literally, the worst place I've ever been to. the management is disgusting in the way they treat their customers. I ordered delivery, the lady repeated my order back to me correctly but my order was not complete or correct upon delivery. I called and tried to speak to someone about it. the women I spoke to flat out admitted she made a mistake when putting my order in and what I ordered was in fact not what was delivered to me. she then put me on the phone with the "owner" (who should lose his business license) I was yelled at, hung up on multiple times. told I wasn't getting a refund (which I didn't ask for, I just wanted my order corrected) I even offered to come to pick it up. I was told I was wasting my time and. when I initially called I was told my correct order would be delivered to me in 45 minutes. I asked simply how long will it take if I come to pick it up, as I had already waited for my food for over 45 minutes the first time. by this time, having been hung up on 4 times by the owner he again stated that it would take 45 minutes as it has to cook. ( i understand that) so I asked him why it would take 45 more minutes. (because we had already been back and forth on the phone for 30 trying to explain that I do not want a refund and that the women who took my order admitted to making a mistake. (the order should have been started upon my initial call stating the order wasn't correct) and I just wanted to know what I needed to do to get my correct order.all while being hung up on multiple times because the owner is a terrible excuse for a human let alone a business owner.) he then advised that he will not be refunding or bringing my correct order. I even tried to call and place a brand new order and pay for what I had already paid for JUST so I could have my food.the lady took my order. she then called me about 5 minutes later stating they were "out" of what i had ordered. i will NOT be back. and considering i had a large order that was meant to feed multiple people, and the customer service was so terrible all of my friends that were with me will be posting reviews as well, as they heard the entire conversation between me and this sad excuse for a business owner. i will NEVER spend my money with this place again. this was my first and last time going here. lets not forget that the owner is such a childish human that he belittles his customer, lies and tries to make the customer look bad for his mistakes. So happy to discover this place, and only 10 minutes from home! I typically drive 15-20 minutes to get middle eastern kabobs...usually of the Pakistani variety. Of course, there is also the Moby Dick option, but that's completely different (Persian). These are truly Afghan style, and it was outstanding. The meat was succulent and tender, with incredible seasonings that stand apart from the others. The bread was not typical naan, but the flatter Afghan style--they sell bread like this in some markets, but it's packaged and soft, this looks the same but is so so delicious fresh, hot, and steaming. Can't wait to go back! I also can't wait to try some of the other menu items, which include various Afghan appetizers and items I have seen at other full-up restaurants in the past. Worst place ever. Let's forget about the food and talk about the service. I called to order delivery. I recently had an unfortunate experience at Ashburn Kabob. It has been my family's go-to spot for kabobs, but our latest order left us disappointed. We ordered dinner from there, but unfortunately, they forgot to include an extra lamb skewer. When I called to inform them about the missing item, they requested a photo of the platter as proof. I was taken aback by this request, considering that I have been a loyal customer, spending $85 every time I dine there. It felt as though they were questioning my honesty rather than providing the customer service I expected. Given this experience, I have decided not to eat at Ashburn Kabob again. This is my go-to kabob place. Was thrilled that door dash would deliver to my house (about 6 mi from restaurant). Food is always great. Last time I ordered via door dash, the door dash delivery guy never showed up to pick up the food from restaurant. I called 20 min after the order was supposed to be delivered and the woman that answered put the owner on the phone. He said the food was ready but they never heard from door dash. He put me on hold for a moment and then came back and said he'd deliver it personally. The owner. Even if the food sucked, this would still be my spot. My favorite kabob place! My family and I get carry out and so far, have not been disappointed. The restaurant is small and isn't really the coziest to dine in at, but their food is SO GOOD. Their white sauce is the best I've had - packed with flavor and I use it on everything. The kabobs are always tender and cooked perfectly. Naan isn't too chewy and has a perfect crisp to it. Oh, and I love their chickpeas and spinach. I live in Fairfax, so i'm always excited to be in the area to get Ashburn Kabob! Worth going to! read more

I was in town on my way to DC when I had the strangest craving for Kabob. Fortunately I came across this nice little plaza. I was welcomed warmly by the manager and a very rich flavorful kabob; and I am very picky when it comes to kabob. Had to say this was the best kabob I've had thus far. This restaurant is one of the best places I have had food at. My family and I are now regulars. The meat is tender and easy to eat unlike many other places I have had its hard to chew into.
