If I could give this place zero stars, I would, but the app requires at least one. They were the…read moreabsolute worst. To make matters worse, they're the only one in the area offering that particular type of service that they supposedly offer, but they were awful: incompetent, aggressively unpleasant, unfairly antagonizing - and I did nothing to deserve it. The person I spoke with just had an attitude problem and apparently is just used to people not noticing, or cow-towing. All I did was try to schedule an appointment and meet them for said appointment. I had to reschedule the initial appointment for a very good, health-related reason, and after that, she was just awful. We it took a week and a half to reschedule the appointment and when we did that, she had a very difficult attitude. And, like all people who have bad attitudes or personality problems, when the person on the receiving end of their off behavior tries to request that the attitude simmer down so they can just move forward to the business at hand pleasantly, the person just gets more agitated at them - blaming the person on the receiving end as though they were somehow a cause of it. We did reschedule for a week and a half out, but when the appointment day came, she up. And a whole lot of phone back-and-forth , characterized by her, trying to blame me for everything making excuses for herself by blaming me, and then when I tried to rebuff that and I don't know where you're getting this from but I'm just trying to schedule an appointment with you and we did so and now I'm on a timeline so what do we do about it instead of trying to fix it she just said that she thought I was too angry and difficult to deal with. She interrupted me, talked over me, didn't hear anything I said, didn't listen to anything I said, and just didn't want to go forward with me, even though I had done nothing to deserve this. So, at that point, I just hung up. Now, I'm stuck without the assitance I need and it's awful. I'll figure something out because I'm resourceful and have friends and other avenues of things. I can probably do to make it work well enough in . Barely, but I think I can pull it off. But the point is, I don't need that kind of hassle. Nobody does. So, anyone out there who might be considering this company, do your own diligence, but to whatever extent my experience can help inform you in a way that my spare you a bunch of needless stress and wasted time, I'm putting it out there as a help, from one consumer to another. Evidently, they might have some clients that got what they needed, but I don't personally understand how because my expectations were so basic and they did not even meet them. They could not engage in the most basic courteous business behavior to accomplish scheduling and following through with an appointment. And blamed me for their misgivings. The most awful part about is the this cater to a clientele that are in great stress at the time that they come to these companies for . And they know this why in this the named transitions. But there was nothing caring about any of this.Deal with them at your own risk.

I've sent her all the photos and information to which she sent me a link to file a claim myself. Of course the link didn't work but she kept insisting I file it, not her. I have never dealt with a company that charges so much for shipping and then a handling fee on top of that and then takes a percentage of the cost of the item (which is passed on to the customer), and then refuses to follow through with a refund. This is a terrible franchise so unless you want another job, doing half of Kelsey's, I suggest you never give these people any money.

I also could see as more residential buildings are opening in the area, how this goodwill will have the potential to improve. The value is okay, definitely not great. Especially considering the limited quality selection. And to be honest, from the simple questions I asked about wanting to donate items, the staff seem beyond under enthusiastic. They could barely tell me how to donate. I'll come back to donate, but probably not to buy or search for anything. Realistically, I'd rather drive all the way to Towson, as that goodwill is infinitely better!

We break them quite often, but that's okay because we never buy them new. We grew up thrifty and there's no shame in that. In fact, I totally recommend thrift stores. Why would you pay full price for something that you could possibly get for $2? We've been in this store before, and truthfully, it's not my favorite. It's incredibly small compared to most thrift stores I've frequented, but it was convenient, and we did accomplish our goal. Four black plates for less than $10. The woman at the register said that if we had been seniors, we could have gotten them 60% off because it was Wednesday. That's something to keep in mind for my older friends. Still, I love a deal, and in this economy you should too. Thrift Life FTW

She filled me in on all of the neighborhoods and helped me find the one that was best for me. She had access to so many houses when they first came on the market, which was great. She is extremely knowledgeable about everything and was able to answer all of our 500 questions a day. We also had a lot of fun working with her and her great personality. We looked forward to hanging out with her driving around Baltimore looking for a house! I continue to recommend Suzie to friends in the area, and know we will be turning back to her when it's time to move.

We had been referred to her from a real estate attorney, Todd Heise (of Heise and Heise LLC), and could not have been more pleased. She had an offer within 2 days, worked on our behalf during some extremely intense back and forth with the buyers, and was able to close on the property within 2 months. She's professional, VERY knowledgeable when it comes to understanding the markets, and sets expectations so there are no surprises throughout the process. Whether you're a buyer, seller, or investor it would be in your best interests to call her to see how she can help you. Simply put, when the time arrives where I will need a real estate broker again, she is definitely the person I will be using again.
