I proceeded to text and call and got no response until a few days later I got a message and all is said was "yes what time do we pick up chairs"? Well the wedding day approaches and I am getting ready and my fiancé is waiting at the venue for them to bring the chairs. 11:45 comes and nothing. 11:50 comes and nothing. Almost 12 comes and my fiancé decides to call and Danny (the owner) answers and my fiancé said it sounds like he was lounging in a rocking chair. Danny proceeds to switch his story a few times. First story he said he forgot about my event and second story was he had another event and was running behind and he wouldn't be able to get the chairs to the venue for another hour which is past the time the wedding was supposed to start. At this point my fiancé was panicking and we had to tell our wedding coordinator to delay the schedule by about 30 mins. When they finally showed up with the chairs Danny was no where to be found and it seems like he just pawned the o job off on a couple other people. No apology, no offer of a partial refund nothing.

Since we would be leaving for our venue in Big Sur at 8AM and staying the night, they were accommodating with our limited needs for a pick up/drop off time. Upon getting to our venue the day before the wedding, we also realized the tables were not as pictured and would need tablecloths! A to Z was - once again - very accommodating and quickly added tablecloths to the order, used a credit card on file, and my brother-in-law picked them up within hours. For the other silverware renters, we ended up (unknowingly) returning less silverware than we rented. The fee was reasonable (maybe $30 for 10 pieces), and A to Z was very nice about the situation. I just didn't realize that we needed to give very explicit instructions to the waitstaff about gathering trash, and maybe we should have checked the trash at the end of the night.
