They've been in business for 115 years and now I can see why! I traveled to this store because they sell a specific brand of furniture I was looking for (Jackson). I called ahead and knew they had the sectional sofa that I was looking for and I wanted to see it in person before I purchased. I was about 90% sure I was going to purchase from them because I owned this couch before but the service that I received from the owner had me sold. Phil was super friendly and was cracking jokes with us. Jim was also very nice and he made us a great deal! Delivery is free even to the Buffalo area, which is something that you don't often receive! I have been to Fulkerson's to find lobby furniture, kitchen and work tables, lots and lots of chairs! They can do cubicles in custom sizes and accessories too. They do have some new furniture too, but it's not much. You can find it in their main showroom with their offices.
