We have a 10 year old GE Profile refrigerator that was leaking and not making ice. After some online searches for a dependable appliance company, I found ASAP Appliance on Yelp with high ratings. Happy to add my 5 stars. Eugene came out the same day, diagnosed the issue, gave me a quote, I accepted and he repaired the problem and even showed me how to prevent the issue (keep coils clean in the back..Siberian Husky dog hair and dust is a bad combo ). We'll be using ASAP Appliance for all our future needs. Highly recommend them. Thanks Eugene! Read my story www.freegiftforlife.com/me/riv read more

Serviceman arrived at the promised time slot. Repaired the heating coil in the dryer. I asked for an estimate, but didn't get one. Not sure if the serviceman actually understood what I had asked for. Next thing I know he's finished and it's a $310. invoice. At least the gas dryer works again, but not cheap! read more

Armia Fahim came at 5:00 to fix my dishwasher. My water was standing in the dishwasher. He kept asking how old was it, I advised that it was least than 2years old. He played with the diswasher. Never checked if it was clogged. Finally told me that I needed a drain pump and he charged $300.00 to fix. If I buy a new dishwasher he would install for $200.00. This guys never trouble shooted to see what was really going on. It's my fault I read the horrible reviews for this company, and I thought people weren't telling the truth. These people are just collecting money. They charged me $69.50 to do nothing!!!! Really sad! read more

My dryer turns on .. but the inside barrel won't turn, so, I found ASAP to provide me a free estimate as they said they would. Here is my concern!? I am very disappointed at the service that was not provided, I got a confirmation that the tech will be here between 6 - 8 tonight, but guess what! he arrived at 8:45 pm so, I decided to let him to give me an estimate to replace a (belt & a pulley) the average price for parts would run appx 53$ and he wanted me to pay 280.00. So, after a lengthy back and forth conversation. I decided not to use ASAP. After all this Alek the tech has the nerves to aske me "Where are you from" this kind of comments are highly inappropriate and unprofessional. Unsatisfied Home Owner. read more

Recently my dryer would not start. So I called ASAPpliance for service. Over the phone ASAP indicated $59.95 for coming, which would be waived if repairs was done. The technician came, replaced a starter switch in about 15 minutes, and gave me a bill for $270.00. Before he left, he informed me that the switch retailed at about $10.00. So, mathematically, out of the $270.00, apparently the trip cost of $59.95 was included, NOT WAIVED. In addition to the $10.00 switch, I had to pay $200.00 for a 15-minute service, or roughly $800.00 per hour. More than a lawyer would charge! Companies like ASAP are not looking for reasonable profits, but try to suck one-time potential customers whenever they can. read more

I would highly recommend ASAPpliance Repair. My family have used them two times. At first time I called because my refrigerator stopped working. Aleks arrived in less than two hours. It was great, because I have a lot of frozen food! He found the problem and fixed. He is very professional, friendly, and thorough. At second time my grandfather called them because his old washer stop spinning. Repairman from ASAPpliance came to grandfather home within 2 hours on a saturday morning. This was Aleks again. He did a great job! Excellent customer service, thank you! read more

I called about my washing machine at 9am. I was given a window for service between 11 and 2... THE SAME DAY! Alek (the technician) called around 10:50 to let me know he would arrive in 20-30 minutes. He showed up promptly and went to work. Alek was thorough, professional.,and very nice. He was able to diagnose the issue and even had the parts I would have needed for repair on his truck. Pricing was very reasonable. I would highly recommend ASAP to anyone. I really appreciate the prompt and friendly service I received. read more

Dishwasher dispenser needed to be repaired. Tech came out, he was nice efficient and work was done in 20 minutes. No parts were replaced. Bill was $224 which included surcharge for using a credit card. Nice folks but it was highway robbery, way too expensive. Will never use them again. read more

Was the first company who could come out for dishwasher repair. Quoted a price I was willing to pay. Scratched out wood floors good removing dishwasher. If you do this for a living, you should know better. Fixed dishwasher, which is still working, so three stars. read more

