Our first night in Barcelona we found the Asador de Lugo. The restruant is large There were few other diners when we were there so it was quiet and the waiter was attentive. The menu is in English as well as Castillion and Spanish.
I wanted a salad along with my entrée. Unfortunately, my interpretation of menu was incorrect and got a full entrée salad. It had ham and tuna along with the lettuce, olives and hard boiled egg. It did not have dressing but there were oil and vinegar bottles on the table. I had the baby squid in garlic and parsley. The squid were cooked perfectly. The dinner was accompanied by potatoes. They were very tasty, particularly, and soaking up the garlic and parsley sauce. My husband had the soup and oven roasted lamb shank. He really enjoyed it.
I had a Tinto de verano. It was refreshing and complimented my dinner. read more
