Excellent service and saved me money! I was very happy with ARW Plumbing! I called first thing in the morning, and they were able to come out the same day. He arrived right on time, was very professional, and took the time to diagnose the problem with my water heater. Instead of having to spend a lot of money on a brand-new water heater, he was able to repair the existing one and get it working again in just one visit! That saved me a lot of money and was greatly appreciated. It's hard to find reliable, honest, and professional plumbing service, and ARW Plumbing definitely delivered. I will absolutely be calling them again for any future plumbing needs. Highly recommend! read more

Anthon Williams came out for a service call referred by my home warranty. Not a pleasant experience. He was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional for no reason. If you're tired of dealing with toilets do something else guy. read more

There's a lot of negative reviews for Anthony, but he just left my home and he was polite and courteous to me. I even asked him about a separate issue regarding my toilet when he was only here for a sink repair. Anthony never once made me feel incompetent, and he showed + explained to me the issue my toilet was having. On top of that, he only charged me for the sink/faucet repair. I will use this company if I need plumbing services in the future. I want to mention I am a very polite person, so I am wondering if the other reviewers are aggressive in tone which would naturally be reciprocated by any normal person. As I said, I was kind and was met with nothing but kindness. He even showed me what do with my toilet if I acts up again. I have zero complaints. read more

Stay away from this guy. He robbed me of $200 after replacing a water heater that didn't need to be changed. Bad manners, aggressive and dishonest. Wish I would have looked him up before my warranty company had him come out. After being told he didn't need to replace the water heater, he wouldn't refund the cash I gave him. read more

Beware. Avoid this company like the plague. Came on a Friday to fix a leaky faucet. Not fixed. Called immediately and he said he couldn't come until the following Tuesday. He came and fixed the issue? He walked right by us on the way out and said "fixed" and walked out the door. I followed him and said, "hey I have questions." "I changed the faucet, it's fixed" He has a bad attitude, a foul mouth, and hot temper. He called me all kinds of names when I said he should inform the occupant of the service performed before leaving. read more

I had ARW come out to repair my toilet. They came out to fix it repaired it the next day it would not flush, I called him and with terrible attitude he told me he cannot fix it even though he did a terrible job on the work until I call my my home warranty company even though he did the work he had no guarantee. When he returned he had an attitude. He replaced the broken part, that he installed. Upon leaving he had an attitude told me that I needed to do it the right way and as I was talking he walked away. I would hire this guy to pick up the dog crap in my yard. read more

STAY AWAY!!!! STAY AWAY!!!! This guy is so unprofessional aside from The fact he does call with an eta. Anthony is very aggressive, agitated and rude. He has no patience to hear your concerns. He is very loud & condescending. He refused to hear what I thought was the issue and did not want to go under my home to inspect the plumbing leaks. Furthermore he did not snake the clogged drain in my son's bathroom and left my house in the same condition it was in prior to his arrival. He tracked marks on my carpet, left my hatch to my basement open, didn't roll the hose back up & seemed like he was in a huge rush and mentally distracted. I had my neighbor talk to him as I'm a new homeowner and I share a driveway. Our water valves are right next to each other and my neighbor was just trying to give Anthony some history on the water with both properties. He was extremely rude to my neighbor as well and spoke over her with a very rude aggressive tone. I asked for his business card and license and he refused to give it to me until I threatened his payment. Save yourself a lost day of missing work and a huge headache STAY AWAY from Anthony and AW Plumbing. This is guy is looking for a quick buck and needs a lesson on work ethic! read more

ARW Plumbing - Plumbing Near Me

Our garbage disposal failed on a Sunday morning. We contacted our home warranty company who put us in touch with ARW PLUMBING. Monday morning we received a call from ARW in response. They promised service between 12 and 4. Anthony called us about 2:00 advised his ETA. Arrived on time, diagnosed the problem, switched out the old for the new (had everything he needed on his truck). Explained a couple of things and answered my questions and he was out in no time. He was very quick, efficient and professional. I'm not giving any credit to the home warranty company. We have had some bad experiences from some of their contractors in the past. This is all about service provided by ARW PLUMBING by Anthony. read more

Replaced my tub spout and cartridge. Anthony did a great job. He is knowledgeable and polite! I highly recommend him.

