Finding a good electrical company is just like finding a good mechanic; everybody needs one. Apex…read moreelectrical services certainly fits that bill for me. Not only did they keep their commitment as to the date and time but the electrician was extremely professional. I expressed what I needed done, he reiterated that back in his own words to make sure that he understood what I was looking for and a few hours later I had exactly what I was looking for. There wasn't a single piece of anything left behind(I always find stuff after contractors have done work). Apex is just that, they are at the pinnacle of services and will always be my go-to electrical company.

From the professional office staff that scheduled my estimate and got all the paperwork together to the very nice man that came out to my home and gave us the estimate and answered all our questions. Even ones we hadn't thought to ask. We couldn't have asked for a better company. I have recommended this company to my friends and they have been equally pleased.

Koontz A/C Can't say enough good things about Koontz A/C!…read moreWe had our AC replaced at a very fair price, with excellent workmanship. Everyone was professional, friendly, and right on time. Three weeks after installation, we had an issue with the new system. Koontz always answered the phone, came when they said they would, and stood behind their work. They found the problem, fixed it, and now we're staying cool! Best service ever! Highly recommend Koontz A/C!

If you don't want a nightmare, don't use Koontz! I left a review on Google last year of what we…read morewent thru during the install, now here is what occurred a year later. We had a full install of the unit and the flex duct over $8k. Of course like clock work, as soon as the warranty ends, we start having problems. The air went out and since we had no warranty or money, we attempted to fix ourselves and found that a small fuse blew. We replaced it and a couple days later it happened again and then 1 more time. During the fuse repair, we found the cause. Some of the flex tube collapsed and there was insulation blocking the air flow. We replaced the damaged flex duct and cleared the insulation. Then about a week later, we lost power to one side of our house. We found the Koontz crew had screwed the flashing right thru wiring to the house! Strange that it took a year for those things to cause issues, but Murphy's Law it happened right after the warranty. I want to warn others of the crappy work this company does. BTW, it is NOT family owned. We were advised by one of their employees that the family sold it a few years ago and the company presents themselves as family owned because it gets people to use them. And that's exactly why we did! Lesson learned.
