The ladies are always so polite the store stocked up with new items including the magnesium bath flakes ( recommended by Josh and it was easy to use when I got home), jewelry, lotions the list goes on. All the suites weather it's tanning, massages every room is clean and inviting. Josh seems to always find a knot I didn't even know was there every time. Deep tissue is a preference but they have many options to choose from. A yearly treat that I will indulge more in the year for sure. read more

Aruba did refund my daughter her payment . Never heard back from owner. One thing is when I booked another appt at the only time i had available I immediately got a call back saying it wasnt available after all. Maybe just a coincidence . But ill listen to my gut and find another spa. read more

All the ladies who work at Aruba Sun and Spa are all very friendly and go out of their way to be of assistance to you. I get my facials done by Ashley and she always does an amazing job. I feel and look many years younger after my anti-aging facial. Yesterday they had a free wellness weekend. I was able to get a red light salt therapy treatment for free. That was a very helpful aid for my COPD. It opened up my air ways and I could feel it rejuvenating my lungs . I always have such an enjoyable experience when I visit Aruba Spa. read more

Nice spa but my massage therapist was more interested in talking than giving me a quality massage. She didn't give me enough of a deep tissue massage and kept me face down for most of the hour. Not enough on my legs, neck, and shoulders. She spent about 80% of the time lightly massaging my back even though I requested a full body deep tissue massage with hot stones as an add in. I may try again with a different therapist. read more

Love this place. I had no idea they had more than tanning beds. I got a facial, teeth whitening and a massage. Everything was great, the staff was very nice and professional. This is my go to spot. I have now made it my mission to get a massage bi weekly or every three weeks with Mickey. She's very kind, listens and hits the spots that I need attending to. My shoulders have been very tense due to my anxiety and it's such a blessing to get a Swedish massage that I don't have to pay $140 for. I had another deep tissue massage from Josh Summers yesterday at Aruba. Josh Summers is an amazing massage therapist. His techniques are very effective. He is very professional. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is genuinely trying to feel better. I have lumbar pain and hip pain. He was able to pinpoint the issue and I feel so much better after. Decided I needed a professional to wax my eyebrows on a whim because I had a bad habit of over plucking and I'm trying to grow mine in the way I want them lol. Tried to make an appointment online but for some reason my phone wasn't working with the "Captcha" thing they make you do (to make sure you're not a robot lol). So I called to make an appointment and to my surprise, they had an 11:15 the same day - on a Saturday! Price for a brow was is $16 which is reasonable in my book. The spa is surprisingly gorgeous inside. I guess I wasn't expecting such a pretty place in the constant friendship shopping center haha. Amanda is the one who did my brows and they turned out perfectly. She listened to me regarding how I wanted them to look and that I'm trying to grow them in. She didn't overdo it or under do it - they looked even better than I expected them to. I'm extremely particular about eyebrows so it was great to have a perfect experience. I mean c'mon they remember your name, they know your tendencies, their incredibly intelligent and knowledgeable about the products. I have never felt so comfortable being in a setting where you take all your clothes off trying to get some color and know one's laughing at me,lol. This place is really impressive in terms of the number of different services they offer. If I lived in the area, I could imagine visiting here often or having a membership for some of the different services. I stopped by one night for just a single UV tanning session. The girl at the front desk was very friendly and super helpful in terms of explaining the different beds and what they had to offer. I felt as though the prices were very reasonable, especially compared to what I'm used to paying in NJ. The Sun Dash stand up tanning booth was very clean and gave me a nice, even tan. I misunderstood over the phone a confirmation for the time today and was late granted a half hour It was a honest mistake and it was empty, I gladly paid the fee and wanted to reschedule and this girl treated me like I was Garbage, things happen, people make mistakes hunny your not the owner take it down a notch this isn't Pasadena . After speaking to my friends of mine, the front desk act pretentious to woman of color, which I also have a friend who had a similar experience. After discussing with my husband and my friend they said don't waste another dime. I really like the staff that do the actual services in the back, Very pleasant. After I paid the late and cancel fee without hesitation she was acting like rescheduling was this huge hassle. You can see I have waited extra time for services than what I was supposed to and was patient, did I ask for a discount no that's tacky like your attitude. I am not saying I should have gotten special treatment, I agreed to the terms I forfeit my deposit if I am late or no show but the attitude was over the top. I am very impressed with the Norvelle tanning offered here. I have always gone to palm beach for the VersaSpa system but I like the spray tan at Aruba much better. An added perk is that the VersaSpa was $45 per session, the Norvelle session is only $25 with a better result. The booth dries your tan instantly so no worries about getting dressed after the session. No streaking, just make sure to exfoliate before you go and the girls said not to use any moisturizer or lotion on prior to the session. Having said that, I like that they did not push any of the Norvelle brand lotions on me. I did see them on a display and I really am interested in how they could improve the tan because it is already such a nice result. An added bonus is the customer service. I was unsure about what level to choose and the girls up front talked to me for a long time about it. They were so sweet! read more

