I called for one main issue, some system maintenance and a few niggly things. They spent a very long day on site, and eventually deciding not to address the principal issue they were called for; this cost us bigtime about 2 months later. His son was with him in training and helping with things. At the end of the service, 5 hours for Tony at $70, 5 hours for Colton at $25/hr. I really think a good plumber could have addressed my issues in half the time and without the assistant. A lot of time spent on the phone and with the son hanging out in the truck. I did not feel it was right they charged me much for his time helping and learning but I was in a rush to leave when I paid the invoice by cheque and didn't notice till later. Also, the faucet became wobbly within a month of them leaving which had never wobbled, and some of their smaller fixes came undone which made me concerned about the bigger things they touched. I do not like to re-call sub-optimal people on to my property, so we hired my friend's plumber when the emergency arose from them not preemptively addressing it, and he quickly fixed up their blunders. read more
