I moved into a mobile home retirement community I Ormond & wanted my AC checked & serviced. Ash-Lee-Air advertises in our newsletter where I live. The service man came out & pointed out a part that was rusty & he told if that part failed it would cost $400 & a brand new AC would be more efficient & the power company would help pay for some of the cost. My old AC was working fine but I gave the OK to replace it. My old one was a well known company like Trane & the new one that Ash-Lee installed is called Boron & I never heard of that brand. They took away my old AC & put in the Boron and it works just fine. But I felt really stupid when I came across a package the previous owner & she kept a kept everything she had ever bought for the house. I think the ac I had was a replacement AC.I found the paperwork for the air conditioner & realized that my old AC wasn't very old & I'm sure I didn't need a new one! So Ash Lee took away a good ac that they most likely sold to someone else looking for a good used AC & I paid for something I really didn't need.
Even though Ash Lee had me as a new customer they never called me back to see if I wanted a seasonal check up. Every thing Iwrote here is just how I remember it & I tried to be fair. read more
