What made the situation worse is that this employee chose to approach my daughter when I was not around instead of addressing me directly. That behavior felt petty and unprofessional, and it created an uncomfortable situation for my daughter. As customers who spend roughly $200 per month there, we expect to be treated with basic respect and courtesy. Because of this interaction, I have decided to take my business elsewhere. I have brought in my comforter multiple times to Fresh Cleaners at Morada and have not had any issues in the past, until this last time. Whenever I have had something I wanted cleaned in detail I always let them know where the spot is and it's never been an issue. When I got my comforter back this last time, I got home to put it on my bed and noticed this yellowing large spot, I brought it back and they offered to rewash and clean it while also instantly claiming it was like that when indeed it was not. I was disappointed but they agreed to clean it again and I was fine with that. Today I went to pick it up another full week they had it and again the stain was there and they instantly blamed me stating it was already like that. I again reaffirmed that if there was a stain that large and YELLOW I would have made sure to let them know. I don't have kids, pets, and know I never had an accident on my comforter so whatever chemicals they used must have caused this stain. I simply asked "how can we make this right?" And the owner starts yelling at me getting upset super quick the other team member had to tell him to calm down. At this point I said you're not willing to do anything and I will never come back here. I did not necessarily want a refund I just knew I wouldn't return here with any of my belongings and this really set him off. I grabbed my comforter and began to walk out and he threw a plastic jar or cup at me barely missing me and it broke due to how hard he threw it. I said man you're crazy and he began to come out of the store looking like he wanted to pick a fight. This completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional. I will never come back here but thank you for at least trying again and almost assaulting me I guess.

I know I can't expect a super clean house after they done, since I just had remodeling done. but that's also the reason I hire ppl to clean for me because it will be a hard work, and I even paid for "after construction cleaning service" (their highest rate). It looks like they will send different ppl to clean your house, so it will be a sort of lottery that what kind workers you will get. I may, or may not, use their service again. if I use again, probably is the price (they charge not as high as others in this area), if I'm not using them again, probably is the service. My daughter had absolutely zero problems with their cloth. Her skin was pristine! The whole process was easy and straightforward. If you want to try cloth but worried you will not have a good wash routine or just can't keep up, please give them a try! I wish I knew about them for my first baby.