Anthony was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Luckily I was staying with my grandparents when the man from ARW Plumbing visited. First thing I hear is him yelling at my grandma in front of their house. Next he is inside giving me and her attitude. Very aggressive, loud, condescending and talked over my grandma. I wanted to kick him out on the spot but my grandma said no, not now that he was here. I highly DO NOT recommend. He got my poor 85yr old grandma all worked up with his rude behavior. Update: When I attempted To call ARW Plumbing it went straight to him. I asked if there was a customer service line. He said no so I said Nevermind thank you and hung up. Anthony called me and left a voicemail aggressively stating if you need customer service I can help you if not I'll block your number and hung up. What a piece of work! read more

Anthony at ARW was very helpful! I submitted a claim through my insurance on Saturday, and he called me within an hour to schedule for Monday. Listened to my concerns and asked the questions he needed to be prepared for the visit. He called ahead of his visit and was very punctual which helped with my busy schedule. When he arrived, he wore a mask the entire time, and showed me several tips throughout the repair. Was quick and thorough and had all the necessary components based on our first conversation over the phone. I was happy to have the repair made quickly and appreciated his helpfulness and willingness to include me in what he was doing so I'd understand what was being done and why. I'd recommend ARW based on my personal experience and plan to call in the future if a plumbing problem comes up! read more

Now called ARW Plumbing. Anthony called a 1/2 hour ahead of appointment time. He was very thorough and did an excellent job. I had 2 other plumbers out before him and over 3 months, both failed to fix the toilet leak. They both came and replaced the seal and left. Within a short time it was leaking again. Anthony found that the floor flange was busted, it sat a bit low compared to the floor, the floor was not level, and the flange bolt would not tighten. Also there was some old scattered acrylic around the base from before I called the first plumber. Anthony removed all the old acrylic, and other gunk from the floor that was not removed the prior two plumber visits. He removed the old flange and replaced it with a stainless steel flange. He then used two wax seals with flanges due to the flange sitting lower than the floor. Once he put the toilet back on he noticed the toilet, although secure for now on the floor, the toilet did not sit evenly due to the floor being uneven. He put toilet wedges as needed under the toilet to firmly secure it, then tightened with new flange bolts. He explained what he did (I watched a lot of it). He was MUCH more thorough than the previous guys and had pride in doing the job right. I would highly recommend him and will use him again once my Home Warranty expires (he contracts with Old Republic Home Warranty company). Be respectful and he will do a great job for you! read more

Anthony was awesome, informed me about what is covered by insurance and gave accurate estimate. Called ahead 30 min. as requested. Was a pleasure to work with. Very knowledgeable and honest. Fixed my problem in a very timely manner. Will keep the contact for recommendations and further work on my house. read more

Anthony, show on time up as planned and solved the problem. He was very polite and very knowledgeable telling how to prevent this problem .

A.W. Plumbing was referred to me by Old Republic home protection plan. I am a new homeowner just moved to Temecula. The upstairs master bath toilet was swaying. Toilet was pulled and discovered the mounting flange was all corroded away and parts of wooden sub-floor were rotting. Anthony from A.W. Plumbing was very clear and up-front with me. The flange and subfloor was NOT specifically covered by the policy. We actually pulled up the policy and he was right. I called Old Republic, and they claimed it wasn't either. I thank Anthony for being knowledgeable in these area. I had another contractor do the sub-floor to the joists as Anthony explained it needed to be done. Then Anthony came in and mounted the toilet perfectly. Anthony was very articulate as to steps he was taking and what he was doing. I will use him again. read more

Like many others here on Yelp , I fell victim to A.W. Plumbing / Anthony at the hands of Republic Home Protection Company Inc. Anthony is indeed rude , condescending and unprofessional . His poor customer service is compounded further by no regard for standing behind his work . Plumbing repairs at my home returned as before within weeks and when asked to address , Anthony's nasty response was " it's out of warranty " . Anyone with Republic Home Protection Company who is referred to AW Plumbing should request another service provider . read more

Anthony quickly diagnosed and fixed the issues on 2 toilets, which another local plumbing company could not do. He is extremely knowledgeable and is an owner with integrity. He went above and beyond he norm for the issue I had. I highly recommend him and will provide his information to my community. He was wonderful to work with, professional and polite. read more

We requested service thru Old Republic. Anthony was on time and knew where to go right away. It was a clog in the main line in front of the house that he diagnosed quickly and after snaking the access pipe, our clog problem was fixed. Great service! read more

I am not questioning this mans abilities as a plumber, he fixed the problem (my job was a very small one) the only positive is that he was prompt which is my reason for the star. What I will say is that he is extremely rude and has no people skills. I would never use this man again and will send this feedback to my landlord. read more

This guy is an absolute joke. He blamed my son for a leaking pipe that filled up a 2.5 gallon bucket in a matter of 8hrs saying he was splashing water around. I took it upon myself and took the sink apart. The supply threads were cracked on the faucet and the supply line was loose and causing the leak. This guy named Anthony is crap and a crook! Don not call him for anything. He's very rude and unprofessional. Also think this business is fraudulent as it has 3 different addresses listed for the company. Another one of the finest plumbers out there to steal your money! Down right joke! Only reason he gets one star is so I can leave a review to warn others read more

