None of which followed through with anything. Never returned calls and when they did call to set up appointments, they either didn't show, or showed up promising an estimate, never to be seen or heard from again. Luke, the owner, went above and beyond my expectations. My first call, I was called back almost instantly. He came when he said he would ON TIME!! He set dates , which unfortunately had to be changed 3 times. (Rain) But.... He texted, emailed or called. There was total communication from the very beginning. I can't tell you how refreshing it was to deal with someone who has work ethics. Who actually cares about the client. Before and after pictures will follow soon. Waiting for things to settle and grow. Thank you Luke!!

At the end of his work day Carlos stopped and walked our property and listened to what my husband wanted and offered some suggestions and before he left we had a very fair estimate and asked when he could begin. Within 48 hours the jobs of taking down several trees, edging, weeding,. shaping overgrown trees and mulching our property now looks amazing. We would highly recommend Carlos Landscaping and Tree Service.

Most recently they installed some new flat bluestones over top of a previously pea gravel patio which they installed a few years ago. Dan is a creative, caring, and communicative business owner. His team, led by Seth, was an absolute pleasure to work with - they did a truly fantastic job and were so nice and helpful throughout. After they were done, we had a small issue with drainage (because right after they laid down the patio, there were torrential downpours for days, not allowing our pavers to settle). I'm not kidding when I say within five minutes of emailing Dan on a Friday evening to let him know, he called us to say he and Seth were coming over right away to take a look. Because of continued bad weather, they had to come back a few times over the next few weeks to make sure everything was good. Yes, they made our patio a little slice of heaven, but we were actually the most impressed with their post-project attentiveness and customer-focused desire to make everything right. Now we have a perfect space and can't wait to enjoy it over the summer! Highly, highly recommend!

He arrived on time for our first meeting, he's knowledgeable and provided information about services I needed. We discussed projects I inquired about doing in the future. In fact, Joe offered long term solutions that will prevent me from wasting money and he did this without undue pressure to do it now. Afterwards I was sent an estimate in a timely fashion. I agreed and Joe showed up within the week. My yard was not well cared for last season and it's not small. The project was completed quickly. It's even better than I expected and exactly as we discussed! Can't wait to see his work as the weather warms up and things get growing!

Poor quality of work with no professionalism…read more Have a shared driveway for which Mother Nature had plowed both sides for my neighbors and the prior owners of our house. Met the plow truck in our driveway day of the first snow to ask for their services for our side of the driveway. Driver uninterested in talking to me, told me "he's not in charge of deciding who to plow" and told me to call his boss. Did not give me a number instead asked me to speak to my neighbor. My neighbor also did not have a phone number as he communicated with the company over email. I googled, called the main number, which was just an answering machine. I again pleaded with the driver to please plow our half of the driveway (mind you it's about 10 feet wide and he had already done half of it) which he begrudgingly agreed to. Did a very poor job leaving multiple large packed down patches of snow that I had to shovel out by hand. Did not salt driveway or shovel our walkway. Also found a cigarette butt within the snow mounds when they were finished. Later that day the owner/manager called me to formalize the service, explaining shoveling walkway was extra charge, which I happily declined. He did not explain driveway salt was not included, so snowfall #2 of the season I came home from work to again find a poorly plowed with multiple packed snow patches without salt. It was then he explained salt was an added charge. At the end of the month I received my invoice, charging me extra for that initial first plow (detailed above) for a "shoveled walkway." Hidden fees, overly expensive service, lack of professionalism, poor quality service and dishonest employees. Look elsewhere!
