Outstanding Service! Saul and his crew are efficient, coordinated and well trained; they tackled two 110 feet+ tall Maple trees in one day! This was a very dangerous job: one tree, with a 40-inch trunk diameter was close to the house, with large limbs overhanging the roof, and the other tree was tucked away on the side of the house with difficult access. All the men observed appropriate safety precautions with hard hats, face shields and harnesses while dissecting the trees, limb by limb until it was safe to fell the main trunks. Finally, the massive trunk base was ground away and every scrap of leftover branches were cleaned up and chipped into their grinder. read more

I finally decided to call this company after I put in a Home Advisor request. I talked to a guy but I was unclear if he is the owner. He said he would come by that day and take a look at my tree and put together a quote and contact me - ASAP,....hence the company's name right? I told him I didn't want to spend over a certain (very reasonable) amount because we weren't taking the tree down or needing the stump to be ground down. I texted him the next day because I didn't hear back from him. I asked him if he came by to look at the tree, and he said - no he would come by that particular day. Ok,...... I didn't hear from him the next day, so I texted him again and asked if he came by to look at the tree. This time I didn't get a response at all. I only heard crickets. It's been many days now, and I don't expect I will get a response. That's Ok, because I am definitely moving on. The whole deal is really maddening, ridiculous, pathetic, rude and highly unprofessional. (descriptive adjectives abound). If a business is not interested in doing the job, it would be highly helpful if they communicate that to the customer. They are clearly not interested in my business, and thankfully they are also not the only rodeo in town. Drawing from my past poor experiences with tree trimming / removal companies, he probably did me a huge favor by flaking out on me early on. The red flag has been noted. I have a very strong gut feeling that further potential problems and frustration were clearly and quickly also diverted as well. We had 4 trees removed today in our backyard. ASAPS was incredibly efficient making quick work of the trees, and cleaning up after themselves as they went, being careful not to damage the yard with their machines.
