Sweet lady but looked like she was maybe on something. Cleaned some areas well but this was a move out clean and she missed a TON of areas. After I brought this up, (after paying a decent amount of money and after she left) they told me they could refund me $40 dollars. I guess I shouldn't be greedy but this cleaning service was not worth $300's I don't recommend at all especially if you are under a time crunch. Paying $300s for a cleaner and then having to spend an extra 6 hours cleaning the place yourself is not a vibe :/

In my picture was what i swept from the kitchen floor about five minutes after they left. Secondly they forgot to clean an entire bathroom. I had to call them to come back. Thirdly I had originally had three bedrooms included in the quote, when they came, i had to work in one of the rooms so i asked them not to clean it, they wouldn't take it off of the price. The fourth thing is that they thought i didn't speak Spanish and were talking trash the whole time. They were obviously upset when they had to come back and clean the bathroom they forgot but they didn't know i could understand them. Before that, when i was speaking with the boss over the phone to pay by card they were speaking in Spanish (thinking i couldn't understand) saying i needed to add a tip on their for them. The boss never translated that to me bc he was more professional but they kept saying it trying to get him to tell me to add their tip. I will never use them again. It was a waste of 200.00. If i wasn't short on time i would have definitely tried to find a more professional service. I didn't even mention the part where one of the cleaners tried to get us to book her outside of the company but then got caught when my husband called the company phone number to confirm our appointment and then she tried to blame US for it?? Reading a previous review, looks like being a NO SHOW is a habit, even for ppl he had previously worked for. I am very glad I was able to contact someone else to do a same-day pick up else I would have been in a very bad position as I needed to vacate the house. I understand appts have to be canceled sometimes but common courtesy is to let someone know you're canceling or at least reply that you're not showing up.

I then did a walk through - 1/2 the windows and baseboards were not cleaned, other areas still had dust, mirrors were not cleaned. I did not think I would need to micromanage. I wish I had. So I paid $185 for 2 hours of a maid or $92.50 per hour. My house was not that dirty and for almost $100/hr, I assumed you could eat off the floor by their completion. TERRIBLE. And my name was repeatedly misspelled in their communications and on the invoice. Needless to say, I did not retain their services. RIPOFF.
