My husband, a gardener, had always taken care of our lawn. Unfortunately I'd let it get overgrown. This guy couldn't be bothered with such a small job {under 400 sq ft] His assistant told me they'd be sending out 2 min wage non English speaking workers plus a 3rd guy to supervise since the other 2 were not capable of unsupervised work. Well, the 2 workers showed up and commenced to butcher my front lawn, cutting all the while in the pouring rain. Then they dumped all the cuttings in a big pile on the lawn they'd just cut. They then mistook the neighbor's front lawn to be part of my property and butchered their front lawn as well. After that they proceeded to mow down my beautiful fern beds which edged the side of the house. All the while I had no idea they were even there since they hadn't let me know when they'd arrived.. they knocked lightly on my front door when they finished but left before i was able to answer, leaving an invoice in my mailbox for $250. I tried politely and calmly to discuss these issues with the owner, but he responded with name calling and threats. Highly unprofessional! AVOID!!!
