Dan is a creative, caring, and communicative business owner. His team, led by Seth, was an absolute pleasure to work with - they did a truly fantastic job and were so nice and helpful throughout. After they were done, we had a small issue with drainage (because right after they laid down the patio, there were torrential downpours for days, not allowing our pavers to settle). I'm not kidding when I say within five minutes of emailing Dan on a Friday evening to let him know, he called us to say he and Seth were coming over right away to take a look. Because of continued bad weather, they had to come back a few times over the next few weeks to make sure everything was good. Yes, they made our patio a little slice of heaven, but we were actually the most impressed with their post-project attentiveness and customer-focused desire to make everything right. Poor quality of work with no professionalism…read more Have a shared driveway for which Mother Nature had plowed both sides for my neighbors and the prior owners of our house. Met the plow truck in our driveway day of the first snow to ask for their services for our side of the driveway. Driver uninterested in talking to me, told me "he's not in charge of deciding who to plow" and told me to call his boss. Did not give me a number instead asked me to speak to my neighbor. My neighbor also did not have a phone number as he communicated with the company over email. I googled, called the main number, which was just an answering machine. I again pleaded with the driver to please plow our half of the driveway (mind you it's about 10 feet wide and he had already done half of it) which he begrudgingly agreed to. Did a very poor job leaving multiple large packed down patches of snow that I had to shovel out by hand. Did not salt driveway or shovel our walkway. Also found a cigarette butt within the snow mounds when they were finished. Later that day the owner/manager called me to formalize the service, explaining shoveling walkway was extra charge, which I happily declined. He did not explain driveway salt was not included, so snowfall #2 of the season I came home from work to again find a poorly plowed with multiple packed snow patches without salt. It was then he explained salt was an added charge. At the end of the month I received my invoice, charging me extra for that initial first plow (detailed above) for a "shoveled walkway." Hidden fees, overly expensive service, lack of professionalism, poor quality service and dishonest employees. Look elsewhere!

Three John Pinto Lancscaping trucks happened to be driving by just at that time. All three trucks stopped and I soon had 6 men helping me to my feet. They were very concerned and wanted to call an ambulance, which I refused. They did help me into one of their trucks and gave me a ride home. You might say that anyone would have done the same. But in my eyes, they were heroic. As it ends up, my ankle was broken and I have been hobbling around in a big black boot ever since. David then trimmed my next door neighbors tree, took down a tree on my son's property and did some trimming, then took down a tree on for a neighbor behinds us Two Brothers doesn't have a lot of expensive equipment, they did it all the old fashioned way , working hard and working smart