Thank you Anthony for completing a replacement of our Pressure Regulator. We appreciate all the time you spent running to the parts store to complete this job. I highly recommend Anthony for your plumbing needs because he has the knowledge to get the job done RIGHT the first time. read more

Home Warranty repair for my water heater. AW came out and was able to replace everything and get it up to Code. He really knows his stuff. Yes, maybe his personality is a bit dry and leaves something to be desired but the important part is getting the job done and done correctly. He is an expert and really knows what he is talking about. He even found things a few other 5 star plumbers missed that have been out to the house. Maybe other reviewers need some empathy as well as maybe some behavior is out of his control...google it and be more understanding. read more

I have used A.W. Plumbing the last 2 years for 3 different plumbing issues. Anthony was prompt in his response to the service request, called when he was en route, and arrived at the time he had promised. He demonstrated professionalism in his manner of conversation and approach to the job. He has repaired 2 different leaking pipe issues I've had, as well as unclogged my kitchen sink when my handyman couldn't do the job. While he was here on one service call, he also adjusted some issues I had with indoor faucets and shower heads! Anthony goes above and beyond every time I have used his services. The only thing I've found he does not do relating to plumbing is concrete jackhammering or earth moving! I highly recommend his plumbing company. read more

My husband and I have been using this company for several years now for a range of jobs. Those included replacing toilets, fixing leaks, swapping faucets, installing sinks, repairing our old water heater and eventually installing a new waterless heater. We've been very pleased with all the work he has completed for us and especially with the way he handled the transition from old water heater to waterless heater. My husband and I put Anthony (and ourselves) through serious research of products on the market and scrutinized pricing because we were nervous about a big purchase such as this. It was the best move for us and we are grateful to Anthony for his exceptional professionalism and patience. AW Plumbing always goes above and beyond, we trust him with all our plumbing needs and would recommend him highly. read more

Anthony came out for a service work order for a property that I owned. He was unprofessional and did a bad job. He stated the issue was pre-existing left the tenant stating he needed to get a part and then called me and stated that it worked fine. The water heater was making loud noises and taking forever to heat. I had to call my normal guy to fix it because they do not care about doing the job just making up fake reasons to not do work that is under warranty. Do not use them they are not honest. read more

I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. The service person is very rude and did not resolve the issue of leaky shower head in one of my bathrooms. All he did was turn down the water pressure to my house which caused other issues. As a result my toilets did not flush properly, water pressure to other showers made it impossible to use the shower while another shower was in use. Terrible service and condescending attitude. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. read more

Do not use this company! They are by far the rudest, most unprofessional group of incompetent plumbers in Southern California!!!

I definitely would not use this company, and I'm sure happy that we didn't, they are rude, and highly unprofessional!

The address on invoice is 41631 Nordal Ave. Hemet, Ca. Anthony called to schedule and was polite but when he got here it was a different story. I had a plugged toilet and before even checking it he stated not to take offense but that larger people have constipation and therefore poop a large amount that will plug the toilet. Well for one I am a tall woman and I am not that large, I am over weight and this was highly offensive, I am neither constipated and I poop the same amount as I did when I was 115 LBS. I almost threw him out. He found the toilet was not plugged but said that the water level was too high and that on newer toilets they do not need the chain so he removed it. He also told me to buy a 6 ft snake even though I told him I rent. I have owned houses before and have never had an issue with my toilets or had a plumber so offensive and I will let the management company know. I do not ever want this guy back and if I ever own m,y own house again I would not call him. read more

Anthony is very rude and an unprofessional plumber. Would not recommend him to others

Our water heater went out on Wednesday evening, Anthony was here the next day and installed a new water heater with all new hardware and everything to code quickly and efficiently. My mother in-law was home while he was there and had no issues. read more

We wish to endorse and recommend to all customers the services provided by AW Plumbing. We first met Anthony of AW Plumbing when he was assigned as our service provider for a leak at one of our rental properties. Anthony was prompt in his response to the service request, called when he was en route, and arrived at the time he had promised. He demonstrated professionalism in his manner of conversation and approach to the job. He took the time to explain his thought process as he explored possible reasons for the problem, offered options for repair each step of the way, and provided helpful information regarding prevention of future problems. Ultimately, his work was completed efficiently, effectively, and without extraneous cost. For these reasons, I requested AW Plumbing the second time we were in need of plumbing repairs. Actually, we weren't sure if we needed repair or not, but knew that Anthony would tell us honestly what the true issue was. Anthony responded to the service request in less than an hour and arrived at the home within the day. Of note is the fact that although the tenant at the home had a history of being difficult to deal with when it came to people making repairs, Anthony had no issue with the tenant. This is further testament to Anthony's professionalism. We are confident that the problems were addressed with skill while minimizing necessary cost to us. AW Plumbing is our go-to plumber from now on! read more
