I used the Disney Train for a Minnie Mouse themed party and it was a HUGE hit. The kids had a blast, the train itself was clean and super cute. For the second party we used the basketball hoop and slide jumphouse and that was also a huge hit. We had kids from 2 years old to 8 years old jumping. I even tried out both and was happy with how clean and well kept they both were. We always have our parties at the park and both times set up and take down were easy and efficient. Customer service is very friendly and professional. With the last party, I called 5 days before party day and they worked with me and made sure we had a jumper. An idea for parents if you are looking to get your child a jumphouse; Birthday parties and presents can get expensive. On two different occasions my gift to my child has been a party with a jumphouse. You are buying an experience, not just a toy. We have so many toys and stuffies I don't know what to do with it all. All the kids were so excited and happy with the jumphouse, you don't have to think of much else for the party because the main focus is the jumphouse. If you are doing it at the park you do need a permit through the city, it's easy to get. I will always recommend Jumparty! And use them for future parties.

We recently moved from Los Angeles to Carmel Valley and I was looking to organize a party for my 5 year old. So I looked around for other well rated services and that's how I found Ribbit Ribbit. Customer service is rare these days. To find someone who actually cares about your business and knows what they are doing was a welcome change. It took two extra days for my order to be completed but I understand sometimes small businesses have challenges. Unfortunately the customer service was not great after my purchase was made. I called multiple times during their operational hours to schedule the pick up since I would be driving from out of town & I didn't want to waste time if the unit wasn't ready. I was finally able to confirm the unit was ready & associate Carlos sounded frustrated over my inquiry. The jump house didn't have the correct colors in the location I requested & the slide portion of the jump house is really obstructed by one of the beams. Thankfully it came out looking good & it is made out of a great heavy duty material. Overall the experience wasn't pleasant, but the quality on the jump house is really good.

I finally got through about an hour later and he said he was on his way. The setup was quick and the quality of the jumper was excellent. No mold smells or stains. The tables and chairs were also good quality, sturdy, clean, and operational. He wanted to pick up around 5pm or 6pm but I asked him to come around 8pm instead and he did. Overall happy with the service just hope he get's his voice-mail fixed ASAP.
