What I gave 2 stars for is customer service. Literally every time I walk in I have to be the first one to say "hello" and greet the person behind the counter. Shouldn't I be the one who is greeted?! I go into Swish a few times a month just to look around, and buy gifts (usually the jewelry) for friends. I have had a gift card for there since Christmas, however because I am not even acknowledged when I walk in I refuse to use it. She was the only staff member so I cant imagine it being too difficult to find out. I should've asked her for her name. She was a brunette with long hair, pale skin. I was in your shop for about 20-25 minutes. From the moment I walked in till the last second I walked out, I was never greeted ONCE. I didn't even get a blink of an eye. At one point, towards the end of my visit as I lapped through the entire store, my last round after looking at the shoes was looking at the jewelry that was on the counter where the register is, I purposely stood about 1 feet away from her to see if I can get ANY acknowledgement and still, she didnt say 1 word. There wasnt any "hello. How are you? Let me know if I can help." NOTHING!!!! I saw so many cute things in this shop, but quite honestly, I told myself Im not going to buy anything if I dont even get the slightest half smile from her. I gave 20+ minutes of a chance. I was furious as I walked out, and I refuse to support a business that does not want to welcome my patronage. I am a business owner myself, and I cannot imagine my staff treating paying customers like this, especially when it's customers that pay for their payroll.

The staff was extremely helpful (one of them) or mediocre & preoccupied (the other). I stopped in before a work related dinner as I arrived to town early and had already had some Starbucks, and I was glad I did. I walked away with 3 new tops which I'm thoroughly enjoying. Minus one star for size selection - they carry all 3 "regular" sizes (S/M/L) but she told me more than once that "they usually only send one in that size" and that people often ask for those sizes... so... order more? And minus one more star for price - there were no promotions or sales other than the weird colors from last season, and the products were overpriced compared to what you can get them for online. I liked the ability to try them on, but more than once I hinted I would purchase two more items if I could get a price break somewhere and it was essentially ignored. Their loss!

Some of the prices seem a little high as well, but the clothing is always in excellent condition and prices will drop after a month if something is still available. I have noticed that there are items that are also readily available in TJ Maxx or Marshalls (like RBX leggings), and even some H&M, which is a bit disappointing when the store claims to be "Fine Consignment."
