Honestly, I haven't shopped anywhere since and probably never will. Two Guys Smoke Shop is the echelon of cigar places in the New England area. From their vast selection of fine cigars, their massive space, and all of their friendly knowledgeable staff who have taught me so much since becoming a customer and are always up for sharing a cigar and a great conversation. From names such as Davidoff, Byron, Atabey, and my personal favorite Kristoff. If your looking for a place that welcomes you, has an incredible staff and a selection that will never leave you dissatisfied with your choice this is the place to be. Plus, they have an amazing podcast studio and cafe upstairs. There's plenty to find in this gem. Go to Two Guys and enjoy. You won't be disappointed.

I've always believed in supporting local businesses, and was proud to call SS home. This ended tonight. A couple weeks ago I purchased a replacement atomizer for my Cloud Pen. The manufacturer was running a sale at half price, but I again believe in keeping my business local. I paid the $10 for the atomizer, and even did some card magic for the employee's here. I went home and popped in the new atomizer, only to find it didn't work. No big deal, I said to myself. I'll just head down there when I can and get a replacement. Well, tonight was the night and I went in there fully expecting them to replace the broken atomizer they sold me. The very condescending worker told me they don't give refunds. I said I didn't want a refund, I just wanted a replacement. He said, "yeah, this is normal with a lot of the vape stuff" and then pointed to the sign stating "all sales are final". I couldn't believe my ears. I literally said to him, "ok, so you guys sold me something that doesn't work, and I'm here pleasantly asking for one that does work, and you're telling me you aren't going to replace this? You realize that after I leave here you guys are losing a weekly customer, right? For good, I'll loterally never step foot in the building again?" He says, "yeah I totally understand man, sorry about that. I can sell you another one if you want (all smiles. As if he enjoyed this). And then I turn around and exit this shop for the last time. I understand why there's a need to make all sales final, given the nature of the product, but in this case I'm showing a completely unused $10 atomizer, that I can literally show not working. In addition, it's not like I'm a random customer who hasn't spent thousands in that store. I helped the owner of this business, Sue, and her brother with snowboarding equipment many years ago. If she had come back with an unused binding that she couldn't use because it was broken, what do you think I would've done? She would've left with working equipment. Guys, take your business elsewhere. It should be illegal to sell broken merchandise. There are other shops opening up nearly every month. A shop that is in the practice of selling broken replacement parts is not one that warrants our business. Portsmouth Smoke and Vape will be more than happy to have my business from this day forth. You can find a nice, though not especially extensive, variety of fine cigars here, with prices seeming a dollar or two higher than at other NH places. Friendly staff, in my experience. HOWEVER, be warned that -- during the week, anyway -- the lounge does not open until 4 p.m. (though the retail shop is open).

Everything he's recommended has been spot on. The pipe tobacco selection is great, and he'll adapt to your preferences mixing a special blend, etc. If certain tobaccos are not available, it's never for lack of trying - Joe has to rely on what can be procured from manufacturers and imported. Tobacco taxes have gone up astronomically so it's a very tough business to make a profit in - it has to be for the love of the product and customers more than anything. Joe is always a gentleman, gracious and genuine. He has a crew of regulars who hang out and enjoy their smokes, and frankly I'm always delighted by their banter. Good guys. Joe is a great proprietor - he's dressed the part in his vest, pocket watch and Sherlock Holmes kind of pipe. He's always ready to help with a huge smile, and very kind way about him. The store is everything it should be - homey, well-furnished, magazines and coffee, man-cave, and filled with the aromas of quality tobaccos. The humidor area is very clean. If someone is looking for a hospital sterile environment in a tobacco store, perhaps they should reconsider smoking in the first place. The clientele is republican/conservative, so if the politics bother you, there's not much to say. This is a gem of a place, and I hope he can stay in business for a long time despite all the legislation against the enjoyment of tobacco.

I haven't been back in this guys shop in two years. The owner is a pompous ass.. I picked up a couple of cigars that i happen to like and was told , i hope u buy those no one else wants them. This is my "home" shop and I was reminded of the reason why today…read more. Company had a situation with an employee not being able to come open the shop last minute... (Life happens)... A young man by the name of Liam showed up to inform everybody currently waiting in parking lot and any future customers that the owner would be there in 20 minutes. Although young, Liam demonstrated excellent customer service by providing a friendly attitude and willingness to be of service in anyway possible. After purchasing some new juice and coils, Liam cleaned my mod, put in a new coil, and filled her up making it ready to rip. This may not sound like much, but I have limited mobility in my left hand due to a stroke so the assistance was greatly appreciated. Liam also helped me trouble shoot reasons why my mod wasn't working to the best of its ability.. He gave me some pointers as to what to avoid using with my mod and what products are most appropriate for top performance. Not once during my experience did I feel any type of vibe from Liam that was negative and I'm very much impressed by his customer service (or natural demeanor) at such a young age. I will continue to stick with Standard Vapor as well as their shop in Seabrook. God Bless.
