OFF even more of the defective piece and further ruined it. & then PROCEEDED TO CALL MY MOM A LIAR about not further damaging the product. I asked her if she could pull up video of both days, if i could even get a word in because began arguing with me, where she told me it was returnable and where the other employee scratched it off with her nasty nails. Of course, she said no and threatened security on my mom to throw her out. When my mom was the calmest person. I've worked in customer service before and these two employees disgust me. Knowing my mom and the language barrier & still threatening her for absolutely no reason. I am calling corporate and wish I would have been there instead. Would never recommend this awful boutique as long as it has awful people working there

I walked through the store approaching the counter (lingering a moment or 2) and walk away toward another group of customers at which time the clerk at the counter acknowledged them from across the room. I thought, "Wow I was just in front of her lingering and she never said a word". She was not the only clerk in the store and not one said hello. So just work on greeting all of your customers when they enter the store.

The store doesn't seem to have anyone working here. The lines are long and things are all mixed up…read morein random departments where they don't belong. There is a good amount of clearance stuff though which is kind of nice because what we shop for isn't want is sold out here. People can be sketchy at this mall, but just keep to yourself and not make too much eye contact it's fine. They have a backstage up stairs which is kind of like their clearance center. As long as your expectations are low with customer service this place will work if you need to find some thing and happen to be in the area.

These jercey hijab are very thin and low quality China material. I asked for the exchange that u sent me the wrong item. After checking everything they claim these things material are our premium Jercey hijabs. They ask to do the return process but we will deduct the shipment cost on both sides. However my shipment was free because I spent $100. Even Chinese stores are better than these Muslim sellers, no matter what you buy for how much they return you the all amount and provide the return label. Modish hijabs have reduced the product quality they shouldn't charge customers for both ways shipping cost. Both way shipping cost is aound the price of one premium jercey hijab. Very much dishonesty from our own Muslims. May Allah show you some sign to become honest and wise with Umma.
