DO NOT HIRE ROBINSON ROOFING. If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with Andy Robinson and his crew was beyond unacceptable--this was not just a case of poor craftsmanship but a complete disregard for professionalism, honesty, and basic respect for a client's property. If you are considering using this company, let me save you the headache and money: find someone else. 1. The Roofing Job Itself - Poor Quality, Zero Attention to Detail The roof, which cost $40,000, was done incorrectly the first time and had to be redone. Even after their so-called "fix," the final result was an absolute disaster. The metal panels were scratched all over. The valleys were cut unevenly and look terrible. Every place they put a ladder left bent edges and further damage. It was evident that no one in their crew had any common sense about how to properly position a ladder on a brand-new metal roof. At the very least, a professional roofing company should be able to align their lines correctly--but even that was too much to expect from Robinson Roofing. 2. The Disrespect and Trespassing - Completely Unprofessional Behavior As if the botched roofing job wasn't enough, Andy's crew violated our trust and property in ways that should have resulted in a police report. Here's what happened on our property, well outside of work days/hours: Andy's crew of guys literally showed up at our property, unannounced on a Saturday night and camped on my private property without permission! We showed up to our brand new home on a Saturday evening to discover that they had set up tents INSIDE of our new home... They brought firearms, knives and were shooting on my land, at targets set up next to my brand new excavator--again, without permission. They smoked drugs inside my unfinished house. Drank liquor inside my new home. They cooked inside my brand-new home on a cook stove, in the middle of fire season while our home was in the framing stage. These are not minor infractions. These are serious violations that showed a complete lack of respect for my property, my privacy, and basic human decency. When we arrived, not a single one of them was apologetic; just entitled and snobbish. No decency or respect whatsoever, given how disproportionately horrible their behavior was. 3. Andy Robinson's Failure to Take Responsibility Despite all of these issues, I gave Andy ample time to step up, take responsibility, and make things right. Instead, here's what he did: Offered me a measly $1,000 as compensation--a slap in the face considering the damage, the trespassing, and the blatant disrespect. When it came time to actually send the $1,000, he didn't. He completely ignored us instead. On multiple occasions, we told him that we did not want to resort to leaving poor reviews of his company or reporting his company's actions to the CCB bard, but he completely ignored us. It could have been a simple fix, if he would have agreed to a proportionate fix given how terrible of an experience we had, that wasn't just about the lack of quality of craftsmanship, but also about the utterly violating experience we had with his crew. Never provided a real, meaningful response that addressed the gravity of the situation. Final Warning: Avoid This Company at All Costs I regret not calling the sheriff when I had the chance. I trusted this company to do an honest, professional job, and instead, I got: - A damaged and sloppy $40,000 roof. - Trespassing, drug use, and illegal gun activity on my private property. - An owner who, when confronted with these issues, chose to excuse them then ignore them rather than make things right. If you are considering hiring Robinson Roofing, do yourself a favor: DON'T. There are plenty of other roofing companies out there that will do the job right, respect your property, and conduct themselves like professionals. This is not one of them. read more

We had an excellent experience having our roof replaced by this company, which we had never dealt with before. Andy Robinson himself was who we dealt with for the estimate and then supervision of the job. He went the extra mile to treat us like we were small-town neighbors, not like customers to gouge. They did what he said they would do, when he said they would do it, and cleaned up carefully each day so we didn't have debris or roofing nails lying around. We try to avoid corporate vendors who find ways to pile on fees and keep passing you around from person to person in their company. This was the opposite of all that. Excellent. read more
