He was good natured, competent, and safety conscious, and although he was given an incorrect location he kept looking for and eventually found our vehicle. He towed us to a gas station in Vale and made sure our vehicle was operating normally before saying farewell. James got us to safety and is a great representative for 208 Towing!

A car was in the driveway of a property I was selling. None of the neighbors knew who owned it. The police kind of shrugged and told me they'd come back in a few hours and mark it for towing if it was still there. The other towing companies that do impound for the police shrugged and said "wait for the police to mark it." These guys a half-hour after I called them had picked up the car and whisked it away. Open House saved, I will use them moving forward.

Awesome honest owner who really cares. We live a 3 hours from civilization. The owner answered at this time and stated it could be a sensor connected to the battery terminal going out that would cause the fault code. He said to take it to O' Reilys auto parts Weiser Idaho store and have them plug in to the fault code reader. We did and found out we could make it another 2 hours home. The owner of Weiser towing steered us into the right direction without taking advantage of us. He stated he would rather look us into the eyes than his shoes... He could have taken advantage of our situation and put in an alternator and a new sensor plus tow charges . We are pretty broke and have plenty of credit cards to already pay off. Thanks so much. A man directed us to Claire's, and we headed right over. It was 8:15am. He told us to pull the car in, and in 15 minutes the problem had been solved, and we were on our way before 9. What really impressed me the most was the honesty and kindness of Claire and his crew. We were in the perfect position to be taken advantage of -- passing through town, mechanically inept, desperate to get on with our honeymoon -- but I don't believe that thought ever crossed their mind.