I never usually write reviews but because of the amazing staff I just had too. Everyone is very friendly here! This by far is the cleanest salon I've ever seen/been too. Recently I came in to just get information about tanning as I just moved back into the area, Paige walked me around showing me all of the beds and explaining them to me, she was very very resourceful and personal, she didn't make me feel obligated to buy anything like a tanning salon I used to go too. Been going here for years and won't go anywhere else! Started tanning here 10 years ago and everyone has ways been friendly and helpful. It's beautiful and I feel like I'm in a spa. I've had a few massages as well and I highly recommend them. Just recently I had an evening massage and got stuck in traffic. I called to say I'd be late and the masseuse was kind enough to wait. I've been going to Aruba spa for about a year now and I'm so glad I decided to stick with them. I prefer to use Courtney for my massages. She is a beautiful person inside and out, she knws just what I need to be sure I'm maximizing my results with each knead, push, pull and stroke. This place has an awesome monthly program - really good price and great cancellation policy! That being said, I lost my debit card in November and as a result, cancelled it. Of course, this was the card used for my monthly fees, and therefore no longer went through. I called to let them know this, they said no problem, they couldn't take a new card over the phone, but just to bring it next time I came in... Fast forward to April - I guess I didn't really need to be tan in the dead of winter - and I went in last night dreading how much I would owe them. Much to my surprise, the girls behind the counter were absolutely sweet and instead of the normal "well you signed this contract", they simply said you haven't been here so we're not charging you, we`ll just get you re-set up - but please try to fix it earlier if it ever happens again. This tanning salon is by far the best. I drive 30 minutes out of my way just to go here for tanning for 7 YEARS now. The beds are always clean, the front desk is super helpful, nice and never pushy with buying products or monthly plans. The decor is trendy, and in the 7 years I've been going I've only had to actually wait for a bed just a few times and only for a few minutes, it's extremely rare because they are such a large location. And the prices are to die for! I pay as I go each time! No need to sign up for a monthly plan which I love! I will continue to drive happily 30 minutes out of my way for Aruba! read more

Went for massage and a facial.....really awesome and you cant beat the price either

I have only been a member for a couple weeks. During that time I have only been able to use the level 3 stand up stall twice which is what membership is paying for. I went in Friday, 5/29/15 and was told it would be 8 minutes before I could tan as someone was using it. So I waited and the I was told that I had to wait 15 more minutes as someone had called in before I got there and they got the stand up Level 3 ahead of me. I stated I did not know you could make reservations. They said it wasn't a reservation. They told me the other Level 3 was not working. After trying to understand that it did not matter that I was there first the employee offered me a Level 4 bed. So I agreed. Then she said it would be another 5 minutes or so before I got to use that bed. I wondered what if someone had called in for that bed and that could bump back again. I did not tan as I had already spent over 20 minutes and should have been out by that amount of time so I could make my other plans on time. Very disappointed. Sent from my iPad read more
