When it was time for final decisions they invited me to their office and showed me 3-D renderings of what the rooms would look like - changing them right there in front of my eyes on the computer monitor - so that I could make good choices. They were patient, made good suggestions and made me feel like my project was their top priority. Once I made my final decisions they were very speedy in finishing the complete set of drawings. They come from a construction background so they know what they are doing and they are very pleasant to work with!
