There's a lot of negative reviews for Anthony, but he just left my home and he was polite and courteous to me. I even asked him about a separate issue regarding my toilet when he was only here for a sink repair. Anthony never once made me feel incompetent, and he showed + explained to me the issue my toilet was having. On top of that, he only charged me for the sink/faucet repair. I will use this company if I need plumbing services in the future. I want to mention I am a very polite person, so I am wondering if the other reviewers are aggressive in tone which would naturally be reciprocated by any normal person. He came and fixed the issue? He walked right by us on the way out and said "fixed" and walked out the door. I followed him and said, "hey I have questions." They came out to fix it repaired it the next day it would not flush, I called him and with terrible attitude he told me he cannot fix it even though he did a terrible job on the work until I call my my home warranty company even though he did the work he had no guarantee. When he returned he had an attitude. He replaced the broken part, that he installed. Upon leaving he had an attitude told me that I needed to do it the right way and as I was talking he walked away. STAY AWAY!!!! STAY AWAY!!!! This guy is so unprofessional aside from The fact he does call with an eta. Anthony is very aggressive, agitated and rude. He has no patience to hear your concerns. He is very loud & condescending. He refused to hear what I thought was the issue and did not want to go under my home to inspect the plumbing leaks. Furthermore he did not snake the clogged drain in my son's bathroom and left my house in the same condition it was in prior to his arrival. He tracked marks on my carpet, left my hatch to my basement open, didn't roll the hose back up & seemed like he was in a huge rush and mentally distracted. I had my neighbor talk to him as I'm a new homeowner and I share a driveway. Our water valves are right next to each other and my neighbor was just trying to give Anthony some history on the water with both properties. He was extremely rude to my neighbor as well and spoke over her with a very rude aggressive tone. I asked for his business card and license and he refused to give it to me until I threatened his payment. Our garbage disposal failed on a Sunday morning. We contacted our home warranty company who put us in touch with ARW PLUMBING. Monday morning we received a call from ARW in response. They promised service between 12 and 4. Anthony called us about 2:00 advised his ETA. Arrived on time, diagnosed the problem, switched out the old for the new (had everything he needed on his truck). Explained a couple of things and answered my questions and he was out in no time. He was very quick, efficient and professional. I'm not giving any credit to the home warranty company. Anthony was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Luckily I was staying with my grandparents when the man from ARW Plumbing visited. First thing I hear is him yelling at my grandma in front of their house. Next he is inside giving me and her attitude. Very aggressive, loud, condescending and talked over my grandma. I wanted to kick him out on the spot but my grandma said no, not now that he was here. I highly DO NOT recommend. He got my poor 85yr old grandma all worked up with his rude behavior. Anthony at ARW was very helpful! I submitted a claim through my insurance on Saturday, and he called me within an hour to schedule for Monday. Listened to my concerns and asked the questions he needed to be prepared for the visit. He called ahead of his visit and was very punctual which helped with my busy schedule. When he arrived, he wore a mask the entire time, and showed me several tips throughout the repair. Was quick and thorough and had all the necessary components based on our first conversation over the phone. I was happy to have the repair made quickly and appreciated his helpfulness and willingness to include me in what he was doing so I'd understand what was being done and why. Now called ARW Plumbing. Anthony called a 1/2 hour ahead of appointment time. He was very thorough and did an excellent job. I had 2 other plumbers out before him and over 3 months, both failed to fix the toilet leak. They both came and replaced the seal and left. Within a short time it was leaking again. Anthony found that the floor flange was busted, it sat a bit low compared to the floor, the floor was not level, and the flange bolt would not tighten. Also there was some old scattered acrylic around the base from before I called the first plumber. Anthony removed all the old acrylic, and other gunk from the floor that was not removed the prior two plumber visits. He removed the old flange and replaced it with a stainless steel flange. He then used two wax seals with flanges due to the flange sitting lower than the floor. Once he put the toilet back on he noticed the toilet, although secure for now on the floor, the toilet did not sit evenly due to the floor being uneven. He put toilet wedges as needed under the toilet to firmly secure it, then tightened with new flange bolts. He explained what he did (I watched a lot of it). He was MUCH more thorough than the previous guys and had pride in doing the job right. I would highly recommend him and will use him again once my Home Warranty expires (he contracts with Old Republic Home Warranty company). Be respectful and he will do a great job for you! read more

A.W. Plumbing was referred to me by Old Republic home protection plan. I am a new homeowner just moved to Temecula. The upstairs master bath toilet was swaying. Toilet was pulled and discovered the mounting flange was all corroded away and parts of wooden sub-floor were rotting. Anthony from A.W. Plumbing was very clear and up-front with me. The flange and subfloor was NOT specifically covered by the policy. We actually pulled up the policy and he was right. I called Old Republic, and they claimed it wasn't either. I thank Anthony for being knowledgeable in these area. I had another contractor do the sub-floor to the joists as Anthony explained it needed to be done. Then Anthony came in and mounted the toilet perfectly. Anthony was very articulate as to steps he was taking and what he was doing. I will use him again. read more

I took it upon myself and took the sink apart. The supply threads were cracked on the faucet and the supply line was loose and causing the leak. This guy named Anthony is crap and a crook! Home Warranty repair for my water heater. AW came out and was able to replace everything and get it up to Code. He really knows his stuff. Yes, maybe his personality is a bit dry and leaves something to be desired but the important part is getting the job done and done correctly. He has repaired 2 different leaking pipe issues I've had, as well as unclogged my kitchen sink when my handyman couldn't do the job. While he was here on one service call, he also adjusted some issues I had with indoor faucets and shower heads! Anthony goes above and beyond every time I have used his services. Anthony came out for a service work order for a property that I owned. He was unprofessional and did a bad job. He stated the issue was pre-existing left the tenant stating he needed to get a part and then called me and stated that it worked fine. The water heater was making loud noises and taking forever to heat. I had to call my normal guy to fix it because they do not care about doing the job just making up fake reasons to not do work that is under warranty. Do not use them they are not honest. read more

All he did was turn down the water pressure to my house which caused other issues. The address on invoice is 41631 Nordal Ave. Hemet, Ca. Anthony called to schedule and was polite but when he got here it was a different story. I had a plugged toilet and before even checking it he stated not to take offense but that larger people have constipation and therefore poop a large amount that will plug the toilet. Well for one I am a tall woman and I am not that large, I am over weight and this was highly offensive, I am neither constipated and I poop the same amount as I did when I was 115 LBS. I almost threw him out. He found the toilet was not plugged but said that the water level was too high and that on newer toilets they do not need the chain so he removed it. He also told me to buy a 6 ft snake even though I told him I rent. I have owned houses before and have never had an issue with my toilets or had a plumber so offensive and I will let the management company know. I do not ever want this guy back and if I ever own m,y own house again I would not call him. read more
