I got my doors done in January by Lee and his crew, he did an amazing job!! (They did not do paint…read morejob/so pics are prior to paint job) Since we had just moved in, we were on a budget, he helped turn our dining room into a functional office. This room is right off the front entryway so it was super important to get it right, as well as not take away from the entry and it still has a feeling of being a part of the home originally. They install the doors in one day as well as all the glass inserts. The doors I chose were not brand new they were unused from a prior job (Lee has a HUGE inventory of new, refurbished, and used windows and doors- he is also able to cut doors to size on site). Lee and his team were timely, respectful and listen to all of my wants and needs to make this new office an optimal use of space and functionality. The Doors I chose were 24 inches wide, with a transom on either side as well as above. The original opening was 84 inches wide and 104 inches high. The doors both swing open(inward)and the left door can lock in place, the right door is fully functional and can be locked from the inside. Very pleased with the finished product and I will be going back for any other home remodels

I used them twice for different houses, so that alone is a testament of my good experience with this company. On my latest install, they were professional from start to finish, although not perfect in some areas (more on that later). I'll start with the issues, and then close with the positives. On our first house, I encountered some disappointing challenges during the execution/installation phase. Our garden was trampled on, one of the windows were installed on the wrong spot, and a light fixture was damaged and the crew tried (poorly) fixing it without notifying me (all caught on CCTV). With all that said though, the company stands by doing the right thing and resolved everything on a timely manner. How it was handled was much appreciated and influenced me to use them again and refer others. On our second house, almost everything went smoothly. All windows were replaced in just two days! Just encountered a minor hiccup when a wall was damaged and a worker claimed it was pre-existing. Luckily, I purposely took before-photos and was able to provide evidence that it was not pre-existing. In the end, it was fixed within satisfaction. As for the positives, I really have to give credit to Milton, the supervisor on the second house. He was very professional and accommodating. On one of the windows, he found water damage and pointed it out to me instead of trying to cover it up. The damage and source were all fixed. Seriously, he could have moved on and I would have never known! All the windows were installed to my satisfaction. Few minor quirks remained, but possibly due to the window manufacture (or so I was explained). Also appreciate how floors snd countertops are covered to prevent/reduce damage and dust. I recommend this company. Here are some tips before using them (or any other window company): - Take lots of photos of each window before the work starts. Ensure to get several close ups and different angles of the trim and corners, both inside and out. Ensure good lighting for a useful photo. - Check with your HOA to see if it's the window replacements are allowed. Some care about colors of trim and grid vs non-grid. - Expect the order to take several months to come in. Get your quote early if it's a house you plan on moving in.

We had replaced 5 windows a few years ago and had a horrible experience with another, more widely known contractor that left us frightened to replace the last 14 windows. Ultra Windows has very good reviews online and we actually stumbled across a friend that had used them and only had great things to say. So we took the plunge and signed up with Ultra. AND, they had very competitive prices. I have to say that this was the single best home contractor experience I have ever had in my 35 years of home ownership. (my HVAC guy is also great, in case he sees this) I'd give more stars if I could. The crew run by Jorge was amazing. They were experts. They were careful. The work was as close to perfect as you could hope for. I didn't even need to touch up any paint around the new windows. They treated our home like it was theirs. They carefully prepared and covered everything nearby. They removed the old windows without breaking the glass before removing the old frames. The new windows went in smoothly and the sealing and caulking was beautifully done. And they left the place spotless when they were done. Set the appointment for Thursday, April 30, 2026, @ 1:30, I show up for my appointment, only to be informed by Colton the replacement windshield was broken in transit, and he did not call be because he did not have my phone number. I set a 2:30 appointment for Friday, May 1, 2026, to have the windshield replaced. Friday morning, today, I get a phone call at 10:30 saying they are going to have to use a different vender, and they won't have the windshield until 2-4 pm and would not be able to replace my windshield until Monday. First question I had was why they are just finding out they had to use a different vender? Wouldn't the vender tell them earlier than the Friday's delivery time??? I asked for a manager and was told by Colton he was out and headed to Huntsville, however, the manager called me back from the same number within 5 minutes! When I asked why they can't install the windshield Friday afternoon, which I have a 2:30 appointment, I was informed they won't have time, they close at 5, and they don't work overtime! When I complained, the manager informed he was refunding my money, and I would receive my money in the next 3 to 5 business days. I plan on sharing this horrible customer service with all of my friends, family and clients. We will never use or recommend Able Glass.

It leaks, drip edge was installed incorrectly, and wrong drip edge was used. They cut my ridge for ridge vents when we were very clear we did not want them. They tried to cover the gap up with shingles instead of repairing the roof deck. Shingles were not nailed down correctly. Whirlybirds were not installed correctly. They billed for several items they did not do. They have admitted some of the problems but have made no attempt to repair them. If you had a roof put on by them, you should have it inspected by a qualified roofer.

