Unfortunately I did end my visit early. When it comes to customer service there's a fine line between doing too much and not doing enough. No prospective customer wants to walk in and be treated as if they're invisible or don't belong. On the flip side, and overly attentive salesperson who hoovers and wont allow you to browse at your leisure is no better. My experience was the latter! As soon as I walked in the sales gal said hello, asked what I was looking for, complimented my shoes and shirt, blah blah. From here, I would have been fine with a 'let me know if you need help'. However, she was a bit intrusive with questions, and too opinionated with how I decided to conduct my visit. At one point I advised that I had visited other stores earlier (since she asked) and her response was 'we all pretty much have the same thing and same price so you wont find much difference'. I replied with 'so should i leave?'. During her line of questioning and overload of info that I had no interest in, I advised several times that i'm comfortable looking on my own, thanks for the help I'll go look around, I appreciate the info I'll let you know if I need more help. Needless to say I finally made my escape and was able to test mattress which were different than what I already saw. However while testing just two, I notice her watching me, like a lion waiting to pounce. At that point, what little interest I had exited and so did I. I would be open to returning, but only if she;s not there.

The clothes are outdated and the store is a hot mess, but I saw a cute black and white scarf in the window that I wanted to inquire about. I predict this store will be closed in a matter of months if not weeks. Pathetic.

We worked as our own contractor, so we were a little apprehensive about how this process would go. Lakeside's pricing was competitive and we worked with the designer, Josh. As you can see, the attention to detail and craftsmanship is incomparable. From designing to install, this process was so smooth, we could hardly believe it. Thanks so much to all at Lakeside, you made our dream kitchen come true!

It's located in the rather fancy Mall in the north suburbs of Minneapolis, and if you come here you will find a good Express which often sells a lot of their good stuff out because it gets so busy. They're pretty provocative and some of their outfits are sexy AF, but not as much as Forever 21 and Victoria's Secret. They're very expensive but not so much when there is a sale on. And probably the best thing about this place is the accessories which the plastic doll girl usually buys a whole ton of. Express has some cute clothes at expensive prices. I'm more into their accessories, which they have a lot of. Their jewelry is nice.

I…read morespent 20 minutes trying to give them the opportunity to fix this mess, but after being transfer to the THIRD person - who was as clueless as the other two- I gave up. It took over 4 weeks to get the materials- that were "in stock". They couldn't find a somewhat decent hardwood installer up their ass with both hands on their cheeks. If you know what you want, can carry it out the same day, and install it yourself - have at it. Otherwise, save yourself the grief. You can thank me later. (original review below) ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- As far as customer service in the showroom is considered, I have no complaints. The guys there were cordial and helpful. Enough so that my client, whom I had accompanied to the showroom, placed an order for a little over $8000 for a combination of hardwood and laminate flooring under my professional account. This review will concern the person they sent to set up the installation of the hardwood, who may not be the guy in the showroom who sold the flooring, but is an employee of LL Flooring - and therefore reflects directly on the company and my potentail use of LL Flooring for materials in the future. "Dan" was absolutley THE MOST rude and condescending person I have ever dealt with in my nearly 18 years of contracting. Not only was he rude in his texting, but he also felt the need to call me right after my text to him at 10.30am requesting he please not change the time again - and when i answered he screamed "YOUR CLIENT PICKED THAT TIME Have a good day" And. then. he. hung. up. on. me. whoa. the epitome of professionalism there, Dan. /s First of all, my client did not "pick" that time - that was the time DAN gave. Second, when you are talking to the contractor who is coordinating the project FOR the client as well as installing the laminate, along with being the one who suggested LL FLooring to the client to begin with, you do not want to piss them off. That is the surest way to get not only the hardwood installation bid cancelled, but the entire materials order cancelled as well. According to DAN, only HIS and my clients time were "important". I was "not needed or necessary". Got it. OK. I also do not need, not will it be necessary to use LL Flooring, or recommend them to any future clients.
