It could be that they are amazing at the events they supply rentals for, but my suggestion would be to get a comparison quote for the same items from another rental company.

I called A to Z, and they were absolutely fantastic to work with and had beautiful silverware (a lovely ornate antique set that fit with the eclectic vibe I was already going for) at a reasonable price. Since we would be leaving for our venue in Big Sur at 8AM and staying the night, they were accommodating with our limited needs for a pick up/drop off time. Upon getting to our venue the day before the wedding, we also realized the tables were not as pictured and would need tablecloths! A to Z was - once again - very accommodating and quickly added tablecloths to the order, used a credit card on file, and my brother-in-law picked them up within hours. For the other silverware renters, we ended up (unknowingly) returning less silverware than we rented. The fee was reasonable (maybe $30 for 10 pieces), and A to Z was very nice about the situation. I just didn't realize that we needed to give very explicit instructions to the waitstaff about gathering trash, and maybe we should have checked the trash at the end of the night. Just a heads-up to other large events!

The jump house didn't have the correct colors in the location I requested & the slide portion of the jump house is really obstructed by one of the beams. Thankfully it came out looking good & it is made out of a great heavy duty material. Overall the experience wasn't pleasant, but the quality on the jump house is really good.
