They did a lot of detail work like cleaning the fans from the fur and dirt and window sills and wiping down the banisters and baseboards that were all full of fur and dirt since I doubt our tenants ever cleaned anything. I suspect they had more than one dog in there from the smell and all the fur. I highly recommend them they did an excellent job and were very nice and thoughtful. When they heard that I had to use a walker to come in to do the walk-through, they swept out the driveway to make a path from all the acorns that were in the way so I wouldn't have any problem making it into the house. The price was well worth all the work they did and the house was smelling clean and fresh on the walkthrough.

We paid over $400 for a move-in cleaning (3,000 sq ft home). Our home had already been cleaned by professional cleaners when the previous owners moved out but they had a dog and my family is sensitive to pet dander and I just wanted another good cleaning before we moved in. I requested that they focus on the windows, cabinets, drawers and floors (hardwood). When I asked for a deeper cleaning of the carpeted, I was told it would be an additional $70 for steam cleaning. All fine. However, after the cleaning, my husband went to inspect and found the floors to be dusty and dirty (bare feet turned black after walking around a bit!). When I reached out, I was told that it was probably cleaning residue?? They offered to come back to clean or a $50 discount (still putting the bill at $440). At this point, I figured I'd do the final cleaning. Fast forward two weeks, we finally moved in and to my disappointment, the cupboards, and drawers have crumbs in the corners and just don't feel clean. Not to mention, when I vacuumed the stairs, there was still dog hair. I hate doing this to a small business, but as my husband put it, it just feels like we "wasted money" because we are doing quite a lot of mopping and cleaning when really we expected to move into a cleaned home.

The details are as follows: Thursday November 8th, 2018 I began having issues with this company. This house was completely empty as we had not moved in yet. We're moving from Pflugerville on the 15th. I'm OCD, so I decided to hire them to come in and take care of the cleaning. They showed up the first appointment day (11/8/18) and did not clean the house. I stood outside for the hour and 48 minutes that they were inside. Figured since they were 'professional' cleaners that I did not have to micromanage them. Unfortunately, that was not the case. I should have just done it all myself!!! I walked inside with only my socks on thinking it was cleaned and found everything to be exactly in the same condition it was before they arrived - Dirty! Photos included I called them to get them back out there and requested a different crew or to have my money refunded. To my surprise, Juana the owner, was one of the ladies I had just met in my home. When Emma finally called me back on Monday I was told that usually after 3 days they don't come back to an address and I should be lucky they are willing to come back at all. They had my credit card information and will not refund more than $50 out of the $115 that I paid. Apparently this is a scam that they've done for awhile. They come in do a poor job don't even use cleaning products - only damp rags to make it appear as if it was properly cleaned. Then they reschedule and never show back up to complete the job. Most people don't think they can do anything about it, however if you pay someone for a service and they don't preform or offer a full refund it is theft. Taking advantage of people that don't know they have consumer rights isn't ethical. Monday, November 12th: I was left waiting at the apartment for them to show up for the second appointment after threatening APDs involvement - our appointment time for the follow up cleaning was at 12pm. Nobody called me to tell me they were running late. I call and was told they're 'experiencing car issues' and won't arrive now until 2pm. At this point I'm beyond annoyed. I'm wasting precious time I could be packing for our move from Pflugerville to Austin to sit here and wait for them. Whatever you do - Don't hire Juana or her team at Lluvia Green Cleaning as they will smile in your face, waste your time, and try to steal your money. Just save yourself the trouble and clean it yourself or spend the extra money on hiring a reputable company. After they left the second time, I found more items that were never cleaned / directives ignored. While they were here I was constantly having to point out dirty things and show them what to do. I ended up just redoing everything myself. Also, never received the receipt to my email as promised. Pretty sure they only showed back up for the second time to avoid further APD involvement. Juana and her team offered me discounts for future cleanings, however unless I get amnesia or hell freezes over I'll be sticking to my guns and avoiding this company like the plague.

They will asks you to pre-vacuum your carpets and move all furniture around for the areas your want cleaned or they will clean around the furniture if you cannot move it to another location in your home. Angel cleaning review…read more I was the "actual customer". Owner hired sub contractors to come out and clean. She does "touch ups and the things to make home shine". The efforts by the subcontractors was subpar. Coming from military, the attention to detail on the service received was lacking. Mud and dust in door frames. Walls still had mud in areas where my dogs stayed and even other areas. When pointed out the owner stated that the wall was cleaned thoroughly. She said the dirt would not come off and would need paint. She is also referring to this in her post to my wife's post. However, I told her I would get some hot water and a rag to get it up. She came back by saying look I'll show you it won't come off. Once she started to clean the wall the mud was coming up. Also, after calling my wife due to just out right fruststion, she came and pointed another spot on a door that was dirty. Again the owner said it wouldn't come off. She then actually licked her finger in front of us and to our surprise was able to get the spot up. She the stated then "oh it is coming up". The only reason I am writing this is to clarify things and also provide the "actual customer" experience. This company was way more expensive then others I researched but the other reviews are what convinced me to use them instead of others. I don't know if it was a fluke on the company's end to how the experience was but if this is any indication of how they actually clean then you are better off doing it yourself. I passed inspection however am not guaranteed my deposit for my home. The company actual told me the reason I passed was they are going to clean it anyways for a house showing to sell home. I was lucky to have the company I rent from to be selling the home I rented. Also if you leave a bad review she will offer you a refund to remove post or she will "call the rental company and see how you like that". Obvious pay for post and if you don't agree threaten you with calling rental company. Oh and after inspection she was still cleaning the floor and agreed with inspector to finish cleaning and he would go ahead clear it. She sent two attempts for "additional cleaning after inspection" and "fail to pay for services". Again this was all after my wife's bad review. Attached are pictures for the claims of $50 each time. I'm sure there is a reason the company will come up with for the $50 extra trying to be claimed. She did however waive the fee to clean the stove which we did not put on self clean and to put items in fridge in a the bags of garbage I already had in garage. That cost extra is you have them bag trash apparently. There is suppose to be absolutely nothing in house. There is nothing on website discussing additional charges for bagging trash (which I would consider cleaners to put in with a service) but there was a note to put oven on self clean. Below is my wife's post if you'd like to review that but according to the owner she is not the "actual customer" so take it as you would like. Good look on your cleaner search and hopefully you have a pleasant experience whoever you choose. Attached are images judge for yourself. The images are after the sub contractors "cleaned the major stuff" and I was inspecting with the owner. Owner wanted me to point out unsatisfactory cleaning spots so she could clean them. It shouldn't be a customers job to tell them how to clean as they are a cleaning service. There is also no balance due. Owner is trying to threaten and collect after a bad review. No admission of unclaimed balances in the post, all services have been paid in full and company is still trying to collect extra stuff. Phone calls with owner offering me "to refund $50 to take bad review down " proved to me she will pay to have reviews. I will not acknowledge anymore post from the owner nor will I post anymore. She explained her process and tried justifying why it wasn't ready. Also when I pointed something out she said that doesn't come off rubbed the area and the spot came off right away. She stay cleaning the house and we did pass inspection. After I left a review on google about my experience she began requesting $50. Update apparently she wasn't trying to request money. However she threatened to call rental company about my review. My rental company does not decide how I felt about the experience. Update 2: she was trying to request money. According to the request for staying after passing inspection. Just fit you were told by the rental company to finish cleaning which you have stated it's part of your service. Also if you are so confident about your service why do you keep updating your reply. It has been 7 times so far. I hope you may find closure and accept that you cannot control how people feel.
