When I went up to the counter they told me I could go to Carquest pick up the oil filter and the oil and come back. Instead, I drove to the Valvoline spot in Eagle Vail. I was able to drive my car right into the bay and sit in my vehicle while they changed the oil and they had me out in 10 minutes. Alejandro, the manager was extremely friendly and capable . This is not the first time they've come through for me, and once again they've absolutely knocked it out of the park. My Tesla Model Y took a serious hit when ice slid off my roof and caved in the top of the car. This was AFTER getting $170 for the 2.5 mile tow that took almost 3hrs from dispatch to final load up. After explaining that the part price seemed a bit excessive.
