Ash is awesome, plenty of seats, air is great, bar is great, cigar selection and condition is a homerun. I've been to a zillion lounges, and nothing is perfect, but this one definitely makes a push to keep you as a customer and not like most retail as usually doing " go in, get a pitch on the house cigar, buy what you finally get around to, then get out" as most lounges do. read more

I decided to check out this particular cigar bar, hoping to discover a new spot to enjoy. When I walked in my first impression was strange, a man was sitting at the bar laying across two chairs and, on a laptop, surfing the web. Later learning this was the owner's son. He never greeted us or moved so we could take a seat. I noticed their walk-in humidor and decided to check out the cigars. While I'm not a cigar expert, I do possess some knowledge about cigars and have been smoking cigars for years. Upon entering their humidor, I couldn't help but notice that the cigar selection was somewhat limited. However, I was warmly welcomed by the Cigar Sommelier, who exuded kindness and expertise. I shared my preferences in cigars, and he graciously offered several recommendations. Once I made my selection, I headed to the bar. Placing my chosen cigars on the counter, I was taken aback when the bartender swiftly picked them up and rang them in before even greeting me, as though he suspected I might attempt to steal them. This was the gentlemen who was lounging on the chairs surfing the web when we first walked in. Once the bartender rang up my cigar purchase, he inquired about our drink preferences. When I asked about a specific alcohol, his demeanor turned noticeably uncomfortable. I asked about a certain Vodka (Tito's) and rather than just stating they didn't have it and say what they did have, I received a response as if I was beneath him. He started discussing his family's ownership of the business and began disparaging other establishments nearby. It became apparent that he lacked the necessary service skills and came across as quite arrogant. I looked to see if there were any way to contact the owner directly, but I couldn't find it prior to posting this. I feel this place could be a staple in the area but needs a change in the staff to promote some positive energy. read more

The atmosphere and the selection of cigars was very good. The local patrons were super friendly. The bartender Hailey was super nice. I will definitely be back. read more

I stumbled on this place over 8 months ago while going into saddle up for lunch right from the the start I felt at home the staff were super friendly and helpful there smoked old fashioned has become one of my favorite I found the cigar selection to be great as a person that likes to jump around the humidor and try new things they have plenty to choose from the owners take great pride in there business and make you feel right at home if your in the area and looking for a great place to get a great drink and a great cigar I strongly suggest stopping by read more
