Our previous windows were the originals and were in horrible condition. Summer months were very hot and winters were obnoxiously cold. Since replacing our windows we can tell such a difference in not only the comfort of our home but also in our monthly bills. Mr. Brocker came over to give us a quote on replacing all of the windows in our house within a reasonable time of reaching out to him, was patient in answering all of our questions, explaining the process and all of our options, and got the quote back to us very quickly. He made sure we were confident in our decision and helped to make what could have been a very stressful process enjoyable. Our house came out even better than we had anticipated and our windows are absolutely beautiful! The work was completed in an extremely timely manner, and the crew was courteous and made sure our yard looked exactly how it did before they began the job. I can't imagine anyone else out there that would make the process as easy as Lifetime Exteriors did. Highly recommend!

His pricing was highly competitive, and what really impressed me was the level of care his team showed. When they arrived to start the work, they were punctual and treated my home with great respect, covering everything with plastic and thoroughly cleaning up as they went. They worked efficiently from window to window, and Shay frequently checked in to ensure everything was perfect and even helped with the window cleaning himself. Shay's dedication to his clients was evident--he's not just a salesperson you never see again; he's a true owner who genuinely cares. I wish all service providers were like this. USA Windows and Siding comes highly recommended, especially since they have fantastic reviews on Google and with the BBB. Don't be swayed by flashy TV ads and commercials; do your research to find reputable, accredited companies. This was by far the best experience I've had with home improvement work, and I plan to hire them again soon for siding. Thank you, Shay and team, for a job well done! Kind Regards G. Preston

Each time my calls went to a generic voicemail box that gave a recording saying I could not leave a message because the mailbox was FULL. I checked Google, Yelp and the web and confirmed that I was calling the businesses number. I finally got someone to answer the phone. He said he was unaware that his voice mail was full, pretty sad if you are one of those customers who left a message. He gave me his cell number to text him pictures of what I needed done. My job was replace one window assembly on a house, replace all glass on five exterior residential doors and install a mirror on a bathroom wall. He replied the next day with a reasonable cost for the mirror install. Nothing on the other work. I waited a week and sent a follow up text asking him to let me know if he was interested in the additional work. No reply. I pissed away two weeks thinking a reputable glass company was in the process of getting back to me. Having a phone system where your voice mail is full means lots of folks never got a reply. Communicating and dropping the ball leaving a potential customer hanging combined with the initial phone experience speaks more than words about the management team of this company. I made sure my Realtor knew that the vendor she was recommending was making her look bad. She will no longer recommend this business and she called a builder who initially gave her this companies info. She informed the builder about the experience. The builder said he was getting the same info from several of his clients. He is now using a different glass company.
