I used the Disney Train for a Minnie Mouse themed party and it was a HUGE hit. The kids had a blast, the train itself was clean and super cute. For the second party we used the basketball hoop and slide jumphouse and that was also a huge hit. We had kids from 2 years old to 8 years old jumping. I even tried out both and was happy with how clean and well kept they both were. We always have our parties at the park and both times set up and take down were easy and efficient. Customer service is very friendly and professional. With the last party, I called 5 days before party day and they worked with me and made sure we had a jumper. An idea for parents if you are looking to get your child a jumphouse; Birthday parties and presents can get expensive. On two different occasions my gift to my child has been a party with a jumphouse. You are buying an experience, not just a toy. We have so many toys and stuffies I don't know what to do with it all. All the kids were so excited and happy with the jumphouse, you don't have to think of much else for the party because the main focus is the jumphouse. If you are doing it at the park you do need a permit through the city, it's easy to get. I will always recommend Jumparty! And use them for future parties.

It took two extra days for my order to be completed but I understand sometimes small businesses have challenges. Unfortunately the customer service was not great after my purchase was made. I called multiple times during their operational hours to schedule the pick up since I would be driving from out of town & I didn't want to waste time if the unit wasn't ready. I was finally able to confirm the unit was ready & associate Carlos sounded frustrated over my inquiry. The jump house didn't have the correct colors in the location I requested & the slide portion of the jump house is really obstructed by one of the beams. Thankfully it came out looking good & it is made out of a great heavy duty material. Overall the experience wasn't pleasant, but the quality on the jump house is really good.

My balloons weren't done I asked for a refund and they couldn't even do that cause the lady wasn't present. I was on a really tight time crunch. This is such an inconvenience. When I initially paid it took forever because there is one person answering the phone and handling the in person customers. In short my balloons weren't done a huge inconvenience . Would not recommend if your assuming things are gunna be done on time. This was for my mom's 50th birthday.

Their delivery fee to a neighboring city was high (several hundred dollars) and non-negotiable, the canopy could have been purchased on Amazon for less money then the rental. Their quote for our particular rental came in $1400 higher than competitors which we felt was significant. It could be that they are amazing at the events they supply rentals for, but my suggestion would be to get a comparison quote for the same items from another rental company.

I called A to Z, and they were absolutely fantastic to work with and had beautiful silverware (a lovely ornate antique set that fit with the eclectic vibe I was already going for) at a reasonable price. Since we would be leaving for our venue in Big Sur at 8AM and staying the night, they were accommodating with our limited needs for a pick up/drop off time. Upon getting to our venue the day before the wedding, we also realized the tables were not as pictured and would need tablecloths! A to Z was - once again - very accommodating and quickly added tablecloths to the order, used a credit card on file, and my brother-in-law picked them up within hours. For the other silverware renters, we ended up (unknowingly) returning less silverware than we rented. The fee was reasonable (maybe $30 for 10 pieces), and A to Z was very nice about the situation. I just didn't realize that we needed to give very explicit instructions to the waitstaff about gathering trash, and maybe we should have checked the trash at the end of the night. Just a heads-up to other large events!

Throughout the entire process, she gave me so much peace of mind--she was reliable, extremely detailed, and always prepared. Her thoroughness with even the smallest details saved me so much money, which was especially important since I was planning a destination wedding from Florida to Big Sur. She stayed super organized, always made herself available for calls, and eased any worries I had along the way. On the wedding day, the presentation of the tables, linens & flowers were exactly what I envisioned. My jaw literally dropped seeing how beautifully everything came together. I've heard horror stories from other brides about planners who were unresponsive or added stress to the process, but I never experienced that with Anita. I trusted her completely, and you truly cannot go wrong by hiring her. Anita kept all my vendors organized, took the lead on everything, and made sure I could fully relax and enjoy my big day. She even found thoughtful ways to save on costs, like sourcing local fresh picked mint & for our bar service and recommending trusted partners. I highly, highly recommend Anita. On our wedding day, she was there to walk us through every step and make sure everything ran smoothly. It was a perfect day, and I can't imagine not having Anita as a part of our process.
