I realize that there are delays in deliveries due to Covid, and Gofer It!'s website makes that abundantly clear...but here's the crazy part: 8 minutes later I received a dispatch notification and 20 minutes after that the driver was knocking at my door to pick up the package! My package was safely delivered to its location in under 2 hours and they provided delivery notes as to who signed for the package and when. After many calls they agreed that I paid the delievery fee but still holding it in the office for several more days and no definite answer from Yerevan office to advise of delievery date. I sent the box on July 2nd and the receiver had to go by herself to Yerevan to pick up the box on July 25th . None of the offices accept their mistake and never refund the delievery fee. This was my first time working with this company and would be my last one too. I don't recommend this company. They are not trustworthy!