A++ company. I had received several quotes to replace our windows and which Superior wasn't the cheapest but they were the best option for us. Their windows are not just sitting around waiting to be installed, they are custom measured and fitted. They are not shipped from anywhere across the country. They are local in my state. We waited 3-4 weeks for our windows to arrive and while it was a holiday weekend, their crew showed up as agreed and got started right away. Jesus and his crew did an awesome job. They worked very well together and always keep their work area clean. These windows replaced windows that were 40 yrs old and we experienced no issues during installation. We were inserviced on how the windows worked and their cleaning maintenance when the job was done. Superior It's a joy to walk into every room and see a beautiful window there. We are so happy with the window install from Superior Window Company. The installers removed the old windows and glass just as the salesman said, with scoring glass in triangles and carefully removing. (Not just breaking it with hammer). They protected floor and furniture well. This was especially important in my baby's room. The window was a very snug fit as it was supposed to be. There was no gap even with just a dry fit (before trim and caulk). The caulking was done well too. The salesman explained everything clearly and took the time to answer all our questions. They did find some rotten trim and replaced it. Very happy. Also... I must add... the installer made sure that he protected my 3yr old son's pride greenbean plant that he had been watching grow. It was right by the windows. No damage at all. They understood our need to replace our 22 windows in phases. 5 or so at a time. No problem at all. I am looking forward to our next phase. read more

Superior is the most professional company we have ever worked with for home improvement, period. We received bids from several different window companies before choosing Superior. My parents had some windows installed by Superior about 8 years ago, and absolutely loved them, so we felt so comfortable with them and they definitely did not disappoint. The installers were the most clean and professional that I have ever seen. They were knowledgeable and took very good care of the work area around the windows while they installed them. As for the windows, we are absolutely blown away at how amazing they are. My husband and I comment daily to each other about how (even in 97 degree blazing Houston sun!!) you can touch the window and it feels cool. Met with Rocky, our salesman, who was a wealth of knowledge. We knew a lot about how this process needed to be done to do it right and so did he. That is because he started out installing windows. It takes a lot to get my husband to meet with a salesman and then sign on the dotted line that same day, but Superior met all our requirements! Superior did everything they said they would. Windows arrived on time. Every window fit like a glove. The installer Jesus and his crew were very neat and efficient as well as professional. Very detail oriented. We noticed a difference in the warmth of our house right away as it was one of the coldest weeks so far this year. Okay, here is a review after having the windows for a while because I can't judge something like this after only having them a week. We've had these windows for 2 summers now. Dale the owner came here and gave me the rundown on his product after I researched for 6 months. I got a great price and installation in one day. My electric bill is half of what it used to be in the summer and it is so much quieter in my house now. I am very satisfied with the windows, Dale's professionalism and especially his crew that installed them because I specifically said under no circumstances, do not send someone here without a valid SS card. Take is as you will but by looking at these guys that did the installation and listening to them, it was obvious they were legal. We can't thank Mr. Dale Brock enough for the professionalism and workmanship his crews exhibited while replacing our windows. I read great reviews about Superior on my Nextdoor Neighbor site and called them for an estimate. No one know windows like Dale!!! I thought we would get more estimates but my husband and I decided after his presentation that there was no need to look further. We were so right. We recently replaced 30 windows in our home. Dealing with Superior was a pleasant experience from the time the sale was made up into the quality assurance check. They didn't make a mess or break much of any glass. My home looks great too. Prices weren't the most affordable compared to others but after doing some of my own research and getting several estimates the quality was much better. Anderson windows wanted $2k per window and Window World had a very cheap window at $189 each... This was was somewhere in the middle... And even beat out Andersons quality windows. read more

Before my husband contacted Superior Window Co., he did a lot of research on-line. After reading about the other window companies, he decided to contact Superior Window. An appointment was set up with Dale Brock and he spent several hours teaching us about their windows and the competitors windows. The windows were ready in several weeks and then installed by Abraham Earnest and his team. They worked hard and did a good job with the installation and clean up. They keep you informed the entire way through the project and that made me feel very comfortable. I personally was working with Chris from a different city on one of my properties in Houston, and Chris was amazing by sending me pictures through the removal of the windows and the replacement. I am so extremely happy with the quality of the product itself too! Not only are they solid windows and a huge difference from my aluminum windows I had before but will also save me money on my electricity. I just can't shout it loud enough to prospective clients of Glasstronics that these guys are the real deal! If you're on the fence about who you should hire, go with Glasstronics. I then ended up replacing 2 single pane windows in my bedroom and replaced the glass in my patio room doors. Which all look fantastic. They also changed the hardware on the door for me just by asking them. They will be doing another project for me in the near future in my patio room. I highly recommend company. They provided some of the best work in my house in a long time. Thank you guys. I added more pictures from second and third jobs. I will keep calling them back. Great customer service.
