They even arrived a few minutes earlier than the scheduled time, which I thought was great. They were extremely thorough - going through my entire house (large 2 family) with a fine tooth comb. They identified and closed up a few trouble areas and strategically laid down bait to ensure effectiveness. Although they offer a few month warranty (I believe 6 months), I never needed it. The cost was in the neighborhood of $1400. They installed the traps and sprayed. The spray did not eliminate the ants and the bait traps did not control the termites. After a year, they automatically enrolled my in a "monitoring program" for $395 annually. Being unaware that my one year of service had lapsed, they sent out a technician to monitor. Because of this I was billed. I refuse to pay the bill because they did not control the termites or the ants during our agreement. They just sent me another bill in 2025 for not paying the 2023 bill. They may be good at strong-arm billing but they are ineffective at controlling ants and termites.

Within six weeks, the bed bugs were back. Same areas, same symptoms. Their treatment didn't work. When we contacted them, they said the warranty only applied to the first treatment and would charge usto re-treat--despite the fact that the infestation clearly never went away. Then, incredibly, they tried to sell us a $1,200/year "pest prevention plan." They could have mentioned was an option before we originally contracted them, but no. They couldn't even eliminate the problem we originally paid for, and their response was to pitch us on an ongoing plan? That's not customer service--it's a bait-and-switch. We're now working with a more reputable provider who doesn't practice bait and switch sales practices. I'm not against a company trying to make money, but Ultra Safe Pest Management delivered ineffective service, denied responsibility, and tried to sell us more. That's not professional pest control--that's bad business built on desperation.
