He was up front with his pricing $80 for a girl's bounce house and promised to deliver around 8am on a Saturday. He ran a bit late and his voicemail box was not setup yet so of course got worried. I finally got through about an hour later and he said he was on his way. The setup was quick and the quality of the jumper was excellent. No mold smells or stains. The tables and chairs were also good quality, sturdy, clean, and operational. He wanted to pick up around 5pm or 6pm but I asked him to come around 8pm instead and he did. Overall happy with the service just hope he get's his voice-mail fixed ASAP.

I did my research and couldn't find anyone who's prices compared to TM's. I contacted Tracey and the entire process was seamless. I put down a 50% deposit and as the wedding got closer she sent me some samples for the picture printouts and I chose which design I liked best. Every time I emailed questions I had, she always got back within 72 hours. You don't have to worry about anything with this company. The set-up and break-down was seamless, quick, and quiet. These guys were hired for my cousin's wedding a couple weekends ago…read more Not only was the TM Foto staff lady SUPER UNDERDRESSED for her client's (my cousin's) most important day ever (believe me, she stuck out like a sore thumb), but she also stopped shop 15 minutes before her 7pm break-down time. She literally stood in line and told everyone behind her that she was closing up. Get this: She started breaking down the actual photobooth WHILE my other relative and her husband WERE STILL TAKING PICTURES. To add insult to injury, we had the bride confront her and ask her to stay longer (THE BRIDE HADN'T EVEN USED THE BOOTH YET) and of course be paid for the extra time. The TM Foto girl said flat-out no, and that we had her until 7. What is up with that logic? Her job is literally to stand there while other people take photos. Why wouldn't you take the extra $$ for just standing there? That's absurd. Come 6:45PM (party stopped around 10PM) she started telling all the little kids that they couldn't take photos anymore. Trust me, parents were P*SSED OFF. I definitely would never recommend TM Fotography, at least not for a wedding or other formal occasion. Lots of better, professional services in the SF Bay Area that are worth your time and money.

Jaimee the owner answered the phone, was great at follow up via email and the business delivered more than expected. Since I saw an ad about her business on YELP, I could only hope it would be a good one and I wasn't disappointed. The price was more than reasonable, her staff was fun and quickly able to deal with the rash of teens wanting photos (and some of us adults) and seriously, what a fun alternative and addition to a big party. The set up is simple and they have two different types of booths to choose from. We had the simple booth that is basically a web cam (I think I look better through a web cam than in real life!) a bench and a curtain. The screen tells you when to freeze and seriously, I kept getting it wrong because there is a delay and typically only 1 out of 4 shots came out well for me-and from what I could see most adults (the kids had it right the first time). Since my daughter's party was "Broadway" themed, Jaimee was great at getting props for people to wear for their pictures (if they chose to wear a prop). The one thing most people didn't realize is that we would be given a CD with ALL the photos taken in the booth. Luckily, 99% were "clean" and it wasn't until I saw the pictures when I realized I might have enjoyed the booth more than my daughter! Awesome business and and highly recommended.
