I wasn't very specific about colors or which flowers to include -- just that I like colorful displays -- and what she came up with blew me away. Nearly every guest at our wedding raved about how gorgeous the flowers were and were stunned by how many different flower varieties could come together in a cohesive bouquet. If you're on a tight budget (as we were), Amanda will help you find ways to cut costs without sacrificing quality. For instance, she suggested that we repurpose our ceremony flowers and bridesmaid bouquets for the reception space, and that ended up working beautifully. I also requested a smaller bridal bouquet since I have a petite frame, and we arranged for a farm pick-up instead of having the flowers delivered. She was incredibly thoughtful in the way she labeled and packed the flowers, and she provided thorough instructions to my family members who picked them up. She even included a vase with extra blooms! My only regret about doing pick-up instead of delivery is that I didn't get to meet her in person. I used the Disney Train for a Minnie Mouse themed party and it was a HUGE hit. The kids had a blast, the train itself was clean and super cute. For the second party we used the basketball hoop and slide jumphouse and that was also a huge hit. We had kids from 2 years old to 8 years old jumping. I even tried out both and was happy with how clean and well kept they both were. We always have our parties at the park and both times set up and take down were easy and efficient. Customer service is very friendly and professional. With the last party, I called 5 days before party day and they worked with me and made sure we had a jumper. An idea for parents if you are looking to get your child a jumphouse; Birthday parties and presents can get expensive. On two different occasions my gift to my child has been a party with a jumphouse. You are buying an experience, not just a toy. We have so many toys and stuffies I don't know what to do with it all. All the kids were so excited and happy with the jumphouse, you don't have to think of much else for the party because the main focus is the jumphouse. If you are doing it at the park you do need a permit through the city, it's easy to get. I will always recommend Jumparty! And use them for future parties.

We got married at the Monterey Plaza Hotel and Spa, Patty got our marriage insurance (didn't know that was a thing) and every detail was done to my exact wishes; our rooms, a get-ready room, timeline. She helped me find and book my venders; makeup, hair, live music. She knew about the area restrictions and completely managed all my venders. She made the best timelines I have ever seen in my life, had everything to a tee with wiggle room in case things did not go according to plan (which they rarely do). She even helped my officiant (who was our best friend) with his ceremony timeline and speech. Patty took care of everything, even when I had vender drama, she took care of it without me having to deal with it at all. And she even ran to our room when our ring bearer forget our rings! Day of, Patty has her assistant Carol which is more than a bonus. Both Patty and Carol are adored by me and my family. Truly were like my own family, even helped me put my shoes on. There are no perfect words to describe how truly grateful I am for having them at my wedding. Best decision I have ever made. 10/10 would hire them again.

Since we first started planning, my husband and I have always wanted to have frosé at our wedding reception. However, once we were knee deep into planning, we had to put frosé on the backburner to prioritize everything else. About half a year before our wedding, this was still something the two of us wanted so we found Monterey Margarita Company. From the initial interaction, Gary was responsive, transparent, and helpful. Within an hour of our inquiry, Gary sent back a response giving us an estimate. In order to help us stay within budget, Gary gave us ideas and was willing to waive some fees to help us out. That says a lot about the business! He was also helpful in navigating how many bottles of Rosé to buy and accommodated for our non-drinkers as well! From that point on, Gary would check in with us until the week of the wedding. Besides being responsive, Gary always expressed enthusiasm for our wedding which in return made us even more excited. On the day of the wedding, Gary and Carmen stopped by and checked in on us before leaving us with their two wonderful attendants. They made sure that my husband and I got to try the first taste of their frosé. Delicious couldn't even begin to describe how great it tasted! On one of the most chaotic days of our lives, it felt so good to be able to relax and have a sip of the frosé. It's an understatement to say that the frosé was the highlight of the reception. All our guests enjoyed the frosé so much and could not stop raving about how great it tasted.
