had an emergency need and the suggested companies could not come. in this company's defense, they did show up and replace the glass. the help spent most of the time leaning on the truck on the cell phone, which indicates they are not even qualified to work at buc-ees. after the repair the window leaked, which it never did before. after explaining that we were waiting to see if it still leaked, since it never did before, the owner called and said his glass repair had nothing to do with the leak. I went ahead and paid the company as he acted as if his company was not financially secure enough to wait to check the leak and he wouldn't guarantee it any way. moral of the story, patch the problem until a reputable company can handle your call. generally, if a company doesn't have a website or take credit cards, it's a good red flag read more

History

Established in 1994.

Lynn Narramore starting meeting the glass and glazing needs of the Waller community in 1981. The business has been at it's current location since 1998 and has grown to serve areas throughout Texas. James Beylotte purchased the business from Lynn in June, 2021 and continues the tradition of honesty and quality service.

Meet the Business Owner: James B.

Here to make the world a better place for people to live. James grew up in the Houston area and has a variety of experiences. He worked in product development as mechanical engineer where he contributed to over a dozen patents in two industries. In 2018 he opened a franchise business and sold it three years later. He joined Narramore Glass in 2021 as the owner with the goal of making a good business better for the employees, customers, and the community. James' faith in God is important to him and is the pillar of the principles of grace and peace. He is grateful for the ability to be productive and contribute to society.
