On Friday at about 10:30 AM I called to see what was the holdup and the office person said that he must be hung up on another job and that she'd call him and see what the situation was. She also suggested that the arrangement was between 10 - 12 noon arrival time. I said no that was not the case since I wanted the job done before noon.
