I used the Disney Train for a Minnie Mouse themed party and it was a HUGE hit. The kids had a blast, the train itself was clean and super cute. For the second party we used the basketball hoop and slide jumphouse and that was also a huge hit. We had kids from 2 years old to 8 years old jumping. I even tried out both and was happy with how clean and well kept they both were. We always have our parties at the park and both times set up and take down were easy and efficient. Customer service is very friendly and professional. With the last party, I called 5 days before party day and they worked with me and made sure we had a jumper. An idea for parents if you are looking to get your child a jumphouse; Birthday parties and presents can get expensive. On two different occasions my gift to my child has been a party with a jumphouse. You are buying an experience, not just a toy. We have so many toys and stuffies I don't know what to do with it all. All the kids were so excited and happy with the jumphouse, you don't have to think of much else for the party because the main focus is the jumphouse. I was trying to inquiry about a jump house for an event at a park WHERE I LITERALLY PAID FOR A JUMP HOUSE PERMIT, because they ARE allowed. The guy completely wrote me off and said that park doesn't allow jump houses LOL. He had completely wrong information and I was trying to update him but he kept speaking over me. He was clearly unaware of the parks updated policies and was unwilling to listen. Sadly for him he's loosing so much business. Oh well I guess my money will go elsewhere.

I was extremely busy with other obligations and would call them and e-mail them my requests. They always called me back the day of or early the next day. With all my calls to them trying to reassuring myself that they would be dependable I must've drove them crazy! But they were always very patient and super understanding. Day of the party they were on time, pick up they were also on time. The delivery guy was friendly and professional and didn't rush my teen and his buddies during their last joust. He was up front with his pricing $80 for a girl's bounce house and promised to deliver around 8am on a Saturday. He ran a bit late and his voicemail box was not setup yet so of course got worried. I finally got through about an hour later and he said he was on his way. The setup was quick and the quality of the jumper was excellent. No mold smells or stains. The tables and chairs were also good quality, sturdy, clean, and operational. He wanted to pick up around 5pm or 6pm but I asked him to come around 8pm instead and he did. Overall happy with the service just hope he get's his voice-mail fixed ASAP.
