My normal esthetician, Sherry is no longer there and I had my first appointment with HeeSun. I selected the 90 minute purifying facial. And it was amazing! A small massage is included in the 90 minute facials and she is wonderful! My skin is glowing and I feel super relaxed. Glenda's is a nice, small, quaint little day spa. Please do not go expecting what you would find at the larger, fancy chains. Those are nice on occasion, don't get me wrong. I would certainly recommend Glenda's and now HeeSun who I am going to begin visiting regularly! I had previously rated my experience a 4 star. I've bumped it up today based on my experience with HeeSun. Just a note. There is a checkin special here through Yelp which does not appear to be valid. The receptionist indicated this is not supposed to be listed here, so until they pull it, you will likely have issues redeeming it.

It's in a cute, little white house on a side street in Bel Air, away from all the big stores and traffic. The spa is on the second level and as you are going up the stairs you can hear slow, relaxing music playing. I love that the setting for this spa is in a house because it makes it feel much more homey and relaxing. The "trendy" spas seem too busy with people rushing around and I can't fully relax. The atmosphere here is very calm and soothing and definitely made my massage more enjoyable. Roseanne was my masseuse and she was very friendly. While I was filling out the initial visit form, she introduced herself and offered me a cup of water. She took me to the room and we talked about what areas I would like her to focus on and then she stepped out so I could get undressed. The next hour was completely wonderful and relaxing. Roseanne concentrated on my upper back and lightly touched upon other areas, just as I requested. After the hour was over, Roseanne left the room and I got dressed and met her back in the main waiting room where she gave me another cup of water. We chit chatted for a few minutes and then I left and felt so rejuvenated. I would definitely return for another massage :)

I think that's easier than trying to book multiple services online. Anyway, I went alone Wednesday as a pre-birthday celebration. It was so relaxing. I came early to enjoy tea and rub my feet on the salt domes in the waiting area. There are skincare products and even jewelry that you can look at if you wish. Red light therapy 7/10: The worker was very clear with her instructions. It was a nice 20 minutes away from my phone. Chairs weren't too comfy in this booth. I had some time to sit down with my feet on the salt domes again, drinking my tea. Maaan, I would give the salt domes a 10/10 just by themselves. I tend to have cold feet so they made my feet feel LOVELY, especially with this cold weather. Zen bed 8/10: super relaxing, warm bed. Ocean sounds. Heated & weighted eyemask. I almost fell asleep. Coconut scalp massage + 30 minute custom massage 8/10: My masseuse was soft spoken and listened when I asked for a little more pressure. She even recommend that I try a deep tissue massage next time. She did a great job focusing on my neck which is what I asked for. Again, the bed was warmed. The room's lighting was very aesthetic. Really set the mood.

I had a gift card that I wanted to redeem. I didn't know how much was on it so I called and they…read moresaid they could look it up over the phone using the number on the back of the gift card. The person on the phone told me it was for $150. I asked how much for a 60-min full body massage and they said $130. I was like Great! So I booked an appointment (6 weeks out). This was my first time at any Massage Envy and was very excited for it. Few things left me feeling disappointed.... 1. In the room they walk you to where typically you sit and begin relaxing your mind, there was no tranquil music, water, or anything that resembled anything more than a doctor's office waiting room. 2. Afterwards, they did not offer any water or appear to have any water available. I brought a big water jug with me but intentionally left it in my truck knowing that ALL massage places offer plenty of water after massages. Staying hydrated immediately following a massage is essential and every massage place I've ever been to always has plenty of water available - pretty basic and standard. The woman who performed the massage said, stay hydrated, on my way out and I was thinking ok, can I have a cup of water then? Not even offered. 3. Upon checking out, I was informed my gift card was only for $130 and not the $150 I was told over the phone. Ok, honest mistake (I always try to give the benefit of the doubt). Then was informed the massage was $145 not the $130 I was told when booking. I was told their rates JUST WENT UP, $15. I said, so when I booked it was $130, you raised your rates since then and you all don't honor the appointments that were booked prior? "Unfortunately not" was the answer. So I went from having a $150 gift card for a $130 massage, to having a $130 gift card for a $145 massage. That's a $35 swing just like that. Then they tried to sell me a membership. Ha. Yea no thanks. My advice to this franchise owner, at the VERY least - OFFER YOUR CLIENTS WATER AFTER A MASSAGE! You might be the only massage establishment that does not do this. Especially since you are the most expensive place in town.

It doesn't get any better than this!…read more If you are searching for a chiropractor ... there is none better. If you don't believe in chiropractic care .... just talk to Dr Menges and hear what he has to say. I was in the worst pain of my life. An orthopedic surgeon was planning on operating on my back within 8 weeks of my first appointment to see him. Luckily I sought out a second opinion and I was recommended to Health-bridge. Dr. Menges sat down with me and took the time to review my MRI results. Explained in detail what he saw and then drafted a plan to get my back issues resolved. I have been going 2-3 times a week for the past two months and my results have been nothing short of amazing. When I first started seeing the Dr I could barely walk, couldn't sleep in my own bed and driving my car was impossible. Presently ... I can do all those things with much greater ease. The office is professional and and the staff couldn't be any better. So my advice to the naysayers out there .... give Dr. Meges a chance, He can make your world a better place!! And the girls that work there are hot!!!! Bonus!!!!!

They fixed my back and neck that were SEVERELY messed up. Doctors at the ER said my back would never be the same after my crash. After 2 months of therapy, I was able to have 100% use of my back! Since then, I come for normal routine therapy. They use electrodes for your muscles to relax them. It really helps. They also have the massaging water bed, which puts you to sleep! The office staff is very down to earth. If you like to be joking and have fun, this is the place for you. You can poke fun and they give it right back. It's a very enjoyable atmosphere. They work with almost any insurance and the auto accident claim was painless. Didn't have to do a thing! Even without insurance, the prices are reasonable, around $40 a visit. They also do work with a payment plan if the price is too much to pay each visit. This is a much better place than the spinal clinic in Bel Air!! I recommend them to everyone I know that needs a good back or neck crackin!

On my second visit, ssked for a home exercise program from the therapist (who was professional) but was then quickly handed over to an assistant to get the home exercises. That didn't happen. In advance, I asked for a therapist trained in the McKenzie Method based on recommendations for low back pain. Phone person (who was very nice) checked and said that would be no problem. However therapist I saw, while familiar, wasn't certified. Place is jammed with older people (with potentially no/low deductibles) and, by listening to the patients checking in, a LOT of workers comp patients who are looking for reasons to not go or leave work. So ka-ching$$$, for Gold Medal every time they visit. Physical therapy services that are provided are adequate and not quackery but unless you have the in-office equipment they use at home, you have to come in. Younger front office staff complained loudly to each other about being understaffed. I chose Gold Medal in part based on Massage Therapy services advertised. Only to discover it's all out of pocket and they only have one massage therapist. Plus they haven't figured out that billing massage therapy as manual therapy is what works for insurance companies so it's covered. Actually went back to my doctor for a new referral and found superior service with another PT office in Bel Air. That PT worked with me the entire time, provided a home exercise program on my first visit, and asked if once a week would work with my schedule though no massage therapist on staff.