Really fantastic and prompt service! The door cable and spring had broken on my dishwasher and I called several appliance repair companies for estimates. Not only did ASAPliance quote the best price, they were able to get the necessary replacement parts, come my house and repair everything within 3 hours of my initial call!! Every other place needed to order the parts and which would have meant a 4-5 day wait. Eugene was polite, knowledgeable and fast. He answered all of my questions and even offered some advice to help optimize the appliance. They also offer a $30 discount for the first repair, which was appreciated. This was my first time using them and I will call them again the next time we have an issue with one of our appliances! Definitely recommend! read more

This SMRT guy thinks its OK to park his work truck in my clearly marked reserved parking spot so he won't have to walk very far to his appointment. This has lazy and lazy work written all over it. Thanks SMRT guy. read more

Great people, very friendly and always willing to help. I would recommend to many people, especially Alek, he helped my grandmother with her dryer and even came back when she needed more help. Reasonable price and very quick when working. read more

As Soon As Possible! ASAPpliance is as good as their name! We had simultaneous break downs of microwave and dishwasher. I searched on Yelp, Thumbtack and asked friends on Facebook for repair companies. Not only did ASAP answer promptly, they were here the next day. Microwave was fixed and the dishwasher had to be brought into their office for repairs. Mena, ASAPpliance repairman, was kind, courteous, knowledgeable and QUICK. He went into the office the next day and had my dishwasher fully operational. Day three, the dishwasher was completely installed but Mena alerted me to rusted valves which could cause further damage. I truly appreciated the extra care and attention. I will recommended them with no hesitation! read more

Our refrigerator started making loud noises over the weekend. I have called LG customer service to find out we were out of warranty. The estimate LG rep gave me to just come and take a look at the fridge was ridiculous. I asked at work and was recommended ASAPliance Repair by couple of my coworkers. The rep I talked to first was very nice with great customer skills, very huge plus for me as the proper tone was set form the very first minute. They were able to squeeze me in the very next day. The tech arrived exactly as scheduled at 2pm, he also called me 20 minutes prior to make sure I was home. He ran the diagnostic and told me my fridge is all good... The reason for the noise was freezer door that wasn't properly locked. I immediately remembered large frozen pizza I got at Costco and how I was trying to squeeze it into our freezer. Open door have caused it to defreeze and fan to work extra hard. The tech was honest, not trying to make money!!!! Can you believe it? How often now days you can find someone like that? I am customer for life, fully blown away and endlessly thankful!!! If you look to fix any of the appliances in your house, look no further this guys are the place to go!!! read more

Dryer went out on Friday night while preparing for huge birthday party on Saturday evening at my home. We had family in-town staying with us and a ton of laundry still needing done before party. ASAPpliance Repair showed up on-time and got the repair work done in the scheduled time-frame. For the fee charged (less the first-time customer discount), we were VERY pleased with the service. The online work order request form was very helpful to get on the Saturday schedule. read more

My refrigerator stopped cooling, I ran some internet advised diagnostics, searched the web for a repair company to help me out and went through their automatic appointment portal. I was emailed immediately stating someone would confirm my afternoon appointment and never got one. I called the number during business hours and got a voice mail. Sorry guys, now I am another day into a broken fridge and no response at all from you. read more

I want to recommend this company to absolutely everyone. Alex came out to fix my dishwasher on short notice, was very polite and explained each step to me before he went further. He told me exactly what the problem was along with what he needed to do to fix it and he tested it afterwards. He alone is a great reason to use this company. This company is prompt, delivers great service and charges a fair price. We will use only ASAPpliance repair going forward. A++++++++++ read more

Alek with ASAP did such a great job! He figured out the problem with my dryer and then went above and beyond to fix minor issues I didn't even think about. My vent was clogged up and he cleaned that out too. If I had let that go, it could have caused a fire so I am so thankful he noticed and fixed the problem! He really went above and beyond and did so much more! The only part that sucks is now I have a lot of laundry to do! I would call them for future issues. Very fairly priced too! read more

Had a great experience with the company. The tech came out the same day and on a very short notice. The repair was done professionally and at a VERY reasonable price. Their price policies are very customer friendly with discounts and a free trip charge. All in all, very pleased and will come back should I need more repairs. read more
